Great experience, made me a NEW CUSTOMER, Brian kept in touch with everything being done to my Lexus, Andrew was helpful answering my questions and concerns. The whole staff was great. I didn't meet the guys doing all the hard work needed for my car but was very happy with the results they gave me. She is running better than before. Thank you guys.

First Class Halt always does an amazing job. They communicate with you consistently about what they have found, what services they recommend and can provide, etc. Everyone is extremely friendly and it is apparent that they are eager to help. I am not from the area so I was happy to find such a welcoming auto shop. I will choose them every time!

Decided to try these folks out and I am glad I did. Much better to deal with than the local Toyota dealer. I left my Toyota Tundra with them and they stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Any concerns they notified me and did not do anything without my consent. They even gave me a follow-up call a few days after to make sure everything was still OK and if I was pleased with the work. I will also be taking my wife's Toyota in when it's due for service. Highly recommend!!!

Went to the Anderson location because first class halt has always had a good reputation from people I speak with. The work was completed in a timely manner and I assume they completed the work properly. There was a discrepancy with my bill that was discovered after my daughter got home. First class halt contacted me and fixed the issue. I own nothing but Toyota so I will return.

The representative that I talked to on the phone and at the store was extremely professional and helpful. I live in a rural area, so my drive time was about a hour. The customer service area at the store was very clean and comfortable. The issue with my car was diagnosed and resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. My only concern was the cost. I feel that I got an acceptable value for the issue that I took it in for because I had no way to self diagnose the problem and don t know what others may have charged for the resolution. But aside from what I took the car in for, they said that the brake pads needed to be replaced and the rotors turned; and gave me a quote. I thought the quote sounded high, so I declined. The following week, I had the exact brake job completed at another service center, and the total cost was less than 1/2 of the quote I was offered here. I chose this business because they appear to be Lexus specialists, and thought they might be less expensive than a Lexus dealer. I m not sure that ended up being the case for me.

Great job! My brakes needed to be done because they were worn and I had been experiencing pulsating/vibrating when slowing or stopping. I also had transmission fluid replaced upon their recommendation as it was overdue and very dark. Along with these things, I had oil change, tire rotation and the regular check of fluids, filters and overall systems check. My Rav4 is running great and no more braking issues. I love how they check everything and send you a checklist with pictures to review and approve what you want done. The assessment also let's you know what things need immediate attention and what can wait or need to be watched. No high pressure tactics or unnecessary services. At first, with my brakes, they thought they would not be able to get the shims needed and I would need to come back for brakes, but they got them quickly and got everything done in hours not days. Really love taking my vehicle here rather than dealer that doesn't measure up... not even close to First Class HALTS. They might cost a little more because they use OEM parts and highly trained technicians, but the repairs are done well, guaranteed and all issues are resolved properly. You will feel safe with repairs done by them. This was my 3rd time getting my car serviced with them.

Great Business. Honest guys. When my catalytic converter was stolen and they could not do the repair cheaply. They referred me to a muffler shop that did a great job. This is the second time I've used them and the first time they diagnosed the problem quickly and did a great job on the car.

I can t say enough about the great service and experience we had with First Class H.A.L.T. I called and explained exactly what I needed done and an exact quote was texted to me. I agreed on the job and parts were ordered and received quickly. The work was performed with craftsmanship and in a timely manner. The work completed was on a 2013 Toyota Highlander for new control arms and front wheel bearing. The vehicle drives like brand new again. Well done Brian, Cody and the rest of the team at FCH Anderson! I highly recommend their services

I recently had my car in for service at First Class HALT. They were friendly, knowledgeable about my car, and knew just what I wanted done. There was no pressure to have any extra repairs done. And the repair bill was very reasonable. A five star experience.

My Honda had two lights come on and they continued to blink- the brake light and the check engine light. It seemed to drive fine but those warnings would not go away. An easy fix occurred by one more turn of the gas cap, but I never would have figured that out without their help. They were extremely courteous and attentive to my concern about the price paid to fix it. I was very pleasantly surprised at how they handled this. I would definitely recommend for anyone with a problem to come here for service. Can t say enough good about their handling of this situation. I will definitely return to First Class Halt to have my Honda serviced!

