I took my car for service at piedmont Honda ,left it over night so they would have plenty time to drive it to Diagnose the problem,, when picked it up my car had damage to from driver side bumper,, The service department looked at it and wiped it with a rag but the scratches are still there, They only offered to put it through car wash ,I purchased my Honda there and have took it there for service since (2015) not had a problem before, but we are very disappointed with service we received today , thanks and take pictures before you leave your Vehicle and look for any damages when you pick it up thanks,Service: Transmission

Left Tha Car Over Night .. Their Always Friendly .. Their Always Give Me Updates On What Tha Car Need & Don't Need ! Cant Ask For Nothing Better ! I cant really Compare Price Because That the Only Place That Has Service It .. Bet I Bought It Out Of Geer SC .. An Im Always Buying Something New When I Go In .. Nice Cup .. Im Enjoying it

Splash plate came halfway off on the interstate nearby, scraped the road and needed to be clipped on and bolted back. The service center had me back on the road in an hour-twenty and free of charge and worry. Good folks here.

Always a long wait but that's OK. I know what to expect on a Saturday. I have been coming here since I bought my truck in 2009. Came in for tire repair because I believed my tires still had road Hazard warranty from here. It expired six months ago but they didn't tell me when they asked if I wanted them to fix it. Not until after repair was done did I know the price. Partly my fault. I should have verified. I will fix my own before I ever pay for tire repair here again. $76 to plug a nail hole. Ridiculous! Still love the people and the service I get but this was a communication breakdown that could have been avoided. 3 states because I share in the responsibility.

$80 routine oil change and didn t inspect or refill the windshield wiper fluid. Something simple definitely makes you wonder what else did not get completed.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I had the tired rotated during service and they did not tighten the log nuts on the tires. They fell off lucky in the drive way so my husband could fix them.

Best Honda dealership we've ever done business with. We've dealt with Ross in the service department for 5 years now, and he is the most straight forward employee we've ever dealt with. He is definitely a man of character and integrity!

Hendrick Honda in Easley is the place to be!! I've bought cars from both dealerships & used both service departments. Hendrick keeps me wanting to come back. This place, not so much. The older lady at the cashier desk was blowing her nose when I walked up. She actually thought she was going to hand me a pen. Before that, an employee was sloshing around dirty mop water as he passed me, no excuse me or anything. No one in the service department had on masks other than me & 2 other customers ( no disinfecting procedures/precautions were visible). Enough said .......
