I was very pleased with the sales personnel. My process took about 3 hours for me to drive of with my new SUV. I am still overwhelmed about the awesomeness of the SUV! It's going to take me awhile to figure out and get use to all the things that make it run smoothly. Thank you Ana , Toni, and Aaron for taking good care of me!

We are new to the area so I really didn t know what to expect. Heard about them from a postcard in our mail. I easily scheduled an oil change online. Upon arrival, check in was fast and efficient. They also checked the recall on my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Provided free snacks and beverages while waiting. Will definitely return and recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks for the great service Grainger Nissan of Anderson!

I had an AMAZING experience here. I ve had a 2011 pathfinder since highschool and decided to stop by Nissan to look at inventory. Originally i was scheduled to visit the Nissan in Greer & accidentally came to the one in Anderson instead. Rather than turning me away Jalen quickly offered to assist me & let me tell you it was the best customer service/car salesman approach I have ever had. He was so personable, respectful, & genuinely cared about me picking the perfect car for me within my price range. He didn t rush, force or pressure me into making any kind of purchase instead he let me take the night to think about it & even offered to contact my family to give them peace of mind about the car. I ended up coming back the next day to buy the car & when i picked it up he had it DOUBLE detailed, new car fresheners, & while I was signing the paperwork he even took it to the gas station and put a full tank of gas in it without even telling me. Going above and beyond doesn t even begin to describe it, the enthusiasm of the other salesman & the positive/fun atmosphere they create makes the car buying experience so hastle free and FUN. I drove off in a 2022 Nissan Altima SR & I couldn t be happier. Thank you Jalen & everyone else at Grainger Nissan!!

I was very pleased with my experience at Grainger! Everyone was so friendly and inviting and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From the moment I exited my vehicle, everyone was so fantastic. The customer service is top notch! Also, the gentleman who is the morale booster of the team is so precious! I absolutely loved him so much and the fact that he went out of his way to get me a bow for my new vehicle (he even let me choose the color!!) and did a photo shoot for me! Also, I have never had a dealership assist me in transferring items from one vehicle to the other. That is what I call customer service!

I am new to Granger Nissan as I bought my truck elsewhere. Granger never flinched at helping me replace my transmission within warranty and provided a vehicle to make me whole during the entire service period. We love them so much we just bought our second car, a Rogue, from Granger. Thanks to Brent and the service staff we are wholeheartedly Granger promoters.

Oil change and tire rotation. Did not rotate tires said were bald. Not true. Ask for assistance with batteries to be changed in 2 key fobs. The service technician assured this was done and both worked at check out. I left dealership and had to return because she lied and did not change the battery on one fob and charged me. This dealership is awful!!!! I would not recommend or even buy another car from this dealership. Every time I have had service it is always car needing stuff other than what I am there for!!!!!

Matthew was so helpful. He was upfront online when I messaged him about the car before we even cane in. When we set the appointment to come look and drive the car he had it pulled to the front with our name in it. He was able to answer all questions about the car and was very knowledgeable about it. Paperwork and sale ran so smoothly since he had already posted on Facebook and messaged me alot of the information.

I have driven the same car for 17 1/2 years. I ve been on the fence about buying a new car for a while. I finally got off the fence and bought one at Grainger Nissan of Anderson. Cindy Stone was absolutely patient and wonderful to work with throughout the whole process, and found me the exact car I wanted! Every employee that I came in contact with was courteous and friendly. If you want a no hassle, no pressure car buying experience, I highly recommend Grainger Nissan of Anderson! And please ask for Cindy!

I had a scheduling issue prior to going in. Once there with a last minute appointment, I was introduced to the service manager. He went above and beyond and made sure I never had to go through the loops to make an appointment in the future. Thanks Grainger Nissan for making a way to have happy customers.

This was an extremely pleasant experience. I met Bill "Spike" Scruggs, who really took his time to explain to me and my wife everything we needed to know, and more. We have had at least one Nissan in our family for 10 years, and due to the reliability of them, as well as the very pleasant experience we had in purchasing our Rogue, we intend to keep it that way, and will go to Grainger Nissan again. Mr. Blue was a treasure as well. They both have the empathy that is lacking and much needed nowadays in sales. I'd like to take them out to lunch sometime for making it an easy and pleasant experience.

Service department was GREAT and took care of my routine service request quickly! However, not 10 minutes after leaving the dealership I had someone from sales calling me trying to SELL ME A NEW CAR. If I wanted a new car I would be speaking to a sales associate. LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE! My next vehicle will not be from a Nissan dealership-pushiest salespeople I have delt with!