First time customer post.Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. The waiting area and restroom were clean. Free WIFI was available. The inspection report was detailed and helpful with great pictures.Cons: I was quoted $70 for a cabin air filter. I ordered one for $13 online on Friday (same day I was at FCHALT), and it was delivered and installed on Sunday. I also was told my driver side back end needed alignment for $130. Since I had a full alignment done when I got new tires recently, I returned to that dealership for a second opinion to be told that is how Hondas are supposed to look, and no alignment was needed.Who was telling the truth? I will never know. Overall, I am satisfied with First Class HALT.

The associates at First Class HALT are genuinely concerned and respectful about their customers and their customer s vehicles. The associates at First Class HALT thoroughly examined my vehicle, made me aware of my vehicle s mechanical status and of any necessary maintenance work or repairs. Each maintenance or repair item was itemized for cost with regard to parts and labor and sent to me in via text to for my review, understanding and approval before any work commenced. In addition, when I requested my vehicle s headlights be treated for fogging/yellowing, a treatment was implemented by First Class HALT that was fabulous in result as well as very affordable. Associates at First HALT are friendly, courteous, helpful, and I have EVERY confidence that my vehicle is safe and well-serviced! I highly recommend Fist Class HALT to anyone who needs their Honda, Acura, Lexus or Toyota serviced! First Class HALT is a credible alternative to any dealership.

Was greeted by name even though this was my 1st visit (nice). My service was done by professionals, I was even given a 25 dollar credit as it was my 1st visit. Really nice, Amber even took time introduce me to the mechanic professionals nice touch. I believe I have found a shop to do business with for my toyota and honda I believe a better alternative to the dealership.

This place was amazing! I was expecting a call of you need this and you need that but nope, Everything looked great. Brian told me what to be watching for but never pushed sales and I loved that. Amber shuttled me to and from work and was great to have a conversation with. This place has my business. I would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

Very prompt courteous staff. Very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate when possible. I trust them much more than the Acura dealership because they are not paid on commission. They just want to give great service at great prices. I will of course be returning for all my service needs.

I was very excited about taking my car here to get serviced after hearing great things about them. Was disappointed when I made an appt and then called to ask about prices for the service I was going to get and then to know they overbooked themselves and I was going to have to be fit in. My appt was confirmed before it was reviewed and checked to be sure they had the space and fine. I will try again another time. The lady who answered the phone when I called was nothing but friendly and kind. Great phone etiquette!

Lexus needed valve covers, new belts, water pump headlights cleaned oil change, etc. very happy with the work done. First time to halt very satisfied. Will continue taking cars there.

Overall, fantastic experience. Great communication from Brian who was my service advisor. I had my Lexus GX460 towed into the shop in Anderson b/c I was stationed overseas. I wanted the car to get a complete check up b/c it had been sitting for over a year. The technician did a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report of items needed. One of which was unique in that the check engine light and 4lo were flashing due to a park neutral safety switch. The tech said he d only seen it once before. Anyway, they replaced that, replaced spark plugs, and changed all the fluids in the axles, engine, t-case, and brake fluid. Very happy with the work. Only minor issue is that the air dam and the engine cover were left in the trunk. Not a big deal, Brian apologised and offered to fix it.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Rear brakes sounded like bolts in a coffee can. They ordered the parts and fixed it right. Have firmer brakes and stops with no sound. Should have taken it there sooner. Had them charge the ac this past summer and works like new. Excellent group of mechanics who provided a ceramic brake pad manufacturer recommendation and installed them on my 2019 Acura RDX. Coupled with my first Pirelli tires, my RDX handles speed into all corners with the confidence of being able to brake in time should I not handle the steering required for the corner.First Class Halt is now my regular car service place. This place is the absolute best! Honestly, I've never had such a good experience at a car repair shop that I would spend the time to write a review, but this place deserves it! The staff is so friendly and professional, every one of them knowledgeable and can answer any questions you throw at them. They were priced reasonably and had my car done quicker than expected. They definitely have a customer for life! Couldn't recommend this place enough.
