Maaco did an amazing job on my new paint!! I went in to get an estimate and was dropping it off the next day. Josh was very helpful and answered all of my questions I had in a way that I could understand. They were very fast on getting it painted and back to me as well! My car looks like a brand new car now!! Definitely recommend going here!! Before and After pics added.

I had a really good experience with the folks at Maaco of Anderson SC. They did a great job painting my 1994 Chevy Silverado. To me it's like a new truck now.i will highly recommend the folks at Maaco for a great paint job. I'm very happy with mine .

People are nice especially the lady that helped me through the process her name is Kayleigh ask for her they got my tailgate done in time and it's perfect painted matched and you can't tell it was damaged I've included before and after pics I highly recommend these guys for all your paint and body shop needs

Don't go here! I had a family member go to this place and after they made us wait for weeks just for a summary, he cussed them out and used racist, derogatory words. I do not abide or support a business that is openly racist towards African Americans. Please share this so others know. I do not want other people to suffer from these people like my family member.

I dropped my car off to get the whole car painted doors inside and out. I prepared the car as best as I could by pulling out door panels and trim work. Spent 4 hours doing so.I left one single door panel on so I could assess the window and such. I drop the car off and they do their thing. It turn out they used the wrong paint. So the car was mismatched. Then I had them spray the roof and inside of the door to match the paint. They told me the car was ready. I pick up the car without really looking at it. and there are places on the car were you can see the old paint and they did not buff out the inside of the car so there was a line of clear coat on both side Than I had clear coat bubbles form on my roof. And other things. They had my car for almost a month. I decided to have them fix up all of those issues before I put the car together. I dropped it off and they had it for just about another month. While they had it they somehow scratched my door and had to repaint it. And I picked it up and they only fixed half the issues it had. I m done dealing with them. I d rather give the car to someone else to finish it rather than give the car back to them and wait another month.Service: Painting

I took in a 2000 Toyota tundra that had belong to my late father-in-law that had some damage back in 2020 from the tornadoes that hit Seneca SC on the Bed After discussing it with the gentleman.. an realizing changing the bed was not an option we decided that we would try to repair the best we could. We hoped for a 70% repair . WOW. They knocked it put of the park. It looked like it had never been Damaged .I was extremely pleased and the paint job made the truck just look Outstanding ! They did it on time and on budget price agreed . I can t ask for more than that. I would highly recommend their service and will/have gone back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came into Maaco today to get a second estimate to fix some damage on my car and I m so happy I did. The first estimate I got from a shop not to far from Macco gave me an estimate that was around four times more than Macco. The shop is very professional and fast. I highly recommend this shop for any body work you might need on your car. They are honest and fair.

Called the Maaco in Anderson, SC to get a quote on painting my 2000 Excursion. The person I spoke with was very polite and friendly. Surprising these days. She seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help with everything I asked of her. I decided to hold off on the paint job for now, but I will definitely be back in touch when I'm ready.

I'll admit that there were a couple of minor things that needed to be corrected after the initial work was completed. And they promptly addressed and corrected them.The price was reasonable. And their paint work has been on my old truck for over a year now as seen in the photo. I think they did a great job and I would go back.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company and team Rey and Noell were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable but also so easy to work with! I enjoyed the experience with them greatly!I took my UGLY truck in with the intention of getting a paint job and trading it in for something else but it came out looking like a practically new truck , that I decided to keep it and it only took 2 days! They also paid for an Uber driver to take me home!( who does this?)The job the paint and body people did increased the value of my truck by $4000 easy. Only regret I have is that I don t have any before pictures to show the miraculous difference!!! Thanks again Macco and a special thanks to Noell for pushing me off the fence definitely recommend!Service: Painting

