I have recently had an experience with this location and found it to be a good one. The experienced, cheerful and knowledgeable staff there, notably Mr. J Gardner and Mr. Brad Guin, extended a generous and open demeanor that made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Both of these outstanding employees not only exuded a sense of professionalism, respect and conscientiousness, but also a good natured way of approaching their respective positions. Moreover, the remainder of their team seemed just as capable, as they always demonstrated a sincere and open desire to do the very best they could, while showing the highest level of this company's work ethos. I will most assuredly return to this location so that my automotive needs can be met with the knowledge and tenacity required to complete a task and satisfy customers simultaneously. J Gardner and Brad Guin executed their duties in a way that all of the team there should do their best to emulate. If I was able, I would submit a merit increase for J Gardner and Brad Guin because both clearly represent the best of Goodyear's charter. The corporate side of Goodyear should indeed be proud of their staff at this location because they surely earn their pay, and then some.

I was able to get a new set of tires the same day. Service was fast and friendly. The guy at the front desk was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will be returning.

BBB Rating D....Bad Place to do Business! They changed my engine oil without authorization and charged me$139+! I took it in for tire balance and rotation only, which was to be free, and they would not make it right, even after calling the owner! BEWARE! They are Very Deceptive, as I did not need an oil change! I have been a customer at this tire shop for 10 years and have never been treated in such an unprofessional way! I will never patronize this place again! I would like to add that I was 83 years old at the time of this incident! I wonder if they treat all Senior Citizens like this?

The reviews seem a bit skewed. I would definitely not recommend anyone of a certain color to go here. Wouldn t recommend any women to go alone due to not being honest about things. I was told my brake sensor wasn t working . But if it was working how was I notified y brake pads were worn . My rotors had a little bit of waving they told me I couldn t have them resurfaced and they HAD to be replaced in order to put new brake pads on .which was a LIE .. completed LIE It was a 4 hr process because they were not equipped or knowledgeable about changing. Takes on a Jaguar. Car was stuck in service mode for a day! Thank Goodness this younger employee was able to get it fixed today. They offered me a free basic oil change.. after already getting over on me. I will not be returning and I will make sure everyone I know white black Hispanic etc knows they do bad business. They had me thinking I had all 4 brake pads replaced come to find out they only did my back brakes and put 2 new rotors on it. For $556.00. The service people were nice especially the gentleman from today. But the desk associate JJ is not personable and seem liked he could careless. I will make sure everyone knows how they do business.

Would give 10 stars if I could. My car broke down in Westminster out of nowhere after my daughter s softball game at 9pm. Performance had it towed for me and had the problem fixed the very next morning! It had been like a new car since. Would recommend all around for service. Great speedy thoughtful customer service!

Update: JJ reached out to me 1 day after my initial review. To try to make it right and to edit my review. After talking with the technicians at Jaguar and then confirming the things I said in my prior post. I told JJ I wanted to be compensated for the bad service prior to my initial review. He offered 1 basic oil change for a jaguar which doesn t take a basic oil change. Insult to my intelligence. When we spoke on Monday he tried to say he didn t tell me I had to change my rotors. Then today after supposedly reaching out to the owner he goes to say I couldn t get new brake pads without new rotors. Which one is it sir? JJ is a liar and will cheat you out of money. $556 for a bad brake job and brakes are squealing. Atleast if you re going to rip people off make sure it s a good job you re doing. I will be reaching out to the news and media to bring light to this bad business in our small town. Nothing was done to rectify anything. The free basic oil change wasn t even corrected to a full synthetic oil change. But mark my words I will make sure the reviews on here from other customer who have experienced bad service and being ripped off, will be brought to light. I have a strong connection with the media and it WILL be brought to light. You will no longer hide behind fake 4+ star reviews.They did this to the wrong person. I hope the owner Billy knows how his business is being ran and how customers are being treated.BRAKES SQUEALING AND DO YOU THINK THEY TRIED TO CORRECT THAT, EITHER, NOPe sure didn t.

Friendly and professional service. Came here after dealing with two other places that claimed theyknew what my problem was with my car and had fixed it but really didn t. Car is doing great now!

My husband and I have been bringing our cars here since we moved to the area in July of last year. We have always had EXCELLENT service and we appreciate how reasonably priced everything is. We ve never felt like we are being taken advantage of. JJ is the best! He is good at listening to his customers and making sure our car is well taken care of in the shop.

