Do not go to this place unless one is your absolute last choice or two you have a deep pocket I have a 2010 Mazda three with currently a little over 187,000 miles on it and I turned it into them to check out a Lean bank code on my check engine light they call me back and they say it is a bad mass airflow sensor and also tell me that I have swaybar links in the red then proceed to tell me it is going To be $1439 to get it fixed I call other maintenance and they quote me for just a little over $400 for the same amount of work so please tell me how that accumulates over $1000 more when I can also do the job for less than $300 for myself and get it done in about two hours. The staff was nice at least

The employees at KC s are very friendly && accommodating as well. I went for a diagnostic test on my Chevy a few months ago and instantly knew I was in good hands. Where everywhere else was charging $200-$300 just to tell me what was wrong, KC s testing is $135. They listed what needed to be fixed right away all the way down to what could wait to be be fixed, in order. Of course i had them fix the issues I was having with my car && I ve had no issues since. Thank u all so much

My Ford Explorer had an engine light on (red warning) and was in need of an oil change, alignment, tires and whatnot... a few things...The got it all done overnight.The service was great and was not overly expensive at all; I'll be backI'd recommend

I visited this location today to obtain a diagnostic on my vehicle. They call me back with a price quote that was a little too pricey for my budget. So I came back to get the car. When I arrived there was another young lady up front.. I told her that KC was the highest of my quotes today. She then says" well the world is changing and everything is high". Yes the world is changing. Was that the appropriate thing to say to a customer at a family own business. No it was not. I did not get an I am sorry we do try to maintain low prices or anything. There is a professional way you speak to your customers. Especially with all the competition in Anderson.Not only did her attitude cause this 1 star review. It also cause you guys a customer .

I brought my 2017 Maxima over to them and they pinpointed everything that was wrong with my car. With a great price they got the job done in a instant. Great customer service. Was so please with everything. I brought my other vehicle in and yet again perfection!! Definitely recommend this auto shop. Thank you all.

I take my car to KCs because the people there are as real as they come. They are real people who are kind and who don't put up a front but will use their specialties, skills, and intellect to help you in a straightforward way. Not to mention, their friendliness makes this all the less complicated. Over the last few years of taking my car there, I'm happy to say I've made a few friends at KCs and will bring my car to them anytime :)

I had a great experience, first time experience at KC's Automotive specialist in Anderson SC last week. For the first time in memory, and I am 65, my final bill was half of the estimate. Kellie the office manager had told me there was a hiccup in my repairs . . . I will take this type hiccup any day. A mechanic did the estimate but it was adjusted when the shop foreman reviewed it. I definitely appreciate the foreman reviewing and completing the engine work, which I think is a rarely done practice, definitely not done at 2 previous local shops that I had taken my 2013 Lexus RX350 to. I recommend KC's because they are honest and not allergic to telling the real truth and they do excellent work: My car needed engine and brake work. I drove my car for 10 hours after getting it from KC's and it hummed marvelously. I have another car, well a 2003 Suburban that I will take there soon. As you can tell, I like them a lot!

My car s AC was not working. Some YouTubers clips mentioned the blower sensor . I brought it to a local mechanic and a Toyota dealer. One suggested that the entire interior console to be replaced and the other suggested to replace the condenser plus the blower sensor. KC s mechanic hit the nail on the head. They replaced the blower sensor, replaced the leaking radiator and a couple of other things due to my own negligence. The AC is working now and because the car is running so smooth, I feel like driving a new one. I am grateful finding these kind and helpful people.

I just had my Ram 1500 in their shop and it was an amazing experience all around. They identified the main issue for bringing it in, water pump, and then also found other safety issues that needed to be addressed. They will never up sale you or get you to do anything you are not comfortable with. Also, since my truck had to be in the shop for a couple days, they gave me a loaner car at no charge which was a major blessing. I recommend KC's to ANYONE who needs work done on their vehicle.

We took our Subaru to KC s and they were very efficient and were able to get us on the schedule right away. We left our car with them for the weekend and they even provided us with a car to borrow while ours was in the shop which was a huge help as we are a one car household! Pricing was fair and they were incredibly thorough.

