Just bought a used but in excellent condition, like brand new 2019 Ford F350 Dually to replace our 2016 F350 Dually work truck that caught on fire and burned about 6 weeks ago. We have absolutely no idea what caused the fire to ignite in the first place, but Mr. Bush took great care and found us the replacement we were looking for in a little over a week. Recommend them!

This is the only dealership I ve ever bought my cars from. I put my trust into Andrew and B&B that I ve purchased 2 cars from them before I even test drove them. That is how much I trust them! Everyone at the dealership is friendly they always remember me and knows my face when I come through. B&B has exceptional customer service and service department is on it. Rental cars are always offered if available when work needs to be done. Service guys have even picked up and delivered cars. I ve never had a bad experience. B&B will always go above and beyond. They also pay you for referrals so make sure you tell them Bridget sent you!! :)

Andrew and the Service team got me in and out with urgency. I ran over a bolt nearly 150 miles away from home, and they had the best customer service and utmost urgency and care for my vehicle. 10/10 would use them again! Thanks Ford in Barnwell!!

I just purchased a new-to-me, used vehicle from Billy Baldwin and the great staff at B&B Ford, and the experience was beyond what I could have hoped for. Billy worked extremely hard to find the truck that my wife and I were looking for, taking into consideration when we were looking to purchase, our budget, and the features that were important to us. He found us the perfect truck, and we couldn't be happier. If you want a group of people who work hard, are honest, and will make you feel welcome, a group of people who will know your name and pay attention to all the details you want in a vehicle, you need to call the friendly people at B&B Ford. You will be glad you did.

I had a great experience. My Ford Explorer had been having steering issues for a while. I took it to multiple mechanics, and they were taking my money but not fixing the issues. I have always had this fear that dealerships were very expensive. I took it here and got my steering issue fixed for $160, something I was so happy! Now their tires were low-key/high-key expensive, but I am satisfied and will continue to come here.

I BOUGHT A JEEP FROM B AND B ON MAY 10, 2022. B AND B GAVE ME A BETTER PRICE THAN ANY OF THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS. BRAD BRYAN WENT WAY OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME. ANDREW BUSH WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRENDLY. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BRAD AND ANDREW. THANKS GUYS!!!

We went to buy a car at 5pm after work. We did not know that the business closed early because of New Years. The nice gentleman Ben was there waiting for another customer. He took excellent care of us even though they were closed. I was able to buy the car I wanted. I'm so pleased

I haven't yet met Billy in person, but he came highly recommended by one of the residents at my job. Since beginning to get the aid and help I've needed and his team at B&B Ford, I've had above and beyond the call for fantastic customer service. Even in areas that Mr. Billy isn't aware of or works in, he has made sure I have gotten in contact with the right staff. I'm really grateful for Mr. Billy and B&B Ford Teams excellent service.

Billy and Andrew are the perfect pair. Their customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Especially after having a bad experience with another dealership. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from Billy Baldwin, he was kind, but best of all he was honest. I would buy another car from B&B Ford in the future. Thanks y all!

These guys helped me get into a brand new Mustang with 0% and the experience couldn t have been better. I was recommended to see Billy Baldwin by a friend that also purchased from him and he was the best I ve dealt with. I ve been buying cars from Andrew since my very first car. I recently traded in my Lincoln I got from him for a newer Lincoln. This was my 5th car. The level of service I received from Billy Baldwin was above and beyond your normal car salesman. He seemed to truly care about what I wanted in a new car. The atmosphere is welcomed and relaxed. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! When I am ready for another new car, I know who I am going to see! Thank you Billy !

I purchased a used pickup from B&B in December 2017. At the time of purchase, the dealer agreed to transfer an existing extended warranty and to mail all maintenance records. (They had serviced the vehicle for years before buying it from the previous owner.) I had to follow up with 2 phone calls to get this resolved. After leaving an initial review, the owner contacted me to assure me that he would follow through with what was agreed upon in the initial deal. Based on his word and the other reviews I've seen here, I believe that B&B can be trusted to do their customers right.

I took away a star because I made an appointment online but when I got there they said that the online app didn't actually make an appointment. They did however work me in for a diagnosis. The work was done today. It was fast and under the estimated amount.

I have to say that the team at B&B are awesome. The internet sales person Billy Baldwin went above and beyond to get my new truck. I started looking on Tuesday and by Friday we were signing paperwork. He even helped me through getting all the insurance stuff done.

This place is amazing! I am floored by the company. Friendly staff. And they will busy there butts to get anyone approved. If they can get me approved with my low low credit score I feel they can get anyone approved. Never in my life I have ever owned a new vehicle till I talked to these guys. Still almost speechless. And in shocked they got me the payments I needed. With an low fixed rate.
