Shop was recommended.. Parker was the absolute best! Top notch customer service! He handled all the details with the insurance company, he kept me in the loop via email and phone calls, I felt like my car was the only one in the shop! I was on a very tight timeline and Parker went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready!!! My Honda looks amazing! Thank you Parker!

Shop came recommended. Went in for a paint quote for my truck, and was told they needed to talk to the painter because of the type of paint (matte), and was told it would be an extensive amount to repair. I sent the paint code given from the company who built the truck and a prior paint quote message from prior work completed in Augusta GA, and was told I d know as soon as they found out but haven t heard anything since. It s been a few days after countless emails trying to obtain a quote. Great people, terrible communication.

We are so pleased with these guys!! My hubby and I where doing an oil change on our sonata and the conversation led to how nice the bottom of our car looks. Naturally, that led us to appreciate the people who did the work. Very very well done job and that s a rare commodity these days! Seriously appreciate y all and will definitely refer you! I don t know why I can t leave another review but this is an update. 10/1/23- they did it again- we drop off our cars looking rough and got it back not just fixed but cleaned and all shiny! Always a pleasure working with these guys- soo y all soon

Very friendly and courteous shop. I had a problem with the previous shop I was using but Parker and the crew were quick to get my car in the shop and on the road again. Complete overall check of my car and in a timely and professional manner. They did a phenomenal job on the auto body work. Great shop and highly trained employees. So of course I didn t love that my teenage son got into a wreck but I DID love everything about my experience at Boundary Street Collision! A huge shout out to my new friend, George, who handled the insurance claims and this customer with grace, humor, patience, and professionalism! What a trustworthy group of folks that work here! Although I m glad to have my vehicle back I will miss hearing George s kind voice on the other line. This place is just amazing and I m really grateful for the outstanding service they provided! Boundary Street Collison came to my rescue after a nasty incident with a deer. They were professional, fast and efficient. They updated me regularly and did an outstanding job! I appreciate the time and effort they put into every aspect of fixing my vehicle. I highly recommend!

Went to Boundary Street to have a custom rear bumper installed. The team did a fantastic job on the installation--I'm super happy with the work. What I'm more happy about, however, is the customer service I received. Parker and the team were professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the process. Communication was spot-on. Pricing was fair and was in-line with the original estimate.These guys are true professionals and craftsmen.Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! Everyone I came in contact with had great customer service. Parker was awesome. He s very knowledgeable and he kept me updated through the entire process. He also dealt with the insurance which was very helpful. I was rear ended on the interstate and had a good amount of damage. My car was done way sooner than I expected and looks brand new!

I am very pleased with the services provided by Boundary Street Collision. They were friendly and available to provide an estimate immediately while I had to make appointments for other repair service companies. They were friendly, prompt, called me with updates and their estimate was reasonable. They were helpful with obtaining my rental car and return of rental care. My repair was amazing, with the color matched perfectly. During the estimate, Parker described everything they would do to repair the damage and why. I did not get this from other providers. I highly recommend Boundary Street Collision.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end by Parker in the front office and a beautiful job of repairing my vehicle by the folks in the back! My experience at Boundary Street Collision was amazing from beginning to end. The customer service I received was second to none. George and Parker were a pleasure to do business with. My car was repaired perfectly, detailed when I picked it up and George was kind enough to order a battery for me and install it. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thanks again guys. OMG!!!! My car looks fantastic! When my 3 month old car was hit I was devastated. Flash forward almost a year later and it's finally fixed after COVID delays, insurance hassles and Honda sending damaged parts. Through out it all, Boundary Street Collision kept me informed, was patient with my tears and provided me with the most professional, courteous service I have ever experienced. But today when I got my car I saw their expertise in body work and a complete paint job. I can honestly say my car looks better today than the day I drove it out of the dealer's parking lot! I went to the Collision center initially for a rental due to repairs needed to my vehicle following a comprehensive collision; however, based on the amazing customer service received and feedback from customers within the facility upon arrival, I chose to leave my car there. The rental service was coming to a close; however, I was assisted and given the best care, even though the rental associate had to leave promptly. Parker spearheaded my process and he was simply amazing. He provided education, was understanding and kept me abreast on the repairs of my car. I will always take my car there and I suggest others to do the same.

Great experience. They handled it all. From the insurance to the rental car. Very reasonably priced for the outstanding work they perform. They were able to match the paint. One would believe I have a new car. The one stop shop for body work. Thank you Boundary street collision.

This team worked quickly and helped me get my car in and out of the shop in record time. Prices were extremely fair and reasonable. Parker, my sales representative, went above and beyond to keep me updated from start to finish. I have used this company multiple times and they never disappoint! Do not take your car anywhere else in Beaufort County!

There are many shops I could have chosen to do the work on my vehicle. I selected Boundary Street Collision because of their online reviews. I can tell you; I was not disappointed.On my first interaction with them, Parker was professional and knowledgeable about the process. He took the lead and I had my vehicle dropped off on a Monday afternoon and was able to pick up on Friday morning of the same week.Parker remained in contact with all parties to keep the lines of communication open and clear.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and courteous atmosphere.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing work! My vehicle looks brand new. Parker was great at keeping me informed with the updates on my car. Everything was done in a very timely manner. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else.. ever!

Great experience here! George was so helpful and friendly. I am usually nervous at any auto business, but George and his team were very personable. It was like talking to a dad and he even remembered who I was after talking on the phone a few days prior to stopping by. Quickly assessed my car and gave me good options. Thank you so much!!!!

It s hard to trust your vehicle with folks these days, especially after an accident. Parker and George were a pleasure to work with and far exceeded any expectations. Not only did the team do an amazing job on my body work, they helped me with my leaking sunroof as well. And offered to pick me up from work! If we don t do it, we will find you someone who will. I never thought I would use a body shop as my local mechanic. I am grateful for your excellent customer service and most of all care in the work you do. I will continue to recommend this shop anyone in need.

I took my Lincoln MKX to Boundary Street Collision Center after being rear ended. I was treated greeted by the owner and two other employees immediately. To my surprise there was a Hertz rental car service right there and I was able to leave my car and rent one in the same place. Boundary Street Collision not only took excellent care of me and my car but they talked directly to the insurance company and kept me informed. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and secure that my car would be repaired properly and no shortcuts would be taken. It was completed on the day they promised and when I went to pick it up I was shown pictures of all the unseen damage and pictures of how it was repaired. The paint job was perfect and my care was cleaned inside and out. So if you need work done these are the people. Honesty & Integrity at it best!

My car was in a horrible wreck. I truly didn't think it could be salvaged. I chose Boundary Street Collision because they are the only Nissan Certified Shop in Beaufort. And I am so glad that I made this choice. Parker fought almost daily with my insurance company to ensure that they would cover the correct parts for my car. Parker kept me in the loop from beginning to end on what was happening. I often heard from Parker a day or two before I would receive an email from my insurance company. Parker was always professional, patient and willing to answer all of my questions; of which there were many.
