I was a little early for my appointment, they took me in right away for new tires. While waiting, I decided to get two additional services and they took care of it at that time. The attendant was knowledgeable and helpful. We will be having all our future vehicle services done here.

I found a screw stuck in my tire and drove directly to NTB. The nice fellas there took my car back right away and in under 30 minutes, plugged the hole. It's been a few days now.... no problem with the tire. Thanks for the prompt, friendly service!

Absolutely wonderful staff! We had a flat on our truck that we couldn t get off (truck is from up north, definitely some rust keeping it stuck), so we had it towed here. They were super flexible when the tow truck was late getting to us, and they had it fixed really quickly, with a new valve stem since that s where the leak was coming from. And they didn t charge us for it either! We had previously had the valve stem replaced and I guess it just didn t hold, so to have them fix it for free was so kind of them. Definitely will be using them in the future!

I had a set of tires put on my Honda Pilot yesterday. They were very professional with this service. I would recommend anyone in the area to go there for all of your tire needs. The store manager was very helpful with all of my questions. The location was very clean even the work area. They also have a window to watch your service.

Great place and great staff! We went through a car wash and noticed a screw had gotten lodged in our front tire. We called them to make sure they could help as it was only an hour until their closing time. They not only fit us in, they finished the job quickly and proficiently. The waiting area is clean and quiet. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I m grateful for them! Needed tires and brakes for my wife s vehicle, and another place had the parts - but no time (too close to quitting time). The problem was, it s my only day off from work. They took care of me same day, and I m so happy! Highly recommend!

Took my brand new tires there and had them balanced and my truck aligned and less than 3 months later my tire is destroyed and my alignment was worse than when I took it to them. Cost more money for them to ruin my tires than the alignment cost. And they won't do anything about my tire. Do NOT recommend anyone goin there! Not to mention stood at the desk for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, terrible place of business!

Quick and friendly. Called other stores on a busy Friday afternoon about getting a patch done and was told it would be over an hour wait minimum. NTB had me in and out quickly and efficiently. They informed me that my rear brake pads were worn and offered to replace them, but we're not pushy about it. Would recommend.

To the great guys at NTB..That helped ease a stressed girl with a shredded tire and all around worn tires. Helpful...kind. And a sweet puppy that I got to hold....never felt in better hands. Thank you.Drive home was amazing! Car drove/handled like a dream. Big difference. You will be my go to place in future for services. Thank you is not enough.....

They were very efficient! I walked in and they took my car right back and began working on it. It was finished quickly too which was great so I didn t have to wait long with my kids!

I can t put into words how impressed I am with this NTB. I called and spoke with Alan, came in and got my vehicle fixed. Caleb, Alan and the rest of the team were beyond amazing. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and were so honest about everything. They pulled me back and physically showed me what the issue was and what needed to be done. I truly can t thank them enough for everything!

Took my car there today for a nail in a tire, and they got me repaired and out in about 20 minutes! GREAT service and friendly staff! I ll never use Walmart again for auto care. NTB In Anderson is my new go-to for both our cars!Tom

Called NTB Anderson about 9am the Friday before Christmas and asked if they could get 2 of our company vehicles in for some serious work. James, Alan, Kaleb and the rest of the team went through our vehicles and made sure that if something needed attention that we were made aware! Great team here at the Anderson location. We will continue to bring our company vehicles here for any future work.

Traveling from NC to Alabama and unfortunately got a nail in the tire. Had to stop 5 times before reaching the store but when I called on Christmas Eve, thank goodness they were open and able to get us right in!!! So thankful for Alan and his team, truly grateful.

Very easy to book appointment for oil change. I ended up getting new tires too. Easy application process for credit card. Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable about services and products. Friendly comfortable atmosphere

I ended up with a flat tire yesterday and the tow truck was able to repair the tire but didn t have compressed air I called NTB this morning and they were able to put the tire back on for me since I m a weakling when it comes to trying to they were nice take the lug nuts off the tire.The gentleman was enthusiastic and kind, letting me know that they would be happy to take care of it for me. I walked in and within 15 minutes I was back on the road and off the spare! Thank you guys so much for your quick and kind service! It is greatly appreciated!

Helpful techs and good customer service. Upfront about complications or pricing changes. Had everything done relatively quick. Overall quite nice compared to other places in Anderson. Very nice in fact. 10/10

Went in for a tire repair and spent the entire time talking with the staff about cars.Good work and very welcoming crew.Building is also set up well.Would do again...minus the nail.

NTB is a really great place the customer service is amazing and everyone here is very respectful. They have things to do as you wait with comfortable seats and a tv they are quick and make sure you are taken care of. Would 100% recommend to everyone to come here!

Went and got an alignment and the crew was all new, and I have to say as a woman these guys didn't try to upset me, they walked me out in the bay and showed me the problem with my truck firsthand. They took the time to explain things to me and also answered all of my many questions. I liked the previous crew but this new crew was AMAZING! Thanks so much NTB, I will definitely recommend to others!
