I just left their store. Me and my husband were helping two ladies in distress. Their vehicle kept cutting off and wouldn't hold a charge. My husband is a mechanic, he diagnosed the problem and we barely made it to the store. Right on their window is a advertisement for the loan a tool program. My husband went inside to ask to borrow the tools to remove the part. The representative was curt and dismissive and rudely told him no because "someone rode off with his tools the previous day". Another representative was helping another couple with their vehicle and using their tools. It seemed very racist. The representative was very unhelpful in a time of need. We were going to purchase the needed parts at their location. I would NOT recommend for people of hue.

Mario and Daniel were both very helpful and personable. They provided exceptional customer service! We went in to have my Mom s battery changed. They were very polite, and explained everything so well. Thank you gentlemen! God Bless you!

I definitely recommend this place . They're professional , courteous, knowledgeable & very helpful. The prices are generally better than other "big names" locally as well. Easy in & out. Handicapped parking.

In the past, I've had good experience with this chain and this location, but as of today. I will take my business elsewhere. Im buying a small part. They start asking for all of my personal information to enter into the computer.I'm not particularly interested in that, so dude literally writes on my reciept that I didn't want the warranty. No, I don't want to give you all of my info for your computer, there's a difference. I'm told that I'm no longer eligible for any manufacturers warranty since I won't allow them to have all of my personal data. Never heard of that before. Since when does the store having all of my personal info be the thing that voids a warranty from a manufacturer? Typically if I buy something and have proof of purchase, such as a receipt, the warranty is not an issue. But not here. Doesn't help when the employee is rude either. Never mind, I'll just go somewhere else from now on. Returned item on the spot, going to a competitor.

Man I'll tell you if I ever needed an auto parts store too come through for me. Today was the day. The tiny part however so small incised plays a big role in my day-to-day duties driving tractor trailer. Although it was not meant for what I used it for if still work thank you AutoZone you save me and kept me off the side of the road.

I don t know a lot about cars/auto needs however Chris and Isabelle were both very friendly and helpful today. They helped me find what I needed and made sure my issue was taken care of.
