Went to the new shop on hwy 24 today 4/8 for the first time. I was very impressed with James and his crew. They all jumped in and began working on my car. Changing oil checking fluids tire pressure n even did a quick vacuum. The were professional n expedient n friendly. Everyone was a team player n not one person stood there watching the others work. James printed n explained in detail with pricing on future recommended services. They even tested the battery n such. The service performed was well worth the price which was reasonable. Not even the dealer performed that type of pm. Great job guys n keep up the good work. You ve gained a new customer. Hope you enjoyed lunch on me you guys deserved it

I had a great first experience. I purchased a 22 year old Duramax that apparently had an A/C problem I didn't catch when I purchased it. I called these guys up because they're nearby, explained my problem and they gave me a couple of fair options over the phone even before I brought it in. When I brought it in, their mechanic was great and diagnosed my issue. They then gave me a very fair price to fix and re-charge my A/C system. I also thought the office staff and the other technician who helped me were very pleasant to deal with. Nice waiting room, everything is very clean and new. I'd recommend them. Their business is a nice addition to our area.

Great experience.. The customer service was awesome and the gentlemen that I interacted with was super informative and let me know exactly what I needed per the manufacturer's recommendations. They ensured my military discount was in their system as well to allow me the best possible rate. We were in and out in approximately 15-20 min and everything was fantastic!

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube. They did a very thorough examination of my vehicle, topped off any fluids that were low. The oil change was very fast, they recommended items that the manufacturer specifies due at the mileage of my vehicle. The price is a little higher than the dealer for oil change, but it was done in a Jiffy!

I did not have an appointment but when I arrived I was greeted promptly. They were able to get started on my truck immediately and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Very professional from start to finish.

The guys at jiffy lube in Anderson on hwy 24 are awesome they really came through for me and a couple friends.We had a tire blow in the trailer we were pulling and thank god we was close to this jiffy lube.They took our tireoff the rim put another one on and made sure we left safely,did I mention it only cost us $15 ,please visit this jiffy lube these guys are awesome and very much needed in this community.
