This was the best repair shop I have EVER brought my car too! I will go here every time I need something, 10/10 service and repairs. They kept me updating every single day with information on my car and made me feel comfortable. Thank you caliber !!

My car got sent here by my insurance company after it was hit. Customer service is great. However, the work on your car won t be. There was dirt all over the interior. The work that was done on the car was mediocre at best. An old headlight was used to replace the damaged one, there was orange peel all over the new bumper, the panel gap between the door and fender is worse than after the wreck. I would also advise against having anything in your car too. My entire center console and trunk were gone through, so who knows if anything was stolen.

ETA, Caliber has reached out and we are working though the issue with the car.They do not and will not honor their 'lifetime' warranty. They are easy to get a hold of when you need work done however when it comes to backing up their work, crickets. The manager always seems to be out every time we call (3 or 4 times now) and will not call us back. Poor professionalism.

Excellent and professional service from the start process to the end process. Daniel is top notch and ensured he communicated every step of the processes being performed. Also the beautiful young woman at the front desk, sorry I didn't get her name, is truly the face of the company. She was welcoming, professional and polite. I would gladly recommend Caliber Collision.

They had all-around amazing service and have earned my customer loyalty.My car was damaged on both doors and looks brand new now and even has the new car smell.As for their communication, they told me which dates I would receive updates on and diligently called with updates on the correct dates.They fixed my car quickly around the holidays and kept me posted regarding delays in attaining certain parts.I had previously dealt with Prestige Collision Services and had to pick my car up from there since they left it out in the rain with a damaged door and no plastic wrap and weren't going to touch it for months. It had started taking in water before I arrived. Caliber, in comparison, took care of it immediately and stored it inside to protect the interior from any damage.I can't thank them enough for their amazing work.

After my first wreck, caliber handled everything professionally and promptly. Paul was friendly, informative, and provided daily updates. My car was fixed in less than 2 weeks and looks good as new.

My vehicle came out looking brand new. Weekly updates was super nice and it made me not worry. Took about 2 weeks to get my vehicle back but that was only because of waiting for parts. Once they got the parts for it. They had it done in no time.

They did good work and had the car ready when promised. They kept me updated on the progress. I would recommend them for sure. Told me if we had any issues with something they fixed for as long as I own the vehicle, they would fix it for free.

Unfortunately I had a deer run into my vehicle. I setup a claim through my insurance company and this was a highly Recommended place for me to take my vehicle to be fixed through them. They had my vehicle about 2 weeks and the repairs looked great. Only to drive a few mins down the road to discover air/wind sounds coming in around the door and the driver mirror was shaking. I took my vehicle back 2 times to be fixed with the result being told they couldn t fix it. Finally they decided to adjust the door. While adjusting the door they used what looks like a metal tool and tried to align the front panel to the door. They damaged both parts with paint coming off. Hopefully the insurance company will send me somewhere else to have this fixed. I will never take bother vehicle here nor recommend them to anyone!!Service: Body & Trim

Staff was great! Wait was a little long to get a repair date. Repair was done timely. Delivery was terrible, vehicle was filthy outside and some dust inside on door panels and seats. Overall good experience.

I got repairs done at caliber and I would give them 10 s across the board. Handy was the man assigned to my car and he was extremely helpful and made the experience a lot less stressful!

Before and after pics. Excellent service didnt take long for repair, they gave updates and when picked up the key they went over everything they had to repair. Very professional and respectful. I was so blessed by my experience here. We dropped off our vehicle on Monday, November 7th, 2020, and I picked it up today, November 10th. Daniel was the one who handled our estimate and repairs. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept us informed about the progress and what to expect from beginning to end. The only thing that I regret is not using this place of business sooner. Most definitely, I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks again for taking good care of our vehicle.
