Their customer service is great and they stand behind their work! I had my Chevy 2500 aligned at Westar and everything was great, but about 4 months later, I could feel that the alignment was way off and the steering was really loose, so I brought it back in for them to check and realign it. They inspected things and it turned out that a bolt on one of my tie rods had come loose, resulting in a serious misalignment over time. Even though it wasn t clear whether the bolt had backed out on its own or just wasn t properly tightened to begin with, they realigned my truck for free, even though I said I d be willing to pay if they weren t sure it was their fault. But not only that, when they noticed that my 2 front tires had worn prematurely and unevenly, they put 2 more on, free of charge! I hadn t even noticed the bad tires, let alone mentioned them, but they saw the problem and took care of it at no cost to me, even though, again, it wasn t even clear whether the problem was their fault to begin with. Now that s what I call good customer service! I should also mention that they did all this quickly and were very friendly. Definitely gonna be my go-to place for tires and alignment from now on.

Me and my 2 year old went here today to get the tires balanced and rotated on our vehicle. The steering wheel shook bad at high speeds. After checking it out they found that the 2 front end tires was worn very bad and close to popping. The guy stated that we were riding on angel s. They did not have the tire size in stock. But they put the bad tires on the back end just in case if they blew I would still have control of the vehicle. They did not charge me for anything and was very considerate of my daughter. I appreciate their honesty and consideration and highly recommended them !

Me and my husband were on the side of the road with a flat tire right around the corner from this place. We were calling to figure out if they plugged tires, if they had used tires, the right tire for his car, and what their prices were. Every time we called and asked about getting the tire plugged they got quiet. Never answered the question or said anything else besides hello and thank you for calling. We thought it was phone errors. Maybe a bad connection, but we called multiple times and they did the same thing every time. If you don t plug tires that s all that needed to be said. We could ve went from there and figured out and got what we needed. Tire being plugged was just the cheapest 1st option.

Just discovered these folks. We had a bearing going out in our work truck on the way in - stopped at our usual place and they could not even look at it for several hours. We called Westar, and went straight there. It took 45 minutes or so but they replaced it quickly and at a reasonable cost.Today I started out to the bank and had a tire going flat from a nail. We put air in, and I went straight to Westar. 15 minutes or so and a reasonable charge later, I was headed to the bank. They are our new source for anything tire.Friendly, reasonable, good work, and fast. Thank you!

Very disappointed with my experience here. I went in the day before I took my truck in for service to make sure they were clear on what I wanted done. Dropped my truck off the next day and again specifically reminded them to please lube the front drive shaft on my truck in addition to the regular oil change service. They called and said my truck was done. When I picked up I asked about the front drive shaft. Only after I asked did the man tell me that he couldn't find a grease fitting on the drive shaft. There isn't a grease fitting, it requires a needle on a grease gun. I had specifically addressed this when I went in the day before. He then said if I wanted to bring it back sometime they'd do it. I had already made special arrangements to leave my truck with them for the entire day. I do not have time to waste and unfortunately I will not be back.

At first I waited 10 minutes and two guys ignored me while they talked about something not related to work. Then this one man came and helped. It took him 15 minutes to take off a lugnut that others said would never come off. To make things even better he only charged me 20 to do so. Excellent work sir. I wish I had gotten your namr

Thank you guys so much for coming to our rescue today! I am forever grateful for your kindness and helping me and my children get back in the road after being stranded on 85 for over two hours! If you're stuck with no tire call these guys first you won't be disappointed!

We needed tires for our 38 foot 5th wheel. I called them enroute and they ordered what we needed for delivery around noon. We got there and they immediately began the process of getting the tires mounted. They helped us out with putting the best tire on the spare. Fixed us up and got us on our way! Price was reasonable and service was excellent!

I have gotten two sets of tires here and they are so honest and helpful. I have a new car now with tires they didn t put on, and the low pressure light was on. They checked them all and they were just low due to the cold, and added air. I tried to pay them and they refused to let me pay them. They are so kind, I will never go anywhere else for tires!

I've been buying tires from Westar with confidence for probably 25 years. Why? In short, good service, personal attention, fair prices, quick turnaround in emergencies, and (this is important for me as a woman), completely respectful and friendly, easy treatment every time.If I'm thinking it's about time for new tires, they'll tell me if I've got a few more miles on the ones I already have. They'll sell me good tires, not the most advertised (and expensive) ones. But if I want tires Westar doesnt carry, well, they'll get them for me. They'll rotate my tires for free if I purchase them at Westar.Even though I haven't lived in Anderson in more than 15 years, I still drive through two counties (passing other tire places on the way) to Westar. They've earned my loyalty and my business!

I had a heater core replaced on my vehicle. when I got it back the 4x4 selector switch and dome light didn't work. Also my aftermarket stereo would turn off and on by itself, had to get a new one because they messed up the wiring harness. I told them about this when I took my vehicle back up there for a rear end rebuild. They seemed uninterested in rectifying those issues. After the rear end rebuild my rear caliper locked down. They fixed it but charged me for the part. it was working fine before they tore apart the rear end.

Over the past 25 years, I've bought tires from at least a dozen tire shops in town including the big box service centers. A few years ago I visited Westar and have never went anywhere else. The customer service is outstanding and the tire prices are less expensive than other shops including reputable internet pricing. Tell Westar the size of tire and mileage you're interested in, they'll give you options then allow you to decide what's within your budget without trying to upsale you, which i greatly appreciate. If you enjoy a pushy sales person pick pocketing you or treated you as if you're an inconvenience; Westar probably isn't for you.I've recommended Westar to multiple co-workers. Each of my co-workers confirmed Westar tire prices were less expensive than other shops that they inquired. Today I purchased a brand new set of tires; a set (4) of goodyear 50k miles tires. The tires, mounting, balancing, tire installation, old tire disposal and an alignment was about $650.00. IMO, a great price with great service!

Brought vehicle in for an alignment. I had supplied a set of caster/camber adjusters in an attempt to get caster to roughly 5degrees. The technician opted not to use them and said that the caster was roughly 2 degrees or so after alignment. They found a faulty radius arm bushing which was replaced (good), but I requested that they replace both sides as preventative maintenance. Generally a good practice when it comes to maintaining vehicles and equipment. They were unable to provide a print out of alignment specs for my future reference. Overall, the van drives well, but there were specific reasons for my requests (heavy duty towing applications). Work was ok, but wouldn t recommend if you are detail oriented and picky about your vehicles.

They are very high priced but when I complained they held to their estimate and no issues with the quality of work done.
