I bought a motor through Oreillys & it was bad after being installed (reluctor wheel issue) I had to pay an additional $2500 for the next motor to be installed..guess what, it poured oil. When it was pulled out we noticed it had a crack on it. The shop then charged me $3500. So now I m $6000 into messed up motors.. oreillys did write me a check for $1280, $4720 is what I m left paying for APS (or something like that) who keeps selling bad motors. Oh and they pay $50/hr for labor claims how is that far to me? Who didn t even get to point out a motor. My local oreillys (& District Manager Matt) people have been helpful in providing me corporate details. I HIGHLY recommend ordering anything other than simple stuff from somewhere else. This has been an on going issue since January.

This store was the only store in the area that had the CV axle we needed. No Advance Auto stores, no AutoZone stores... Just this O'Reilly's.It was a little busy when we got there, but we were able to get the part and leave within 5-10 minutes. Not too bad.

David was the goat he helped me get my throttle body sensor out had the coolant splash everywhere but hey he helped me learn that I'm able to pull out the clip to my sensor bro is a legend!

Was sent from one O'Reillys to another to take care of bad O'Reilly car battery (not a great idea), but at 28 bypass Jalen and David were on top of it! Very helpful, and Jalen switched out my bad battery under O'Reilly warranty. That's just good business, O'Reillys on 28 bypass!

I waited in line for like 10 + minutes.. not for another customer but two old guys gossiping about everything and they periodically looked at ne and continued as if i went there.. finally i laid down my purchases and walked out.

I asked the guy at the counter how much would it cost me to get one of them to put my Wipers on he said they usually charge $10 but I will do them for $5, I passed and said to myself I will get my brother to put them on for free. So I had to go to another 0' Reilly On Clemson blvd to find out they do them for free if you buy the wipers that I had bought. ( Dude tried to make extra $$ off of me! )

Great customer service and wide selection of inventory. Except when the car manufacturer has dibs on a very small plastic piece you need. So you do the next best thing if you can't get the part. Monkey Glue it....

O'Reilly's is a whole lot better now that Rebecca is working at 28 bypass she's very informative excellent worker she deserves a raise very good person

Told me i was trying to return a used part and made me look like a thief in front of a store full of customers even had the audacity to take a customer to the back with them where i blatantly heard them all saying i cant believe hed try that followed by i cant stand a thief had to go to the Clemson blvd store with my oem part and there part to finally get my money back costed me time and unnecessary labor will never use an o reilleys again

Order a part they give it to someone else, you have to wait and reorder the same part. I don't recommend anyone go to 28 bypass. Very poor customer service and someone Order same part as you they sell it out under you.....

I think this store needs to HIRE people that know how to do their job .The girls here working obviously don't know how to put proper and correct information into computers and give people 100's of dollars worth of wrong parts .

Had to get them to scan check engine light. They sent guy out with no training on scan tool to try & figure it out. He could not. Another guy came & gave hime some training. Should have came out with him to start.

The worse customer service I was the first to come in the last to get seen about the got all the white people first I'm gonna continue to post this every chance I get until you change something I know nothing really happens behind these reviews but I'm letting you know that black customer get treated different

Fast service. Helped me find fan some oddball fan belts. These guy's are great, fun to be around and they know there stuff!
