Caliber did an amazing job fixing our vehicle. They were super easy to work with, up front and very clear with explaining what they would be doing and the costs, and got the repair done within a week. Amber Ruth was amazing to work with!!! Highly recommend using them.

Highly recommend the East Greenville St location in Anderson, SC. Over the top daily communication on the progress of the repairs and the office staff is exceptional and helpful! The repairs were completed with high quality craftsmanship and I am very satisfied with the repair on my car. I would definitely use this shop again!

I was so happy with my experience at Caliber. My first and not the last if ever I should need repairs again, I will definitely use them. They were very professional, and kept me aware of the progress of my repairs. The customer service was above excellent, I was very happy with my car repairs. Excellent work and excellent service!! Let me just start with from the time the appointment was made to getting my car back was such spot on !! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The workmanship done on the car is very detailed !! They really go over a beyond to make sure you stay informed on any updates on your car !! Highly recommend

Someone backed up into my truck while I was parked at the post office. I brought it to caliber collision after the insurance approved repairs. They replaced my bumper, the pad and painted it black again. They did a pretty good job!! The ladies at the counter were really nice and they called me to give me updates while it was being repaired. I do recommend them.

I do appreciate Caliber Collision taking in my car and I am sure they will do a great job, just from some of the people that recommended this business. I brought my car in on December 18th to have my car repaired from a collision, they have what parts that they needed for my car to be repaired, but they have not even started on my repairs because I was told that they have not even assigned anyone to the repairs to be done. My driver side wheel has not even been sent for repairs. I did ask to speak to a manager but was told that he was busy. And when i called my rental car to let them know what was going on I was told by them that Caliber would be finished with my car on or by January 19th. That is not acceptable, if you have the parts you need to repair the cars get the cars repaired so people can go on with their lives.Tammy Sullivan

Fantastic customer service, had a complicated request from the technicians but through a few conversations with the lovely ladies at the desk they were able to assist in getting my truck perfectly fixed without trying to rip me off or fix anything that didn t need worked on.

I would not recommend. Did not do what should have been done. My truck has 2 different crimes around the wheel fenders because they didn't take the time to order 2 sets to have them match.

Had over 7k worth of damages and now my car looks almost new. Their building is sort of odd because the front door leads to the shop, I didn't realize there was a door on the left side of the building that led to the office.
