Thank God for Truck Toyz!! We put new tires on our truck before leaving NY- had a bad high speed shake on the way down to SC. Stopped at two other tire places who couldn't help us. Truck Toyz got us right in and balanced our wheels so we could take a safe ride back to NY. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Great job! Bought a Jeep and needed a tow, brake and electrical installed. The dealer was the go between. When I got the Jeep, I had questions. Justin was outstanding. He has answered everything. Definitely recommend.

I had some tint done, after a few days of curing it didn t look like I had hoped. I called Justin & told him I wasn t satisfied, he told me to be there first thing the next day & they would fix it. When I picked it up I let it cure again & it looks so much better. They will get all of our tinting from now on. Thanks to Justin & the tint installer.

Great place...the lights on my boat trailer were not working properly, called them from the lake and they said stop over to get it diagnosed. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and sent me on my way. This kind of service is hard to find today! Thanks All!

Waited weeks for a bed cover. Finally called and was advised it just so happen to be on tomorrow's truck. Made an appointment to be there the first thing when they opened to have it installed. Long story short, they ordered the wrong cover. I have a Dodge, THEY ordered a Ford cover. I was told "we can't help if the computer changes the numbers". I asked for a refund. He put in some numbers in the same computer he claims just switches numbers and said if it's not on my card in a few days to come back and he could do it "instantly". I asked if he could not do it instantly now. Of course he can't do it instantly now, but he can in a few days. The whole time they refused to take any blame, constantly saying the computer did it and they can't help it. We will see if I actually get my money back (over a grand by the way). I completely understand people make mistakes, but own up to them and accept responsibility, and dang sure don't be rude about it.

WOW!!! I'm very impressed. These guys went above and beyond. Great service. I'm a full-time RVer traveling from Southern California in need of an emergency repair. I would have complete peace of mind if I knew there was a shop like this in every town we made a stop in. Unfortunately there isn't. I would absolutely, without hesitation use these guys again and recommending them to any visitor or stranger traveling to Anderson in need of service. No rip-off's here. Class Act. Sorry we're not in town longer so I could schedule some wishful upgrades to my Excursion. Thanks so much Earl, Derek and Clay. Honestly, your kindness will forever be one of the highlights of our 2 year adventure.

I have always had a great experience dealing with Truck Toyz. Derek and Chris in the showroom are always courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have had mine and my husband's car windows tinted, and they did an excellent job using quality product and even offered a lifetime guarantee. I have ordered many parts and had them installed, and it is done quickly but with attention to detail. If anything is not up to par, they will bend over backwards to make sure it's corrected as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, many parts are custom ordered for your specific vehicle, and it takes time for those to be delivered. I have recommended Truck Toyz to many friends and family, who have also been very satisfied with their work.

These guys were the BEST! I originally went to Roger s Stereo to get my windows tinted & they messed my car up. As I left, I immediately went to Truck Toyz. They tinted my windows BEAUTIFULLY & charged me $100 less than Roger s Stereo, with having to scrape the tint off that they put on. I HIGHLY recommend going to Truck Toyz. They treated me VERY well.

Had nerf bars, back up camera, and bed cover installed on my 2016 Ram 1500. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. This is my first truck I have ever owned so I wanted the best stuff on it. When the first back up camera wasn't going to work Chris called right away to come up with a back up plan that would suit my needs. I love everything on the truck. Customer service in the showroom to the excellent quality of work by the shop staff. They are great group of people. Will be back to get some other things done to my beast. I would give you more stars but it only allows 5 but y'all are 10/10 in my book.

These guys are friendly & thoroughly professional. Not only did they install my $400 tool box in less than an hour, they also- without further changes- replaced my chrome rods & my Ford Ranger looks fantastic. Thank you Guys at Truck Toys in Anderson SC

I was so pleased with their service. I asked about getting a roof-rack put on my Nissan Rogue and they were very informative. They explained everything very professionally (without treating me like I was just a dumb girl). They actually came and picked my car up from school (I'm a teacher) so that I wouldn't have to find arrangements to get my car to the store. The prices were reasonable and they only charged $50 for labor. I would absolutely recommend Truck Toyz to anyone!

One of my rain guards or wind guards had come off of my truck and it was guaranteed. They had been on my truck for almost 3 years and they had no problem cleaning the truck and taping it back on good service no problem great place to buy truck toys or toys for your truck. Their guarantees are good.

Really nice people! Helped me get my luggage carrier up on top of my vehicle, even though they were pretty busy! Would definitely recommend giving them a try for some of your vehicle accessories needs!

I'm not your typical looking off-road, truck driver looking kinda guy and stood out a little when I walked in. Yet Derrick (sp?) soon cleared out from behind the counter and attended to me. He was very informative and cordial quickly answering my questions and helping me make what I feel was a very well informed decision about my purchase. When a problem popped up, he was again quick to call me and we worked out the issue.

This place has showed its professionalism again. 2 years ago I tried using this place and bought over 2k worth of parts. They installed a steering stability control under my Jeep. When I went to pick the Jeep up the steering was literally off by 10 of play in the steering wheel. It was like driving with no control. I took it back instantly. They looked under and couldn t find anything wrong and basically said there part was done correctly. So I had enough of them and took the Jeep to my buddy house and he found about 3 major bolts that were about to completely fall out. He tightened them all up and Jeep was near perfect after that. So I felt the need to blast them on fb after that. But then a few days later I took the blast off fb because I do forgive easily.After two years I decided to give this place another shot. Why?? I not sure. I believe mistakes can happen and move on.Met the manager and he remembered me instantly. Asked what he could do for me. I told him I wanted to do business and buy all new rims, tires and light upgrades. Was willing to spend thousands.He told me he remembered me blasting on fb and he would not help me at all. He was professional about it but the problem is they still cannot own up to their mistakes.We had a small back n forth and I told him that it was a shame they cannot own up to their mistake and make good with it. Here I am at 8:30am first customer ready to spend big money and he tells me he cannot help me any longer.Very unprofessional I m my opinion and holds their mistake on a customer. Too much pride? Don t know.

I am with a local Ford dealership and I use Truck Toyz exclusively for anything we outsource. They are extremely knowledgeable, the utmost professionals, and more than competitive in regard to pricing. I use them regularly for a variety of jobs and have never been disappointed in any manner. I'm consistently amazed at the effort they make to "squeeze" us into their schedule in order to help our customers get their trucks back quickly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Just had my 2019 Ford Fiesta set up with a Blue Ox baseplate, a Blue Ox Ascent tow bar and a Patriot 3 brake system installed at Truck Toys and they did an excellent job. Very neatly done. Chris Whitfield was excellent to deal with online with quick response and called to update me when he said he would call! The installation guys went over everything with me and helped me hook it up to my motorhome.

As a local Service Manager for Carolina Ford and my other dealings over the last 4 years at other lots in both sales and service. I have nothing but good things to say. Had a client that we subbed a heated seat 2 years ago and they took care of her through me and stood by the product even though it was a manufacturer defect. Will keep working with them in the future with no worries.

This is the ONLY place to go if you re looking to upgrade your vehicle. I have personally spent thousands with this business over the last 8 years, and I have never had a single issue with any of my purchases. If I did, I have no doubt that Derek and the others would go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You ve earned my business for life!