Took my van to Macco on Perman Diary Rd in Anderson, to have the HOOD ONLY repainted. Was quoted nearly $600 originally, but we later agreed just under $450 (which is a lot considering they will paint an entire car for $600). None the less I wanted it done quickly so I drop the van off. I come to pick up the car after being completed and there is HAIR under the PAINT JOB and various other things under the paint job. I asked them if they are going to fix it or provide a discount, and they refused. THEY LITERALLY REFUSED TO FIX HAIR UNDER THE PAINT. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never be back and will make sure all of my family and friends in Anderson never take a car to this Maaco.Service: Painting

I am appalled and disgusted by the unprofessionalism this business shows! They are liars and cheats! We took our truck in for a minor bumper repair. We were told they needed it for 3or 4 days. We called on day 4, not done, waited 3 more days, not done. Day 9 my husband stopped in there to find the work wasn't even started. He told them he wanted his truck, forget the work. They then charged him $319.00 for the part they ordered, which he was told would be an OEM part, but it is not!! It is a recycled part (available on line for $99.00). When he objected to the charge, the witch, a much nicer word than I would like to use, in the office said if he wanted his truck, that's what he owed. Basically holding our truck hostage. What kind of BS business is that? They are rude, liars who have no business being in business! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MAACO FOR ANY WORK!Service: Body & Trim

My Jeep Patriot had major finish damage from using a gas station car wash : some rust and a bad repair job from old damage. Also, one of my front lamps was so hazy that the headlight hardly shown.Now, my Jeep looks amazing!!!!Also, during the entire process from estimate to finish, the personnel were personable and very competent. Had my car fixed here after having an accident. Had to fix the whole driver side. The price was very reasonable... way cheaper than any where else I took it to get an estimate. They got it done really quick! When I picked it up you couldn't even tell anything ever happened! Looked amazing. Ben and Rick were very helpful, professional, and friendly.I would definitely recommend you take your car to them! They won't disappoint.

My husband and I had a fixer upper we were getting ready to sell but knew it needed a touch-up. We called and asked a million questions before taking the car in and they patiently answered each and every one of my questions. When we took the car in we were only expecting the bare minimum for the price we paid but when we went to pick the car up it looked like a brand new car. Thanks so much for making our experience great!

The bodywork is really bad and the lies from the office even worse. One of the worst experiences with a company I have ever had. I now have to spend to fix their bodywork. I was not happy when I picked my truck up, but they were incapable of fixing the bodywork and I m out my money, just to regain possession of my truck. Litigation now ensues.Service: Painting

Most unprofessional customer service and managers I have ever seen. Apparently "HAIR" under paint is "NORMAL". They refuse to fix it when I pointed it out at the time of picking up the vehicle. I tried contacting the franchise owner... no response as of yet.

Did not do what I ask while panting my truck. They give me an estimate after me explaining what I wanted. They than didn t do what I ask and said it would be more to pant the doors trim on my truck. I might add was painted from the factor black and had clear coat coming off. Why would you pant a whole truck and leave two small sections on each side of the doors with clear coat coming off?Service: Painting

Very unprofessional company. Made a mistake of taking an antique car there for a paint job. paid $2000 dollars and got a paint job that didn't even cover the full car, they missed multiple spots on the car including a big spot on the Hood of all places. the tape work was so sloppy that they tapped of part of the body and when they pulled the tape off you could still see the original color of the car! I paid them to fix a rear fender as well which was even worse! not only does it now look different than the other side but it has ripples in the body from where they were hitting thecar. I ended up with more dents on the car than when i took the car to them. Terrible job, went to confront the Manager and he refused to accept the mistakes and he acted like a child, got angry at my for even questioning the issues, refused to take responsibility for any of the damage and got angry at my wife for even being there. He told her she needed to shut up multiple times and wouldn't listen to a word either of us had to say. I even had picture evidence of before i took it to him and after and he wouldn't even look at the pictures. he just told me i was wasn't telling the truth, even with evidence! This is the worst run business i have seen and will be sure to warn every person i meet about how bad of a shop this is and how childish the manager acts.