First time customer and let me just say Im absolutely impressed with the overall experience. From the time I called to set up an appointment to the time I picked my car up. I was informed of all the charges up front, they go over a beyond to send you an easy break down of how much the total cost will be, ( which is awesome cause you can look at it as they are going over it with you on the phone) if they find something else wrong during the inspection they take pictures and email them to you as well. The total cost to fix my car was super reasonable and along with what I paid, I got excellent customer service and excellent mechanic service!!! I will be a returning customer. They are a 10/10 !! This is a greet place. The ladies in the front office are extremely friendly and do a great job communicating to you. These are experts who answer questions, and when asked offer suggestions to focus on fixing your problem, and NOT do the big car dealer action of dumping thousands of dollars of programs.I like places that present me with alternatives, options, ramifications, with pros and cons. Only business with skilled techs can offer that.Thanks guys!!!

Just left KC's getting my GTR aligned and found a goldmine!! Jim the manager, James the owner and Kelly could not have been more helpful!! Then Sam the tech worked on my car like it was his own!!! I gladly put my name behind recommending them to anyone!! Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair!! Just had this Impala SS done also!!

We were on a road-trip to NC and then to the Children s hospital of Philadelphia for our 3 year old son when at a near by rest stop, we discovered coolant was spewing everywhere. The folks at KC s squeezed us in to their busy day and worked an hour and a half past closing time to get us back on the road. They sent us off with waters, snacks and positive vibes and prayers for our son. It s rare these days to find those willing to help and go the extra mile for another. We are extremely grateful for the professionalism, execution of maintenance and kindness the employees of KC s displayed to us. Highly recommend!Services: Auto water leak repair, Air conditioning

I ve had work done on my car twice now at KC s and both times they have been able to service my car quicker than the time frame they originally gave which was very nice. So, I call this shop. I explain exactly what was going on with my car. They told me they would definitely work on my car but it would cost a whopping $135 per hour. That not being the issue at hand, I just really need my car fixed I had it Towed to their shop.I paid 160$ for the tow for them to call me and say now they won't t work on my car. I was very clear over the phone about what was wrong with the car. Now I'm stuck paying to have it towed back when they should have declined service over the phone.

I originally came to KC's because no local dealer could repair my "Noisy" Lincoln several years ago. They "cured" my problem very professionally over several days and supplied a loaner while doing repairs. I have since developed a trust and friendship with KC's to take care of all three of my vehicles. And I know it was not a mistake in so doing. My wife inherited a 2004 Hyundai that had been neglected mechanically. When KC's was done making needed repairs, it was like a new car and with only 40K miles on it. I cannot give enough positive feedback about KC's! My son is a student at Anderson University, and as a parent living in NC, we did not know anyone there to work on his car. I trusted them to take care of several issues that were ongoing and I am so glad I did. Not only were they very expedient with the service and repairs, they were professional, so courteous, knowledgeable and affordable.I would highly recommend KC's automotive to anyone who is looking for auto repairs. Took my kia in for an alignment. After going over the car. They found an issue that had to be repaired before the alignment could be done. I'm glad for that. They gave me a good price. And after a few days I returned for the repairs. They even loaned me a car while they waited for the parts to come in. The service was great. Very nice people. I will be going back

I recently moved to the Greenville area and want to establish a relationship with a reputable auto repair place. Based on the excellent reviews I read I chose KC's. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and general checkup of my 2014 Chev Impala. They did a thorough examination of my car and texted the results to me. The oil change and tire rotation were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I appreciate that they didn't push additional services that aren't necessary at this time. I was very satisfied and highly recommend KC's.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best auto repair in Anderson! Very nice staff, very knowledgeable of auto needs and any repairs needed. Very reasonable costs. Work is done in timely manner. My grandfather always told me to find a good doctor, a good plumber, and a good mechanic, because you will always require their services. KC s mechanics were my mechanics, and I never regretted my choice. From KC on down, this was a professional organization that never failed inproviding the service I needed. From general maintenance to shuttle service to loaning me a car when required, every visit reflected the courtesy, kindness and professionalism of every well-run organization.
