This place was amazing! I was hit by a deer and my grill and bumper were destroyed. They were so communicative and had the best attitude towards everything and really just tried to make sure it was fixed right and fixed in a decent amount of time. The grill ended up being on backorder, but Wes found a grill, miraculously, and made it work to where I could get my car sooner than later. Alexis at the front desk was absolutely amazing and the woman who I can t recall her name with blue eyes and blonde hair who checked me out when I came to pick my car up was also amazing. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if I do will be happy to work with these guys again because they were just absolutely fantastic in every way. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend everybody who works there. My car looks better than ever, and I am very grateful for it!

Brought in my 2012 Honda CRV for estimate after hitting a deer. My bumper was cracked, but grill was smashed. Due to age of car, didn t want to spend much to fix it; basically just wanted grill replaced. Better Collision estimate said I needed grill, bumper, condenser, radiator & headlight replaced costing just under $4K. They said they couldn t just replace grill due to liability reasons. Went to another collision shop, he said bumper needed replaced, but he could just do grill for $1,000. Enough said

Deer hit my car damaging ENTIRE left side of vehicle. Dropped off on a Thursday PM and picked up following Friday afternoon! Absolutely beautiful work!! Exceptional also in customer care by Stacy!!!! What a wonderful, efficient business and operation . They even detailed my car since it was in shop and potentially collected dust, etc. They made an unfortunate incident feel almost worth it!!! Can t brag enough!!!

Stacy is wonderful and made sure my car was taken care of and was very professional. something was forgotten on my initial service and I had to go back a couple weeks later BUT they made time and got it done as quickly as possible and were super flexible! Thanks Stacy!

Brought in my 2021 Highlander with slightly damaged bumper, had it there for over a week, and everything seemed to be "fixed." I noticed one of the headlight wasn't installed properly, so I had to drive 40 minutes for them to fix it. After about 1 month, the bumper started to get loose, and screws were falling off, brought it in 2 times, and Better Collision didn't want to fix it since they said it wasn't their fault, that someone else had "messed" with it so they can't do anything about the bad job that was done messed" with it which is not true and they can't do anything about it. Never again will I be bringing my car here.

This was the second shop I went to get an estimate on damage repairs for my 2023 Hyundai Elantra. The first shop was charging an extra arm and leg. Tiffany referred me to Jessie and he was out in no time (in the nasty weather) to assist in repairing the damages done to my car. A simple fix in which I would ve paid hundreds for was completed in seconds. Tiffany s hospitality was unmatched (beverage offers and emptying my car) and Jessie was a lifesaver during this situation. I cannot thank you all enough! Great service in and out!

I was hit by a deer and it caused damage on the driver s side of my car, from front to back fender. The front fender, driver s door, and outside of back driver s side door had to be replaced; in addition to repairs to the front fender, bumper, and even the fog light. The Better Collision management, mechanics, and staff provided an outstanding experience from start to finish, from the initial phone call thru handling any additional things that came up after the repairs were completed! Tiffany provided a professional, friendly, and personable experience as she went out of her way to ensure the rental car was available for me at the time I dropped off my car for repairs, kept me updated throughout the repair process, was available for any additional concerns/questions I had throughout the process, and ensured the car was back to its former state and to my complete satisfaction when I got it back. The mechanics are caring, knowledgeable and experienced, as you can see by the results. Tiffany provided proper expectations of the repair process timeline and made sure the parts were ordered and ready before I even took the car in for repairs. And yes, the car looks and drives just as it did before the deer, as if nothing ever happened! Definity, Better Collision is the best body shop in the area, I wouldn t trust my car with anyone else! Thank you for making this freighting experience such a breeze, and for all the extras you did to bring my car back to its original state, and all of it with a big smile on your faces- thank you!!

This place is horrible with repairs and takes no accountability at all. The Manager Adam symbolizes everything that is wrong with thier work.My 2020 Toyota highlander was was in a wreck. someone T-Boned it on the passenger side and USAA my insurance towed the car to better collision.After about a month of having the car for repairs, I picked up the car, went home and realized that the Rear Pessenger wheel was not straight. I also noticed the Pessenger front door will no longer lock. I took the car back to them and after severally trips and calls, they fixed the door lock and referred me to Stocks Toyota of Beaufort. Better Collision now claims that somehow, I magically had another wreck on that same passenger wheel (which by the way, they had to replace both wheels and both doors) where the original impact occurred. that this is why the wheel is slanted. all attempts to make them see reasons was met by aggressive actions. I have contacted my insurance company and they are working on solving this.I also just found out that they did not include the paint strip on the entire persenger side as the driver side. this has been a very frustrating experience with them.I have the pictures and videos to show if I can upload them

My daughter was in an accident and this was the place the insurance told us to use. They were very helpful from the start. The receptionist called the rental company for us to be picked up once we arrived. The body personnel looked the vehicle over and gave us an idea of how long it would take to repair it. We got the car back and it looks as good as it originally did.

