My grandmother has bought plenty of cars from this place and all the cars lasted her a very long time. So I decided to get me a car from here only heard good things about it. WELL that s the only good thing about this car dealer ship is the cars because LINDA the front desk lady is very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. A little after I got my car I had got a new job that pays bi-weekly but my payment plan was a weekly payment plan and I wanted to switch because I wasn t going to be able to pay weekly. So I call and talk to MS.LINDA she told me that I could switch to monthly but I ll have refinance my whole car over again, but I don t want to do that because the car almost paid off she told me not to worry about refinancing and told me to pay a certain amount for monthly and it could ve been miscommunication somewhere, because I end up being $700 behind on my bill and I didn t understand why since I ve been paying what she told me to pay MONTHLY . When the owner Wayne messaged me about my overdue balance I asked for receipts of my overdue balance and didn t get a reply I called Wayne the owner and over the phone he told that the front lady LINDA handles all of that, alright cool. A few days go by I get a call on a Wednesday from MS.LINDA asking me when will I be able to make my next payment and the amount I told her that I would be able to pay Friday and I stated the amount I could pay. MS. LINDA says to me You re not trying to get this balance down. 1. If I wasn t trying the car would ve been repossessed immediately.2. I never received any receipt of where I fell behind at.3. Why would you tell someone they re not trying and you re trying to get their money?I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF MS.LINDA SHE NEEDS THE BOOT!

Welp, pull in and it seems okay at first glance. Then you ask about the history of whatever vehicle. You will then be informed that every single vehicle on their lot has a salvage title which is why if you think you're getting a deal you likely are not. Additionally they do not care if you have money or make money the only thing the lady at the front desk seemed to care about was that I had 10 people she could call that would tell them I will pay back the loan. Dumbest business model I have ever heard of I have 10 family members that will tell you whatever I tell them to when you call. But when I tried to show that I had almost the entire balance of the note available to me at that moment and that I have gainful employment they said and I quote "we dont need those things". I understand it is a byph but in what world is hearsay and the opinions of others worth more than my income and savings? Apparently in Richardsons motors world. If I was able to talk to someone other than the front desk lady we probably would have been able to get a deal done but the silliness of what I was being told by the lady turned me off the dealership entirely and sent me literally right down the road to one of the other 50 car lots competing for business within a 10 mile radius. And believe it or not they cared only about my paystubs kinda like almost every other dealership ever.

My family has bought two Camry's from Richardson Motors. Both have been more than worth it, and have had no problems in the years since they were purchased. I was just there recently (Feb, 2022) looking for one for myself, in fact.Wayne is totally honest and was great to work with, and he makes sure all the cars are in very good shape before selling.

I work for Wayne at Richardson Motors and my family and I have bought 8 vehicles from him. 5 were bought before I went to work for him. None of the vehicles have given us a problem but if they had, Wayne would have gone out of his way to fix it just as he does for all his customers.Yes, he does ask for a third of the sale price because he tries to finance a vehicle so it is paid off in 2 to 2 1/2 years. In the end the customer pays less interest than if the contract was stretched out for 4 or 5 years.He is a fair man who goes out of his way to keep his customers happy and the proof of that is customers who have bought cars from him repeatedly.

The best place to buy a car! I've bought 2 cars from Mr. Wayne! The cars are top notch and they are honest. I love my cars from them. You will not be disappointed!

Needed a car. Mr. Richardson was very nice, told me up front what he needed. I am a very satisfied customer. He helped my Daughter and me out. Great Man to do business with.

Steve did a phenomenal job on my 2001 Accord after a tree fell on it!! Anyone else would have totaled it but he brought it back to life!!
