I can't say enough nice things about this business. Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous from the moment I pulled up. I was in and out quickly and the price was comparable to what I had been paying. This is my new go-to oil service spot.

Marion and his guys do a great job. Very friendly and fast service. They never try to hussle you into paying for extra stuff like some of the other oil change places in town. Highly recommend them.

I went here for an oil change the first week of Jan 24. I absolutely hate pulling my car into the garage anyway, but this time was worse. This old, rude man said, These old women don t know how to drive. I have been a teacher for 28 years and have never even had a middle schooler call me old to my face. I have extreme depression along with other serious health problems. The last thing I needed to hear was I m an old woman. I have never been treated in such a rude manner in my life. My only regret is I didn t find out his name so I could report him to the Shell regional manager. I will never give this place my business again and if you don t want to be called negative, rude things, you will want to avoid it.

I had THE BEST experience here yesterday 10-9-23. Marlon and his crew were very accommodating to me. I prefer Castrol in my car. Marlon got right on it and found a full and unopened jug of Castrol for my car. It was pleasant from beginning to end. I hope Marlon goes nowhere. I ve been taking every vehicle I ve had for 15 years or more to Mr hall . I had my oil changed July 3. They have always been very professional they found where KC Automotive. And Anderson Transmission center left my transmission cable going to my computer, dragging the ground. They let me know that my computer was exposed. they seen the codes that it was throwing and they personally seen how hard of a time I had trying to start the car I had to have it towed that day they ve never let me down they stand by their work and they know what they re doing they always go above, and beyond mr hall knows that car like the back of his hand.and has been serving it the entire time I ve had it highly recommended

Always enjoyed going there! All the staff have a service mindset even though it is probably a repetitive task for them. I keep coming back because I think service is their moto. Also Women Wed. isn't a bad deal!!

Ive not had positive experiences with basic car maintenance especially from dealers.....they always found something else I was not expecting and it always was expensive.....I was referred and had high expectations on receiving great service and quality work at an affordable price. They hit the mark all around and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was appreciative and grateful for their work.

I bring my work vehicle here that needs oil changes almost monthly and my brand new Jeep for service. After coming here it makes the dealership look lazy and slow. Fair pricing and quick quality service. All the guys are super friendly. Can t ask for any more than that. They don t cut corners, even clean the windshield for you. I always feel like I get my money s worth and highly recommend this place.

I m in here a lot with both my personal and postal vehicle, my dad also comes here, and they do amazing work! Clean shop, fast service, everyone is so friendly. Very meticulous. Highly recommend! Awesome so friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else. All the technicians have positive attitudes and seem to work well together. It's interesting to listen to their jokes and stories. Highly recommend Shell Rapid Lube on 81!

This place was recommended to me by a local who lived nearby. VERY quick and friendly service! Soon as you sit down and get comfortable they're sending you on your way! Pleasantly surprised. It's the only place I've gotten my oil changes and levels checked for the past 6 years since moving to Anderson!

The staff here are friendly and do a great job. They let you know if they see something wrong with your car so you can get it fixed. I go regularly for my cars oil change, and they also check and top off all your other fluids, check your air in tires and never make a mess in your car.

Fast, friendly service! They answered simple questions about my car that had nothing to do with my oil change (I know nothing about cars). I couldn't have asked for nicer, more friendly technicians. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming here again and again!

Pulled up at 5:45 for an oil change and they were all whining I could tell bc they close at 6:00. They went ahead and told me they were closing sorry No worries. Stay closed forever for all I care won t be back.

BEST time I've Ever had getting the oil changed. They have a customer for life. PLUSthe Manager said before any road trip, I can bring my van by and they will check everything to make sure it's ready for the trip.

Love the detailed inspection my car gets here & the report I get back from it. The guys really work with your car as if it's their own instead of most places now.. not caring about anything but money & the speedines of it getting done. I trust these folks & the price is decent also. So it's a win win.

Took my car there got a oil change a month later started leaking oil. Took too shop they stripped my old plug in my oil is coming out they tried to cover it up and put some kind product around it to get my plug to stay in.had too get a new oil pan $500!!!! Went to get my oil changed and they told me the sticker was wrong and I still had two thousand miles until I needed an oil change. They checked my tires and levels and sent me on my way with no charge. There are still some honest people in this world! I will definitely use them again!

I have been going here for a while with no issues . Till i found out my oil stick was broke! They did not till me until next time I took it by there. Said my oil stick was still broke. Thinking why didn t they till me when it happened. Now was told by manager can t fix it! Needs to be taken to a shop! Paid $25.00 for another oil stick on eBay. The oil sticks for my type of car are very hard to find! When I called to talk with the manager told him I know it was them that did it they are only ones that have been changing my oil still didn t do anything about it! Will not be going back.

My oil light came on when I was leaving work. The shop was closed, doors drawn and about 5 men were locking the doors and getting ready to lock the office. I pulled in and they opened the shop back up and put oil in my car. In a world where customer service seems lost, they went above and beyond taking care of me. I won t go anywhere else because they actually care about their customers. It s just a nice and thoughtful group of people. GO TO RAPID LUBE, they care about their customers!!!!!