Several months ago we had some damage to our 2018 Equinox. We filed our claim with our insurance company and they had us take the vehicle to Better Collision here in Beaufort. They looked at it and told us what needed to be done and we left it to be repaired. I can t tell you how great they were. We received updates once or twice a week on their progress. After several weeks they texted us that the passenger door that was needed, was on back order. We understood because the parts are hard to get at this time. Once it came in, they finished it in no time and we went to pick it up. I I wish I could put into words how happy we were with the workmanship they had done. It was perfect. Having said all this, I want to say that anyone that needs collision work done, you will not find a better body shop in Beaufort. Their work and professionalism is over the top. Referred to Better Collision by Insurance after being rear ended. I understand the supply chain problem. Was given 3 completion dates. Was very difficult to get a hold of my service advisor on the phone, had to drive to the shop to speak to him, he was aware that I was traveling through and that I live in Florida. Picked up my truck on June 14th right before closing time. I noticed that the rear bumper was not aligned. I called the shop for Tyler and he was not available (again), but was told by another Technician that to bring it down and it will fixed. When I got to the shop, Tyler was in and I informed him of the issue. He took pictures and said he will forward them to my adjuster and that there was nothing the shop can do and have a nice day. He made no attempt to see if it can be resolved. Very frustrating and not a happy experience.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Better Collision - Beaufort Body Shop, and I rarely leave reviews, but this business deserves 5 stars based on service, professionalism, cost, quality of work, and speed. I took my car in on a Monday for a collision estimate and had it back fully repaired and cleaned by Thursday afternoon. The whole process was extremely efficient, which is not a word I use to describe most business transactions these days. Todd the service advisor was excellent.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent work. When a non-essential part was delayed, they gave us back our car while we wait. Lifetime warranty (!) Which we probably won't use -- the work is very good, looks like new.

I had a damaged tailgate on a work truck. I spoke with Adam about it and brought it to their shop. I told him it was a work truck that all was needing was to make the tailgate functional. He wouldn t have it. He stated that if they were going to fix it it would be fixed right. He introduced me to Shane which was awesome. They repaired it and the cost was better than what I expected even if I had cut corners. Adam and Shane rock! Highly recommend Better Collision.Service: Body & Trim

They fixed my car last year when I was rear-ended. Recieved amazing service then, from start to finish. Decided to use their services again when I hit a coyote last week in the Savannah area. Cory assessed damage to my vehicle. Was very pleasant, and explained everything to me. The front desk clerk was nice as well. I'm giving a 4* and not a 5* this time because of how the manager addressed Cory. Came across rude, almost condescending. A grown man talking down to another grown man just rubbed me the wrong way. Need to be mindful of how address employees, especially in front of customers. Nevertheless I would still recommend this business because customer service is A-1.*the manager was never rude to me--he was professional and nice (to me) as well.

Car was there for 5 months. Understandable considering parts shortage. The work is great so far, all body lines still look factory. Issue was with pick up. They were going to charge me 2484 for my deductible instead of the 500 that was originally agreed upon. Both tires in the rear were low on air. One was almost completely flat. Also the gas tank was almost completely empty. They did two trips to the dealership, one was towed the other was picked up by an employee so they drove it. Mileage in was 105243 when I picked it up it is 106614.

I have had to take my car twice in the last year due to deer. Everyone is very professional. They go above and beyond to fix your car and give you the best possible price. They are quick and keep you informed during the whole process. I have had the best experience with both visits and my car looks new.

The facility is very well kept very clean. The staff are very pleasant and inviting. I took my car in and it was evaluated in a timely manner. It was done by the insurance company and again by an employee; which I like! I was quoted 9 days of work and was given a scheduled pick up date. I was contacted via a text messaging service that notified me if there where any changes. I was supposed to receive my car back on 6 November (original date). Long story short, I picked it up the day before Thanksgiving. In between those few weeks I wasn't notified every single time I was extended (3 times) and found out because I just so happen to call and ask the day prior. When I did I was told I was extended another week. I was also informed that upon the tear down of my car I needed more work than what was originally discussed and more parts had to be ordered. The only issue I see there is that all of the parts needed should have been ordered at the commencement of the repairs. The lady I spoke with one day reassured me she understood my frustrations but didn't really seem to care and had an "oh well" tone in her response. Unfortunately, personal plans were shifted around but it worked out in the end. The manager eventually called me (the last week) to explain everything and took ownership of the lack of communication. I appreciated that a lot! He was patient and very understanding to my frustration and allowed me visually see my car to gain a better understanding. When the repairs were complete the manger called me himself and let me know. When it was all said and done the work they did was PHENOMENAL!

I had an awesome Experience at Fender Mender. I walked in expecting to pay all of my deductible but only had a final bill of $80. I found that they were very helpful and did very HONEST work. They also employ veterans.

Friendly and professional staff. I had a ton of questions for a rebuild of a 75 Ranger and I got some of the most straight forward answers ever. I took my car there and let me tell u it was big supprice for me how professionally handling the costumers. I already late ( i had a appointment) but i called them and i said i will be late and i am sorry. I late 20 minutes the staff was kind and nice and very understanding . I wish I can live my car there but my type of cars need special certification and they dont have that place. I highly recommended for everybody to fix there the car.Service: Body & Trim
