I rolled in with my used 2015 Civic seeking a trade in and rolled out with a brand new 2024 Civic Touring. Xavier was my dealer, who was extremely professional, to the point, and worked well around my rigorous work schedule.There were no gimmicks, and they were able to answer all my questions with regards to the vehicle and my financial situation. I enjoyed the "let's make it happen" attitude and the various offers on how to make it work.This would be my first ever brand new car, so a nice milestone to cross, and a good experience to match. My family has purchased several vehicles from Piedmont Honda/Dodge for personal and business use. I just bought a new Honda Civic from them yesterday. As always, the experience was more than exceptional.The staff is incredible to work with from start to finish. They take care of you and listen to your concerns. I drove 3 hours to get to them because my state didn't have any stock of the vehicle I was looking for in the trim and color I wanted, and was greeted with excellent service and staff were extremely friendly! Eric, DeVaughn, and Andy were a pleasure to work with to ensure that my buying experience was a great one, especially in getting me the car of my dreams. So excited that I went and looking forward to doing business in the future.

Robert made my first car buying experience so easy! He was so kind and explained everything. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly as well. Originally was interested in the Honda Civic Hatchback in Smokey Mauve Pearl, but they didn t have it in stock yet the day I went. He showed me the Honda Civic Sport Touring Sedan in Morning Mist Blue and I ended loving that even more. It s been a year since I got my car and I love it just as much as when I first got it. If you re looking for a car go to Piedmont Honda and ask for Robert, he ll take great care of you.

My experiences at Piedmont Honda's service department have been great. I have never had any issues. Each time I get service, I'm met with a smile, they listen to my needs, answer any questions I might have, keep me abreast of the progress during my service, and make me aware of other findings or concerns that needs to be attended to. I appreciate Dylan, Ross, and the rest of the team for the 5 star service they provide.

I just bought a used BMW 430i from Piedmont and I would say that the entire dealership experience lived up to the 5 star rating that hundreds of others have expressed. Robert was extremely nice and did a great job of communication throughout the process and James the used car sales manager was very forth right in his negotiation on the deal and fair in the end with the agreed to price, he was also great to talk to. My only small complaint is that they do not fill the fuel tank full on used car sales, but other than that this is a dealer I would recommend to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a good price. You will be treated well!

I started the search for my next ride in late July. I drive them until they literally fall apart and have been loyal to another brand for 25 years. I ve lost count of the number of dealerships I ve reached out to and have been surprised by the lack response or follow-up after an initial conversation, even after contacting someone connected to friends and family. I m so happy that I took a chance on Piedmont Honda. The customer experience was above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships. Robert Kinney was quick to respond to my website inquiry on August 30 and has been the only one to actually follow-up when inventory became available. He and Jeff Wise in Finance were professional but easy to talk to and seemed genuinely transparent in our dealings, which is what we appreciated the most. Robert didn t just make me want to buy the car he had available (in a color I didn t think I wanted), he made me want to buy it from him. I worked behind the scenes in sales and marketing for 18 years and know what it takes to price and sell a product and have very high standards for customer service. I m a tough customer, and he genuinely impressed me with how he handled everything from start to finish, including patience with my many questions. I look forward to being able to refer friends and family to Robert for all their car buying needs.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. They deserve it. Super friendly and awesome staff. They got me in a car that I did not think would be possible...and I am beyond grateful and excited to have this car. Go to them! They will work with you and find you a great deal, great car, etc. Robert Kinny (sales) nailed it with finding the car I wanted....their GM,Tim Day was also super friendly, showed compassion, and so helpful. Their finance guy, Carl was just as awesome and quickly got the job well done!!! Big thanks to all you guys for helping a gal out :). Thank you!!!!!

Doug and Stewart were the BEST and simply the most fun car salesmen I ve ever dealt with. This was my first time buying a car, and they explained everything to me as we went, were 100% HONEST, and did EVERYTHING they could to give me the best deal. I am SO blessed and thankful for my new car. 10/10 experience in every single way. Came for my wife's car first oil change. Was early for my appointment and they took it right in. Comfortable chairs and coffee and water in the waiting area. Was very quick service and even gave it a complimentary wash. Great job

The service department is the absolute worst. We had our 22' passport there a few times for basic maintenance. The first time they filled the washer fluid with water during the winter months and it became frozen requiring new parts. That was on a family road trip which caused a huge delay in winter weather. The next time we gave them another chance and they didn't top off any fluids including the washer fluid after a lengthy conversation with the service manager. They gave us a complimentary service to try and earn business back. We took it one last time and after having the vehicle back and seeing the paperwork they said both cabin air filter and air filter were in immediate need of attention. There was no phone call made to ask about replacing these items. We will do them ourselves now but it seems they didn't deserve the extra chances. Better off at a quick lube. That's sad. Honda is great piedmont is not.

Purchased a CPO Honda CR-V recently. Saw the vehicle on the dealership's website and dealt with DeVaughn Walsh via email, text and phone prior to going in to finalize the purchase. DeVaughn was great to work with all the way through driving the car off the lot. Made sure we were informed about, and comfortable with, many of the features of the car. Car was in great shape and just as advertised. Appreciate the help of Jeff Wise in the Business Office as well. Great service all around.

Truly a pleasant experience shopping for a new car! We had been to a few other dealerships around town and felt the difference in the peaceful atmosphere as soon as we walked in to Piedmont Honda. You can tell the team all works very well together by the way they all cooperated and were in constant contact with each other. Every employee treated us with care and respect. We worked with Neka Williams and we are so happy with the vehicle we bought and are confident that we got a great value! I will absolutely be recommending Piedmont Honda to everyone I know!

My car needed service repairs while on my way home to Charleston from a family visit in Seneca. The repairs were completed as soon as possible, while identifying and repairing a burned-out brake light. While awaiting the repairs, Piedmont Honda staff extended kindness towards me and my plight. I bought a 2024 Honda CRV-EX on February 15th and it was absolutely the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. My salesman Devaughn Walsh showed me on paper what the dealership could do on the price and what the dealership could offer on my trade in. I made a counter offer and we reached an agreement in less than five minutes. Devaughn and all those that I talked to were first class. The dealership had the best atmosphere of any dealership that I have ever been in. No pressure at all. I can't say enough good things about Piedmont Honda and I love my Honda CRV EX.

I purchased my first car here 13 years ago. I returned here this week as I am looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was looking at the window sticker when a salesman walked over. The car had a $4500 market adjustment on the sticker. The salesman didn t even try to get us stay and look at anything. These market adjustments are so greedy. Do better Piedmont!

I brought my Ridgeline to Piedmont Honda to have the open recall notices addressed. I was very pleased with the service. I arrived before normal openning time but they went ahead and openned early to accept my car. They completed the work quickly and I was on my way in about an hour. The people were helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I brought my Ridgeline in to Piedmont Honda in Anderson from Covington GA since all the dealers (3) I used in GA were not handling my service needs.Piedmont Honda Service of Anderson not only met ALL my needs but went above and beyond getting my truck repaired and got me back on the road.When the time comes for me to replace my truck, I will be heading straight to Piedmont Honda of Anderson SC. for now, they will be handling all of my service needs, it is certainly worth the 3 hour drive for their quality service and their friendly staff.
