This was absolutely the worst tire place I have been too! Ordered 700.00 worth of tires and they ( all mechanics) said they didn't know how to do a dully. 16" regular steel wheels. Had chrome wheel simulators like any another vehicle and they said i needed to remove them myself. This happened on 12/05/2020 at 10:00 am . Store is on Clemson blv.I talked to the assistant manager who was on duty and she said she called the other store and talked to them and they said that 16" tire was the same as the front ones. This is unacceptable to have employees who have no clue what they are doing.

I went in today because a local auto parts store had told me my battery, originally purchased at Walmart, was a bad battery. The workers were able to charge it for me and it tested as a good battery. It was a frustrating situation for me but they were very kind and helpful.

Absolutely horrible service! Set an appointment a week in advance the guy promised he would put back four tires and get all the way down here and they only had three. I'm on oxygen and drove all the way from Cherokee North Carolina. Then they wouldn't even do the tires at all because it was missing a stud.

I ordered tires online and scheduled to have them out on at 8AM. I was late because I went to the wrong Walmart but they didn t give me any hassle for being late. Ken was very sweet and the guys in the shop was friendly as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

Buy tires somewhere else. They do not honor their roadside warranty and you ll be paying for another tire. It took them 2 1/2 hours for them to fix the leak in my tire but then said it couldn t be fixed and that I needed a new tire. It wasn t placed on the correct way in the beginning. This has happened 2/4 tires now. Go somewhere else.

They did not have the oil in stocks for the cheapest oil change that I requested. So, without apology offered the name brand oil change that includes fluid level check, interior vacuum, and tire pressure check/adjust. The price was $22.98 for the cheapest and $32.98 for the one offered. When I got home and looked at the paperwork for services it read that I declined the interior vacuum, not true. It said that all 4 of my tires pressure was 30.0, impossible to be true. The next up service should've been offered at the lower price. And, I doubt they actually did any of the work they said they did.

Do not go here! You get what you pay for!Took my car here for an oil change as I usually do. Left and didn't seem to have any issues. Then my car started leaking oil maybe the next day I noticed. I figured it needed a tune up and I would get it checked in the coming week. Well I didn't have time to do that because I took one trip that took about an hour and by the time I got back my car was profusely leaking oil. I parked it. I needed to run to the store in town maybe 5 min away and now it's POURING out oil. I have a friend look at it and Walmarts mechanic has cross threaded my fuel filter. My friend removes the fuel filter and puts on a new one the right way and fills my car back up with oil. Now I call Walmart and proceed to tell them what happened. The manager says because I had someone else mess with my car that they need a statement from him as well. Telling me this company with all this money is about to fight me on THEIR mess up. Like I'm supposed to drive my car pouring oil out of it, 20 mins away to them to check it. And I sure wasn't about to pay to have it towed and them say they weren't paying for it. So long story short, we're in an employment crisis I understand it's hard to find good workers but this should have never happened (you can feel metal on metal cross threading!) and Walmart should have immediately made this right. I decided not to pursue this pain in the rear and take that loss but Walmart will NEVER get my vehicle business again and I will make sure everyone who mentions them as their choice of oil change shop knows how they treat customers they have wronged.And let me just say on top of that I paid for the better more expensive oil change to have my fluids topped off and that was most definitely not done, nor has it really ever been done in any of my cars.

It s a Walmart automotive department. Sometimes you wait. Sometimes you don t. Redneck Walmart is just down the road from liberty hwy and vise versa. One will get you in if the other is too busy.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Not only did we have to wait 3 hours to get a "full service" oil change, but everything we paid for was NOT done. Not fluids were checked or filled. Nothing. Terrible and I tried to call about it, they told me I must have a leak in my oil, transmission fluid, radiator AND windshield wiper fluid.

When i pulled up my car for an oil change, i was greeted immediately. I must have come at a very good time because my car was done in 35 minutes. The mechanics were all very kind and punctual.A special thanks to Richard and Lynne.

