A woman broke down during school pickup, and the owner of this shop was so good hearted he stopped told me to call Action towing and he d cover it to be towed to his shop and helped and paid to get this car fixed for this mom in a very bad situation needed her car to feed her family! He is a wonderful sweet man! For him to stop, the Lord is with him and does for his customers and the community! God Bless you and your Family & Action Towing for working fast!!

I will not elaborate on the fiasco I endured last week vehicle wise, but one of my cars ended up accidentally getting towed to Rowland's. Again, without elaborating, (I'll spare y'all...haha) I couldn't be happier that I was able to meet Mr. Rowland. I cannot attest to their work there, yet, (I will be dealing with him in the future) but I can say that he's a good one. Thank you!

Zack and the Rowland s crew were a huge help with our van! We had a range of issues and they helped us to understand the best course of action. Everyone was really nice and helpful as well as honest. I definitely didn t feel like they were selling us anything we didn t need. I highly recommend them!!

My car sat there for a very long time and the problem was never fixed but I was still charged well over 1000 dollars for a unsolved problem. I can t believe I paid but felt stuck. Don t go here please.

Have a GMC Yukon Denali. Until the last few months have been going to dealerships for service and repairs until I just couldn't stand the price gouging that is the norm AND I found Rowlands. Very fair, honest and accurate service thus fair. Our primary service shop.

This was my first time being at this establishment. John and didn't get the name of the other guy, but they didn't turn me away. They were super busy, but was told we're work you in. I was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism! They didn't have time to fix my problem, but gave me an estimate for return repair! Love this, because there's no surprises and you already have an idea what's it's going to cost! Excellent way to do business!

I m so glad I decided to use Rowland s Automatice Specialist. I called another company and they immediately told me I needed a new transmission. They didn t even to look at it. They just told me over the phone, you need a new transmission. I m glad I didn t listen to them and purchase a new transmission when it was not necessary. I highly recommend them! I appreciate businesses that are honest and strive to provide good service. Also, they were very fast too!Service: Transmission

Zack and team were great. They were honest, up front, and prompt with repair. I went in for A/C trouble and they fixed and it's working great. I thought their labor rates and part fees were very reasonable. I will definitely be going for future repairs.

Fast service, Trustworthy, Honest and dependable! Very professional! Ask for Zack! He is your guy...My husband and I both trust him and this business with both of our vehicles on different occasions. Great on prices and will not overcharge you. You will receive a quote and thats what you will pay when you puck up your vehicle. We have trusted Zack and his staff many times. We will continue to use them when we need their services. I would give this business 10 star's if possible! You won't be disappointed.

STOP!! Yep, no need to keep searching for mechanics or reading reviews - this is THE ONE!! Zach and his crew are the VERY BEST mechanics in Anderson and possibly the that s of South Carolina.First, from a woman s perspective his shop is super nice, NOT the grungy and grimy stuff where it has layers of dust and invoices stacked everywhere and one old lady working the phones. His shop is very clean and modern with an ACTUAL waiting area, not just a random chair.Second, his work and customer service is phenomenal. They have always been patient with me, explain everything so I can understand it and know exactly what s going on and the whys and everything. If I ever have a problem he is quick to fix it, or tell me to come back in and he ll check it out for me.Third, (major plus) HES CHEAP!!! From the looking around I did in the area I found that Rowland is cheaper than most of the mechanics around here. They will never overcharge and completely understand life is going on and mechanic services are expensive!! They will do what they can to give you the best rate. The quote they give you is what you will pay.Is they find something while working on your vehicle they will call you before fixing it then tacking it on the bill!!Plus! Their work is guaranteed!!!I am so thankful I found them!!!So go ahead, make the call, get the quote. And CONGRATULATIONS because you ve just found THE mechanic.

Business is so busy it took a bit to get my car looked at, but very thorough and took the time to look at my car fax to see it has a history. Fixed the issues I've had for years that others couldn't, will use this shop for all my family. Pricing is great as well.

Absolutely awesome! Great work, like that owner will personally talk to the customers. The prices are very reasonable, and he even calls a few days after your car leaves the shop to check and see if everything is OK! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Rowland's does a great job at a fair price. I've had several encounters with them over the year for stud repair among other things. They have always done a good and expeditious job. I highly recommend them for your automotive repair needs. There is a family-run atmosphere and they seem to take pride in their work.

This young man is very honest, his prices are reasonable, and the mechanics that do the work are excellent. Zack takes pride in dealing personally with his customers. I like this personal touch in talking directly to the owner. His years of education and experience are evident. I drive my vehicle from Greenville just to have him service it. I will not consider taking my car anywhere else.

I wouldn't send my daughter/sister/mother up here alone. I can't say exactly because of lawsuit but my truck was not leaking oil Friday morning when I dropped it off, it is literally pouring out on my pretty white NEW concrete driveway. Also was informed everything wrong with my RECENTLY purchased used truck IS ALL MY FAULT and not in any way covered by the absolute joke of a warranty. You couldn't pay me go back here

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance but they still were unable to get my car done and never once told me they were busy they just held on to my car and I had to call them around 4:30 and when I asked about the car he said he would check it out and then 20 minutes later he tells me that my blower was messed up and for the blower and wiring it would be 440 and 75 for the so called diagnostic which is outrageous. I replaced the blower less than half a year ago and just to work on the blower was way cheaper. When I asked if they were going to be there by 5 or if I was just going to have to wait till the next day the employee on the phone stopped talking and hung up the phone 20-30 seconds later. If you plan on going here don t. Even if you need to get it checked don t. They re only trying to get over at the expense of someone else.

Wouldn't take my vechile to anyone else. Fast, friendly, and above all, honest. I was having trouble with my vehicle shifting and took it to another mechanic and was told I needed new transmission. i decided to seek a second opinion and consulted Rowland's. Thank goodness I did because they diagnosed a leak saving me thousands of dollars!!
