Went and got my new tires today all four mounted balanced the works. Everyone treated me like I was family couldn't ask for a better company to get my tires from. Not only did they get my new tires but it made my truck look better. I will always use RNR Express to get my tires from, from now on!!! I'm super happy with the experience that I had today and with the work that these guys do

We had a rim problem that unfortunately couldn t be fixed and we also needed new tires. I m so happy we came here because William really helped us find new rims and tires within our budget. All of the guys that helped us that day were very nice and they did an amazing job. They even have payment plans if you need them.

Bobby helped us figure out exactly what would work and for the best price! He was amazing! & everyone around was also great! I don t think there was one employee we didn t talk to, just walking by. They definitely make you feel welcomed! Great experience

We often read about customer service horror stories. I witnessed what is meant by taking care of your customer with this business. I was having issues with the stem for one of my tires. Visited multiple places looking for a replacement, no luck. Decided to try R&R. I ve never purchased anything from them. Showed them my issue. The young man behind the desk walked into the shop, came back, shook my hand and sent me on my way. Problem solved. That s Customer Service.

Everyone was very nice,atmosphere and bathrooms were clean,free of paper or dirt.Rims and tires very organized.Also they have real cool seats in the waiting area ,the armrest are 'tires' lol . They have venting machines available for the customer to grab a snack while they wait All my questions were answered fully and completely.My service of tires and rims were performed in a quick,orderly and timely matter.Im satisfied with the overall service.GOD BLESS!!

We hit them up, almost closing time, about the tire pressure for our RV. It has been about 5 months since we traveled, and with low pressure, we were going to be dead in the water. These guys came through monumentally, saying, "Come on!" The RV fit in the parking lot, they filled the tires at no charge, and we were on our way. We will be giving them more business in the future. It's good when you find good people!

Decent place. They will work with ya if you need new tires just a lot of paperwork if your not paying out flat. Would recommend

Big thank you to JC, Nick, and Zane! Everybody was a huge help and had amazing customer service. After a bad experience with Firestone, RNR fixed all of my issues with no hesitation. Will definitely be returning next time I need new wheels! Check out RNR for all of your wheel needs in the Anderson area.

I completely change my rating compared to what it was when I got tire seven years ago. I had a very bad experience with this company just recently. They do not hold to the words, when you schedule an appointment and go in for that appointment, they are not on their books. They have horrible reception work. But yet when they want their money, they know how to work a phone and take a payment. One of the worst businesses I have went to for tires.

I would recommend them to anyone! Always doing their best to make the customer happy, and very easy financing!t was so difficult finding the right tires/rim for my car. I found the perfect rims and bigger tires for my car with their help! Big shoutout to Andrew for doing all he could to help me when I completely destroyed one of rims. The warranty and roadside assistance is actually real ( I honestly thought it was just a way of getting more money). I got a new set of rims due to the ones I had being on back order. They truly look after their customers! Thanks!

Just Don't. They never once put nitrogen in my tires, never once got the front alignment proper, lied to me about warranty work, etc. NEVER trust a place that you "rent" your tires from.

This is the retailer to do business with if you want great service, knowledgable people, awesome pricing, and a very good selection with MANY options! The employees here are very courteous and have a sense of humor. I will definitely keep doing business with them!

This place is poor I will not be doing business anymore the managers will not take care of you never had a tire light on in my car go get tires and now my tire light won't go off I have a new tire warning system coming through my car they won't do nothing about it told me they absolutely will not be switching the tires whoever the manager is Matt got attitude with me when I'm trying to explain to him what is going on they will not take care of the issue and I'm getting ready to take my business elsewhere do not give these people your money

The staff there is wonderful. It took a bit longer for my tires to get on, not only did the manager buy my lunch since I had to go to work and my car wasn t finished they brought my car to my work! Greatly appreciated!

Dear the owners of rnr since your manager won't release your number I'll just tell you here. Your "manager" thinks it's a smart idea to leave a cinderblock in the middle of the marking lot during peak hours risking every single customers car being severely damaged. When brought to his attention he was completely careless. Last I checked rnr doesn't want to pay to fix my $20k car because of some careless manager. If someone on a bike rode through this lot to pay his bills it could of killed him resulting in a lawsuit and jail time. Absolutely the stupidest thing I've witnessed a "manager" do.Now let's talk quality of product. 45 days after purchase one of 4 rims had a large chip/crack from average around town driving, even having insurance was forced to pay over 100$ out of pocket to replace it. Highly don't recommend, they will not receive another penny from us, family, or friends.