Lynne in the tire center is so helpful! I bought a new set of tires here, but apparently they had it put under my other vehicle. Lynne helped me figure out the issue and told the guys in the garage what was going on. Without her kindness and thoroughness, this process could have been such a headache. She was happy to help and I appreciate her so much! The guys in the garage were super helpful, too. I won t go anywhere else from now on!

Had a tired installed from November of 2020. Valve stem didn't get replaced and eventually broke and caused a flat tire. Rose (service manager) was extremely understanding and helpful in this process and made it right. Customer service matters!!!

Friendly, fast service. The "pit crew" service includes up to 5 qts of oil, oil filter, a tire air pressure check & fill and labor for just $19.88 +tax. Great deal if you need a quickie oil change between paydays, or before a last minute road trip. Very pleased!

It s Christmas Eve and my tires were INCHES from death. I came to Walmart and they unfortunately did not have my tires in stock, but they were very kind and helped me find somewhere open that DID have them in stock. They care more about your needs than their bottom line. I appreciate that. Merry Christmas!

Went in 11am on a Sunday morning. Got help with purchase of correct battery. Was almost immediately staged for installation. Offered a piece of cake and GREAT attitudes by Nicole and Chris (I believe) was out of there with new battery and installation by noon. Never have I had such a positive experience at Walmart. These two? They need recognition. BIG TIME. Battery maxx86 ...working just fine. Quite possibly the FIRST time I enjoyed being at Walmart. Walmart Automotive in Anderson? Thank you.

Went there to get one tire and it was my first time using this place of business for tire services. Got there and was approached by a worker who asked what I needed and I told him, and he said ok as soon as I get done with this customer I ll be right over to check you in. So I went back to my car and told him what color my car was and where I was. I waited 25 minutes and no one ever came to service me. But I noticed two other vehicles pull up with young females in the vehicle and they were serviced immediately. So I just took my money and business elsewhere.

Don t take your car here. They ll screw something up and lie to you about it. Went to have an oil change, waited an hour and a half for them to tell me that whoever changed my oil lady must ve stripped the oil plug and they couldn t get it out . Well the Chevy dealership had changed my oil last. Called them and they said there s no way they had stripped it bc they had on record when they had changed the oil, and if it had been stripped sense then it would ve been leaking oil all this time. It hasn t been so... seems like Walmart probably screwed it up and doesn t wanna take the blame. Save yourself some frustration - go somewhere else.

Needed two new tires after one old tire decided to blow out on 85 on my way to work. They were friendly and sympathetic about my situation, unlike were I work got wrote up for being late.

I'm not the biggest fan of this Walmart location but I am super pleased with the Auto Center here. I bought four new tires and had them put on while I picked up a few things. Friendly service and you cant beat the price.

The wait for an oil change is ridiculous. I've been here for 1 1/2 hours already and still here. Very understaffed . The price may be affordable, but I may pay the extra money to go elsewhere next time.

Probably want to head somewhere else, I had just washed my car and had some green soap still dripping from the fenders and they said it was antifreeze and my water pump was probably the cause, all I needed was a oil change! When I told the guy it's soap he promptly stuck his fingers in it, I thought fur sure he was gonna give it a taste LOL, like I said might want to head somewhere else

Had a nail in my tire. When I bought the tires I bought the road hazard warranty and the balance and rotate warranty I told the guy that I wanted the tires balanced and rotated and the nail taken out the salesperson didn't put in the work order that I wanted the tires rotated and balanced lucky enough I caught it before they took the car out of the shop.

I was there at 810am in the bay by 830and left at 956am for an oil change. Need I say more. Good price guys were nice. I was hangry

Slow and not responsive. After over an 2 hours I went back to check on car. It was ready and just sitting there.But hey you do not go to walmart for their ability to help. You go for prices.

They do a good job but I always get an attitude. They say there are only "two people here". Aggrivating.... it's always going to be 2 hours even with one car in front of you.

very time consuming!! these people have absolutely no drive or sense of urgency. Over an hour to patch a tire with 4-5 people on duty and 2 vehicles in the shop?! I just don't understand.
