I've never had a bad experience with Piedmont. The folks there are always very courteous. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Chris (sales) and Jon (service) are the best of the best! Thumbs up to all the behind the scene people, too. Your support makes the front line great.

The Piedmont team is awesome. I've been in the area 4+ years and though my jeep was purchased earlier, they treat me like family. Truly, the first dealership thats been honest about my repairs and maintenance. I'll be a lifetime customer! Kudos to my service rep, VANNA!

Service at piedmont is always the best. Never have had an issue with my routine service for my truck. Always properly greeted and treated with respect. Recommend them to anyone.

I am conflicted on my response, as the service gentleman checking me in even the cashier was helpful. The main issue was the price, I was quote $169.00 for transmission service then after receiving a phone call it became $800.14, for the transmission service. This is a clear example of bait and switch. I find this outrageous, and example of price gouging. I checked on line and found the average cost for my transmission service is between$240.00 - $270.00. I was then told by your service man that the transmission fluid was $34.00 and my Jeep takes 6 quarts ($204.00), the filter is approximately ($200.00), and the Labor is($400.00) for the total of ($800.00).

Helped a young college senior purchase a used car and Jay and Kenny were great to work with. Honored her limited budget and were very low pressure. When car had a coolant leak 15 minutes after we departed, they had us refill coolant nad bring back. Gary in shop repaired ruptured line/cap at no cost and had it ready the next day. A+!

Overall had a good experience here. They were polite and got my vehicle in and done fast. The only thing that was a negative was they left my windows open overnight which could have ruined my interior but all is well.