I have been going to Performance Tire for about 5 years, mostly for small things like tire rotation and oil changes. For the few big things, the price has always been less than I expected. The last fix took much longer to complete than they anticipated, but the price was the same. I know they will treat me fairly and go beyond to complete the work.

Pulled in from Atlanta with air intake issues, Mgr (Vince) came out, 2 workers came right over to help, I was in and out in 15min. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you Guys!! Definitely recommend this location

I have been going to Performance Tire for years but I have gone my last time. I went to have headlight replaced and was charged $68.00. I know things have gone up but that is ridiculous. I had one replaced at a shop in Greenville a few weeks ago and it was half of what Performance charged me. I will be driving back to Greenville for auto maintenance.

The last couple of times I brought in my work truck, the customer service has gone from bad to very bad. This last time I dropped it off Friday evening so they can work on it first thing Saturday, it never got written up so nothing was done to it. I'm recommending that our company stop bringing our trucks there for our maintenance.

This is a really, really good Tire and Auto Center. They are busy for the right reasons. They have all the tools and resources for a full service shop and include a substantial inventory of new tires.

Awesome people, great service and the best prices in Anderson.Just had to take my battery in and it was under warranty. So happy I went here cause other ships would have just sold me a new battery. But I was lucky, I had another month left on my warranty and they fixed it for no charge. Awesome to have an honest shop in Anderson

Great service and professionalism every time. The mechanics are friendly, show empathy and a certain level of attentiveness that you don't find at most places anymore. A quality establishment that promotes quality care and high quality ethics. I can always trust that my vehicle is in the best of hands at Goodyear.

Is this the type of work a "professional" mechanic does? I think not, performance has abunch of meth/crack heads working in the shop up there. Take it somewhere else people. Not to mention items were stolen out of my truck while it was being fixed. WILL DEFINITELY ALWAYS RECOMMEND EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

This is the most HONEST tire dealership in Anderson. I was given two quotes for work on my truck and it was twice what we paid at Goodyear. Piedmont Chrysler and Firestone should be ashamed of themselves. They even quoted work that wasn t really necessary. Do not get your tires and suspension work anywhere else. Vince and his team are excellent and understanding to the customer s needs. I plan to tell everyone I know about the outstanding job today. Great work!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this shop. To make the story short, big liars, broke 2 studs, tried to blame another shop and make me pay to fix it. This is the second time they are messing up, will not be back anymore.

Fast friendly and honestHad to get our son s car repaired who is away at Clemson. Called And worked with Jeremy who could have not been any nicer. He was courteous and very helpful. Car was towed in and Jeremy called to let us know when it arrived. They had the car repaired same day (we did not have appointment). It s nice to know there is a trustworthy Good Year for our son while he is away at school.

This Goodyear location will have my business moving forward. They are a class act with great customer service. As a father who's daughter is going to Clemson and is away from home having Billy and Brad assisting her is a breath of fresh air. I received a call from my daughter stating an oil change place said she needed a new tire. She called me, sent me pictures and i immediately called Billy at this location and advised him of the situation. I went back here because last year they helped me out as well. Long and short... Billy said send her down and they would take good care of her. She arrived and i received a call from both Billy and Brad that her tire was okay and that it was a cosmetic situation and not a safety issue. Even though i was ready to buy another tire, they said there was no need a this time. After they checked all 4 tires including air pressure, i asked how much did i owe them for their time.It was a quick, nothing sir glad we could help. Billy and Brad broke the stereotype of "Car places take advantage of you especially a young female" In both cases this was never the case. In fact it was the quite opposite. Not sure who owns this location but gold stars for both gentlemen and they can certainly teach others a lot about customer service. Bravo!!!

Scott and his team have helped me many times. I've bought a set of Eagles from him and I've had him service many tires that were not bought there. Great service and they'll do other stuff besides tires. I've sent friends there and they've had great service too.

The slowest service in existence I brought my mustang up for an oil change and it took 2 hours for them to even bring my car back there and then another 45 min to do that I could have done it myself faster, and will be doing all of them myself from now on if you ve gotta come here be sure to clear your whole afternoon. I definitely won t be coming back

The customer service here is AWESOME! They do not charge you for work your car doesn't need - they are honest, dependable & very friendly! I'd recommend them without reservation for all your auto repair needs!

This shop is awesome! Never had a bad experience. They are always honest and, always take great care of mine and my daughter's cars. I will not go anywhere else.
