Tire problems are never good or convenient. I was at Quality Tires this morning and there was two of the most courteous, friendly and helpful workers I have encountered in a while. The manager/owner? Very professional. Highly recommended!

This place is nothing but a poor person friend they have good prices on vehicles and they treat you professional and they take proud in doing good business no they don't have the good location they have customer waiting area that free snacks and shiney floor these are the reasons you get great price cause these people are the average person they understand what that dollar means to you cause it means a lot to them they don't want to be ripped off neither do they rip you off so hey hats off to these guys and appreciate you guys

I recently visited Quality Tire Services and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

Way over priced and not worth the amount of money they are charging.10.00 for 12 donuts is ridiculousThe world is getting crazy and many franchises and retailers are taking advantage of its customers. I believe greed is fueling the price hikes and I feel that American Businesses that truly appreciate their Patrons should price their products in a way that invites their customers to be able to enjoy there products more.You started out doing something you loved and you found success by giving customers what they love for a convenient price that they can afford.Now your established and you now have forgotten your passion for business. Taking advantage of the customer because you can and because everyone else is doing it, that just makes you part of the problem.Those who do the right thing and reinvest in the relationship between the business and its customers. Will remain successfulWhen the culling beginsyour greed will prove irresponsible in the long run.

Bought my car from them & haven t had the first problem! It s a great car low mileage and the price I got it for was a steal! I recommend anyone looking for a car to go to them!

Went there to get some used tires and the workers goofed off the whole time and I waited 30 minutes and they still didn't let me know if they had any, don't waste your time here and go somewhere more professional.

Not sure how many stars to even give. They were fast & I got two used tires with good tread. I was fairly happy but one of the tires split yesterday. Purchased used May 6, split on 25th & no longer under 10 day warranty. I was told I d have to buy another tire so I m going someplace local to where I am & not wasting time driving to Anderson. Kinda upset because it appeared to be a good tire & this split caused me to lose money yesterday.

I bought a used tire around the 30th of December it already had a plug in it and started leaking in January I am totally unsatisfied with the quality of the tire

Called these guy on a Saturday morning after finding my tire completely flat and unable to hold air. I am visiting family and not from the area, they were super friendly. Super affordable and got me a new tire put on the rim, very quickly. Super happy with everything. Thank you for making the experience a smooth one.

Usually I get good service here. But this time it was totallythe opposite. The owner son is not cut out for running the place. He's rude, confrontational, and very disrespectful. I had 2 tires leaking air and 2 bald. He picked out 4 of the worse tires he could find. 3 different tire sizes. And 2 tires are leaking air. His comment about the tires were you're buying used tires in homeland park. What do you expect? After this, I won't be sending anyone to this place. Hopefully there is a good used tire dealer in town.

Never use this company unprofessional and clearly unskilled workers. They damaged my car and the fellow ahead of me as well then tried to say it was already damaged when I clearly watched them install the tires improperly. Then told me I had to pay for the parts they damaged. Then they put on the wrong size without even asking. Will not return.

NEVER go there!!! I bought 4 used tires and 3 were bad. I had 3 flat tires in less than a month. How do they stay in business?!?! They should be shut down. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Beware!! I went to quality tire get a brake job done, they fixed my brakes but ended up with a cracked bumper. The manager was a rude smart**. Told me that they couldn't do anything and they've been in business for 21 years and didn't care who I told. I've sent many people to them and supported them for years. If you care about your car please choose another place.

Gave this place a 5 star rating for service until I arrived home and realized that the chrome center cap was missing from the wheel of the tire that was replaced. When I went back , the owner said wasn't much he could do over a $35 tire , and I was like " what about the $1200 set of wheels that are now messed up ?" He wouldnt even offer a refund for his mechanic's negligent work. The owner has a nice mouth piece and puts on a good show , but the reality is he wants your money without assuring that your property is in good hands.

The man that owns this James he is amazing and very helpful our family has bought 2 mini vans from him and were going to buy one of our sons a car thru James! If you want a good relyable vehicle for a very very affordable price you gotta go see this man and if you need new or used tires he has some of the best tires and prices around�!�!

The most amazing place I have been going since I was itty bitty my daddy only bought his tires here and I buy all my tires. They are very perceptive about your safety and your vehicle. Also not as expensive as every other place and customer service is outstanding. James is the owner and him as well as his employees all go above and beyond to make sure there customers are satisfied would recommend 100% Thank you guys for being amazing

Got a used tire here. Told the guy to be careful and NOT scratch my rim. And he SCRATCHED up my rim! Why would you do that?

Do not go here when the manager isn't there waited 45mins for them to get to me And they never got to me keep on bringing in the customers that just walked in And doing their service highly unprofessional. I do recommend going there if you have all day to wait to get a used tire. Would rate 0 stars if possible

Had to go back 3x before I had 2 tires that were not leaking and the right size. No refund but they did eventually get me going. Probably won't be back but ok place nonetheless.

That's the only tire place I go to in Anderson they are always busy but get you in and out as quickly as possible and the guy's who work there are good at what they do and enjoy doing it tire prices are the best I've found around Anderson if you buy used tires and have a issue with um they'll work with you all in all best tire shop I've been to

Quality Tires is a great place for all your tire needs. The boys are good at what they do and quick. And the prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. My family and friends be going there for years. They are great

i ve went here twice to get used tires put on - their prices are reasonable and the guys are very time efficient when changing out the tire for you. they re always done before i know it. and idk why but i m fond of the fact that they ve let me continue sitting in the car on my phone while they lift up the vehicle and do the tire change instead of making me get out and awkwardly stand in a corner waiting.

They have good tires for great prices! The service was quick and they made it very easy. The customer service here is wonderful! We got a tire that looked brand new for $40 and haven't had a problem.

First of all I was lied to from the start because I called before I had my car towed there and they told me that they had the tires I needed and when I got there they only had one out the three I needed. Then the one that I got kept leaking air so I ended up going back twice with in a week and a half they plugged it the first time and the second time they said it was a bad tire so I brought my own tire with me the third visit and they charged me to take the no good tire I bought from them off and to put the tire I brought on. On top of that they pulled cars behind me and worked on other cars while mine was ready so I saw 3 or 4 different people that came after me leave before me. I used to recommend this place but from the last few visits I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Couldn't believe what I saw today when I was there today the guy running the place left a female he had working trapped in a suv all he done was continued to walk away that was so wrong and from what I gathered this gentleman claiming to be a man of God... last time I checked God doesn't like ugly
