Moved down to barnwell a few months ago and was looking for a good shop for my truck. She s almost got 250k on her so I was hoping for quality service. Everyone inside was very professional. They had that southern charm you need for a good shop. Got my Rams oil changed quick and perfect. Even let me know about other issues I need to look at. I ll definitely be back soon Service: Oil change

Began working/troubleshooting vehicle promptly on appointment time schedule. Called within an hour and gave estimate for repairs and approximate duration. Due to ordering parts, repairs completed within 48 hours. Very well pleased.

Been very satisfied customers since they first opened up here 20+ years ago. Very trustworthy, prices are good, and they know how to treat people. They go above and beyond to be helpful. Can't say it enough trustworthy, respectful, good people. A blessing for us!

We are from out of town. Our car lost power. A relative recommended Barnwell Service Center. They diagnosed the problem correctly and even though they were short on help , they bent over backwards and got us going . They are amazing!

Horrible attitude like they are miserable I even saw a bunch of wasps flying around their mail box and informed them about it.I didn't get a thanks or we will take care of it or nothing just "ok" Just to let you know, when I called and tried to schedule a oil change I didn't even schedule one because of the way they talked to me on the phone, I figured if they couldn't be polite on the phone I would hate to see how they treat me when I do business with them. Thanks but no thankx

Two different stories on what was wrong with my car and come to find out neither were correct. They were nice enough I just don't think they put alot of time trying figure out what was wrong. The prices are very high.

Went in to get a tow hitch installed. Was told to come back a few days later as they were busy. Understandable. However when I went back a few days later at the arranged day and time they chose.....25 miles round trip mind you...after a series of strange looks and waiting over an hour with 1 other customer in the shop, I was told they couldn't install it on my vehicle. The reason being they didn't have the parts for my vehicle. To install a tow hitch for parts I supplied?!?! They insisted that my vehicle was a different year model, which is false. My father, who was also with me was an exec for the maker of the vehicle when he acquired the vehicle so I am certain they were incorrect. He also remarked how rude they were after we left the place so it wasn't just my impression. Anyway, after some back and forth on the issue, it became apparent they didn't want my business for some unknown reason. I was impeccably polite...sir/ma'am the whole 9 yards. For a small Southern town where people are by nature polite, the treatment at this place was appalling and cemented the impression of this business and the owner into my memory. This was my first interaction in Barnwell albeit not a good one by any stretch. I will not be returning for my regular business to BSC. Funny thing, the owner was listening to a Christian radio station and had several Christian signs in the shop. Very un-Christian way to treat a fellow human who is trying to give them my money! I ended up going to a different place called R&R in Allendale and got a cheaper price, polite people without all the run around. Won't be going back to BSC so long as it's owned by the same guy, Mike I believe was his name. Good luck treating new customers this way and staying in business, won't be on my dime.

Wonderful service, they will let you know what is wrong and if they can't fix it they will let you know instead of beating you out of your money. Ali told me to tell you she appreciates how you treated her (;-)

Wouldnt fix my 2015 sierra or 2012 caprice heard good things but not the case

I ve been taking my car back and forth to them the entire month of March and whenever I leave after they ve supposedly have fixed the problem another problem pops up I only went in for my a/c and now my baby just don t run the same smh