Really exceptional service - Ariel and Johnny worked with me on my concerns, and even provided me a loaner car as I was driving from an hour away and had to get to work. Then a driver came to me the next day and brought my car home, took the loaner back. The work done on the car was great, and they noticed tires needed changing and brought that to my attention. The team is awesome, thanks everyone!

I sold my car to this dealership. They then sold my car to another person and still refuse to give me a check for the remaining balance of what they owe me. Communication has been poor and opposite of how they treated me to get my business in the 1st place. I just want my money for the car they already sold to another person. If it was good enough to sell, it should be good enough to pay up!

This is my first experience at Grainger and it was awesome. I set the appointment on line for service, they pulled me right in. We reviewed the need, the exact cost, and I signed off on it.Later I recieved a text with other recommendations for maintenance and the cost. I could accept or reject them and sign again. They were quick, courteous, and honest.Thank you

I came in early December to have my door looked at because it s not locking or unlocking like it should. They told me they would need to order the part, which is fine. However, it s almost been a month and no one has bothered to contract me to let me know anything. I haven t had a chance to call but honestly, I shouldn t need to call to find out what is going on. They should be keeping me in the loop.**Edit** They contacted me after seeing this review. Their comment is not accurate. No one has reached out to me and I don t have extended warranty coverage on my vehicle. They are trying to make it look like I just didn t answer my phone when the truth is they haven t reached out.

Grainger Nissan recently provided me with a recall service that would not involve me compensating them. However, I was treated like family and their service was very professional. It started with the young lady at the desk upon my arrival. Their waiting room was warm and friendly.

We went in to have a recall service on our 2016 Rogue and we left with a fabulous 2023 Nissan Frontier! It was like magic! We had been considering a truck for a couple of years now, so it didn't actually take any arm twisting. Everyone from the service department, sales team and finance manager were extremely friendly. We worked with Bill 'Spike' Scruggs, and he was fantastic, personable, showed us all the fantastic new features of the 2023 Nissan product line, (and how to turn off some that may or may not be everyone's cup of tea.) He made the process simple and we are really pleased with the outcome of our visit. Recently I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge from Grainger Nissan of Anderson. From top to bottom all services were 5 *****. My Salesman Avery Hester done everything that I ask of him. His communication skills were GREAT from top to bottom. We worked well together, I highly recommend this young man for your next purchase either new or preowned. Thanks to Avery, Management and Staff, I'm a well please customer from top to bottom!!!!

Today I took a good friends car into service because she works too much to make the trip in herself. She had called ahead but the BDC did not convey the needs well to the dealership and a wheel desperately needed was not waiting for the service. The service department went into problem solving mode and made the repair happen. Thanks also Mike and Rusty.My first review was long very long and detailed starting from approaching the service department and looking for cues of exactly how and when to enter. Also directing a new customer to the dealership waiting area and ask if they need any other departments while there. I reviewed and pictured problematic issues with the image they give on first visit. I was very detailed and it was met with thank you and a desire to correct these issues and it was received as a genuine response.I also mentioned some less than appealing horse play by people I assumed were sales professionals. They were grilling under a tent today. Plus so many employees smoking in front and plain view of customers.Two things people need to know are this place has a genuine and friendly staff. Everyone I met were nice. All businesses have issues and this one needs an open floor plan that invites the customer the way the staff puts themselves out there. The lot needs room enough to safely move vehicles in and out and vehicle lanes should reflect in and out traffic. Rule of thumb if a customer feels trapped in your lot they will not feel comfortable and many will only be thinking of getting out. This I m saying to help and I think the staff owner and managers know that and received the message with positivity!My friend is happy her car is safe as they also checked alignment she bought the car here just like her siblings.Someone outside the dealership said they are planning on updating to another lot. If they do I hope they do some things like make a semi low traffic waiting area. Make the restrooms with counter space for family issues. Try to get in healthier vending. I also hope they light areas up with energy efficient lighting.Thank you for reading and I think if you communicate your needs in a clear way they will always be received well at this dealership. Everyone is human and with all the crazy in the world this dealership is handling it well. So consider them next time.Thank You all for taking care of my friend today!

I was very satisfied with my service apt on 12/11-12/23!! Everyone is helpful/friendly/thorough!! I have high praise especially for Amanda at Grainger Nissan!!! She is fantastic!! Always wanting to do what is best for her customers!
