Mr. Archer himself personally came to my house in Savannah, GA, and replaced the windshield on my Honda Accord. I had consulted several professionals and the Internet, to no avail. NOTHING worked until I called Archer's. He was on time, professional, and gave great customer service. He definitely knows what he's doing. He was fine - even welcoming - of my sitting outside to watch every step of the installment. We discussed why street lights and oncoming headlights were beaming blinding, glaring streams of light right to me, causing me to no longer be able to drive after dark, a dismal situation, for sure. Was in poorly applied RainX? Or vandalism at a gas station where someone had poured gasoline into the cleaning fluid tank of the windshield sponge I had used months ago? He could see etching in the glass. In no time, I had a new windshield perfectly installed. He also pulled out a dent in my front bumper and pushed it back in place, gratis, and included a can of the best windshield cleaner, as well. He even advised me on the best type of wipers to buy. Last night, I drove around town after dark, my first try in a long time. I felt like I had been let out of a cage! It is wonderful to have my independence back again. Thank you, Archer's, for the best job anyone could have ever done. 100 stars!

When the insurance company called to setup repair of my broken windshield, they acted such that I had no choice in the contractor to install the replacement glass. I insisted that indeed I DID have a choice and that was to have Archer's do the install. Mr. Archer himself came out and did a perfect install on my car. Obviously he is very competent and even personable besides. Highly recommended. His office setup lady Emily is also very customer oriented. This is a great example of a fine local business here in Beaufort, SC and they should be supported whenever possible because they have earned it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I origanly set up with glass pro / safe life because one of my friends used to own the franchises. They were beyond disappointing!!!! until 1 of the district managers stepped in who was originally with Glass Pro...then whom allowed me to purchase the glass and provided to Archers (who was supposedto install yesterdayafternoonwith me going to them!!)who was recommended by Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head.Service: Auto windshield repair

Mikey, MJ and Emily are hands down the best in Beaufort for glass. They are professional, friendly and do they're jobs well.We all make mistakes, and even when that .00001% happens, he fixes it immediately.Overall, great business and people.

I had an appointment with a two hour window and called multiple times when these people DID NOT SHOW UP. Customer service was as bad as it get. No follow up to multiple return calls from the girl Racheal that answered the phone. After 5 hours of waiting I asked if I can just be the first repair the next working day and was rudely told no. Asked to talk to a manager or owner and they said NO. Left my contact info for owner to call me NO RETURN CALL. I highly recommend that no one uses this company. Very unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Wonderful customer service replacing my sunroof. They are kind & do a quality job. They even vacuumed out the glass shards that were raining down from the sunroof as well. Definitely recommend!

Mike and Mike did a fantastic job on my RV front right windshield. Even urethaned around the seal on the other side windshield. As soon as the glass came in they called and set up a time and place to meet and hooked it up on the spot .
