One stop SHOP!!! Not up for debate! Honestly, I searched for Car Dealerships on Google. Auto Genius came up with great reviews and I decided to take a chance. Came in one day, and left the next with My Brand New Jeep!! I m extremely happy with the services I received! Special thanks to Dontay & Jena!! They re both amazing at what they do! From the moment that I walked in everyone was nice, kind, and friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I m very satisfied with the outcome. Says it will be a soft credit check. Ran hard credit. Knocked my score down and now i have an inquiry. Thanks for that. Lady on phone was no help.Edit: in response to that ever so generic ""owner response"".....never made it to even talk about a vehicle. Your employees refused to even talk about rates and what i could possibly buy. AFTER pulling a hard inquiry which takes years to leave and dropped my score. Bad business.

Auto Genius is the place to go for a great used car. The process is fast and straight forward, Jena was amazing with communicating about available times to stop by, Dontay was also a world class salesman and very professional without a doubt I ll be back to purchase again. Not only were the staff super helpful and willing to work with customers, but they were also very charming and personable! I happened to go during my birthday and once that little fact was known, almost every staff member made sure to wish me a happy birthday. It was definitely a great experience and I recommend shopping here! :)

Shout out to Dontay and Jena for helping me find my Tahoe. Jena was awesome from the second she answered the phone and had the truck ready and waiting on me when I got there. I was greeted by first name as soon as I walked in. Dontay was amazing and made all the paperwork so easy!these guys made me feel like family. If you need a great car at a great price RUN don't walk to Auto Genius USA!!!

Dontay was amazing! Dontay works with you through whatever needs and makes sure you leave satisfied and with the car you want ! 10/10 recommend, I m telling y all hit dontay up and i can guarantee he gon make some shake for ya. Jenna and the staff is also so patient and helpful all of them. Left with 2 cars and are very pleased and happy with them both! Thank you guys for working with us ! You ll see me again lol

Amazing experience Dontae took very great care of me, he assisted as well as provided exceptional service. He has made this experience for me very comfortable.
