What a shop! Very sweet, honest people. I came in praying to find someone to help me open my jammed hood. Even though they were booked up, the young lady in the office came out herself to help me figure out the issue. Not only did she open it, but she taught me how the lock mechanism worked and how I can Jimmy it open myself next time until I could get it fixed professionally <3 Big shout out to the amazing people here. My dad owns an auto body shop in Maine and has always been my mechanic. Since moving, I was always worried about finding an honest shop since people today struggle with morals and ethics. I am so happy that I found this place and I'll know I'll be in good hands. Thank you so much!

update with photos: a few years later, my car now leaks water where they repaired my roof. the roof has split & is no longer in tact & starting to rust. i m unsure how this was supposed to be fixed, however it WAS NOT done correctly This shop does not do quality work for the long term. I will now have to spend more money getting this re-repaired. the interior of my car is wet every rain & car wash.. do not go here.spent $1100 getting my roof repaired. done a good job fixing the body. However I felt very disrespected as my car was left FILTHY. dust & some other material scattered everywhere. some trim pieces were not put back on 100%. I even had to get my vehicle fully detailed afterwards. Other body shops clean your vehicle inside & out. especially if they re responsible for over half the mess. I also had a new set of tools inside my car, upon picking up my vehicle my tools were missing. I contacted shop owner he says i asked my guys if they stole anything & they said no. We don t steal here. as if the employees will admit to their boss that they stole tools from a customer. I know for a fact they were there when i dropped my car off two weeks before. But it is what it is. I replaced the tools bc i knew it was no getting to the bottom of it. they do good work but from customer service standpoint they are awful. Especially after a customer spends $1100 with you. I won t be doing business here again. I have photo & video proof of inside my car. If i could post them i would.

They are not good at communicating and at this time, would not use them again. Cannot speak for their work quality because work is not done.In short, needed a thermostat replaced and work was started a week after drop off only for the mechanic to start on the 7th day and then not come back from lunch. It has been a pain communicating and a rental car during this time costs more than the repair.

Painted the whole truck. Quality was excellent it was on schedule and at the price I was quoted. Could not say anything better about these guys. Thanks.

Went in for a car in limp mode. Every other place I called wasn t able to get me in today to check it out. They were able to do it, and had it looked at within 20 minutes of me getting there. They shot straight and told it like it is. That said, they didn t try to beat around the bush or upsell anything.I ll be coming back.

I took my truck to have body work done after hitting a deer. They did amazing job on it. Everyone there were friendly and helpful. I was informed of everything. I have to go back for windshield washer fluid reservoir cause it is on backorder. But that is my fault because I don't want aftermarket parts on my truck. My truck looks amazing just like when I got it. Thanks so much for taking care of him.

They done a great job on our repairs. The total cost was less than the original quote so it saved a little money. Was nice of them not to just charge us anyways. Highly recommend them.

I have used this company in the past and was always treated nicely. Today Dec. 19th I called to see how far out they are on repairs for body shop and was treated poorly. I ll never use this company again.

I called to see about getting an estimate. As I was trying to give him the information he cut me off and said mam I have a room full of people. He didn t say excuse me, I m sorry but, he just cut me off and said mam, I have a room full of people! It was like he didn t have time to talk to me! Very unprofessional and very rude!! If I could give no star I would but you had to give at least one to comment! I would have been a customer but not now. I actually needed two estimates for two different things but didn t even get to finish about the first one! I m just so frustrated! I wasn t raised that way!!

Bill is a liar. After receiving the first quote, I contacted Bill and asked if he could work in my $500 deductible with the repair as I know other shops to do the same. Bills response was, I m not sure I can do it all, but I ll do my best to get most of it. After finding out they went back to the insurance and got another $2000 out of them, he didn t stick by his word and do any of what he said. It isn t about the money, it s about his word. He told me he got his dodge guy to price match the parts so we have better parts than what we re written on the estimate but if it s price matched, it shouldn t have costed more. I will make sure to tell anyone looking for body work in Anderson NOT to go here. Bill is a drunk and a liar.

Updated 4/12 got a quote March 25th call 2 Days Later to schedule the repair on my car schedule for Monday April 12th. I take the day off get there at 8 a.m. I was told the parts never came. A phone call would be nice but I found out they're going to use aftermarket parts for my Nissan. I want Nissan parts so take my business elsewhere

I searched for almost a month for someone aggoafford to fix my car. Finally got in touch with Lee at CMS. Compared to the prices of others (400-700) Lee fixed THREE major problems for the price of one. They are very kind and thorough with their work. Thanks guys

put parts truck that didmt work and charged for he ,said i didt have fog ligjts on truck ,showrd him picture and it showed fog lifhts before body shop ,still denied havongfog lights, did not do all body work ,he told me i did not want did not want body work ,who takes thier car to a body shop and they dont fix it ,want to charge moore to fix bodyServices: Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning
