Anna and Kimberly are simply the best and God sent. Not only was I experiencing an over heated vehicle, but I had my three children in the car as well. On top of that it was near closing time. Not only did Anna help me with some water for the radiator, she also came outside and personally helped while my daughter and I was under the hood. Their customer service and hospitality are over the moon. Simply made my night with how nice and genuine that they were. Thank you again ladies. I appreciate it more than you know

They have always had the product(s) in stock that I need when ordering online for pick-up. They are pretty quick to get you in and out with your order. There is not much more to expect from an auto parts store.

Went in & had to be helped by Anna, one of the smartest women in the business. Not only did she had to help fix a plum mess created for me by a man, but she didn't without empathy & professionalism I couldn't even be upset. It took some time to wok through my issue, but she still did it all the while still helping other people get through. Bright star would be an understatement. Raise is definitely well deserved.

I want to know why you crooks want $200 plus fir a starter when Amazon ships direct to my house for $70. I started with autozone when they were AUTOSHACK in Memphis TN BACK IN THE 80s. I'm also having problems with their computer system in keeping my warranty under my phone number. Lifetime warranty means just that. But my information keeps getting.lost due to computers not jiving with each other from one store to the next. Need to step up the customer service boys and stop trying to get rich off us hard working people

I have regularly purchased parts from this store for nearly 2 years now and have zero complaints. The staffing appears to change regularly but this has not negatively impacted my experience as whomever serves me does so professionally and courteously each time.Good selection of fluids, filters, wiper blades and other commonly used products.Broad stock of parts, almost always have what I need and are very quick to order/receive it on the rare occasion that they don t have it behind the counter.Lastly, today a staff member at this location went above and beyond to immediately help me with a problem. I do not recall his name but I am very grateful. Thank you sir.

The store employee was very helpful and honest,had a filter on the shelf that wasn't quality enough to be sold. I didn't have to check he made sure things got taken care of. I appreciate good service.

God bless this place! My battery was a disaster! Jesus, Nicole and Tasha stood out in the heat for a long time helping me! They figured out what was wrong and fixed it for me! Best customer service ever!

I have shopped at this store numerous times, have even gone out of my way to go here. Most people would think because all that works here are women that it would not be the best the best place to get auto parts..lol..but that is definitely not the case. The last time I went there to get a windshield wiper in fact, a cashier named Anna came out put it on for me washed my windshield and offered to check all my fluids for me that I call going up and beyond! She was awesome and very knowledgeable about cars.All the employees here are good or I would not go here but this particular time was the best so thought I would post this with a giant thank you and

Never have anything needed In stock. The company is losing out because now I order on Amazon for a better price and get the next day most of the time.

I presented to the store and had a particular part for a vehicle that is quite old. The associate at the counter exhausted her efforts attempting to locate the part, but she didn t stop there. She reported to the manager on duty and asked her for assistance. Though they were unable to obtain the part in store, they discovered the part was not available to them, or even the dealership. Yes, they went as far as researching outside the store for the part.Just for ease of reference, this part was a charge lamp flasher relay for a 1983 Toyota Pickup.Much appreciation to the two associates that attempted to assist me, and if they do this for each customer that presents to the store, they should definitely be appreciated for making the customer experience a positive visit.

It rained hard today and that's when I realized I needed New wiper blades I went to auto zone and Anna Smith not only took me right to the correct ones but she went out side in the rain and changed them for me then she helped me with the right stuff to get the black streaks off the wind sheild that the old wipers had left but she again went out in the rain and cleaned my windshield off for me giving me exceptional service Thank you so much Anna Smith

Today make understand why I'm never going back that for any part. The worker don't know how to look for a part on they computer. Also when they find it was like I was going to paid a dealer price you like I went to the dealer.. so I had went to a different auto shop and saved a whole bunch of money... The ppl in there need to know about car just a lil

They act like they don't want to be bothered! Not a go to place for parts! I would drive by 5 Auto Zone stores, to get to Advanced Auto, or the rest!I'm updating my review! 12/31/21: New employees, much better! Totally different attitude! Now I shop this store, without a thought! Customer service is very good! You carry alot of the parts I need. Happy New Year!

Excellent service by Justin! He helped me diagnose my electrical problem and then figured out which part I needed to fix it. The Jeep dealership was gonna fix the wrong thing, and charge me 10x too much. Thanks for the great service!

I've had it with attitude,rolling your eyes,and all around bad attitude from people working a job. These 2 at Auto Zone have probably made me ban Auto Zone for life.The attitude from this,I wanna say lady,but I would be living. Definitely a Karen with big attitude. She reaked of it as soon as I walked through the door. I just need my money back. All I seem to get is attitude. She's never been broke before? Even if I was there for another 100-200$ purchase i make every week for the cars I fix. This attitude filled Karen has cost you that. Now I will just drive further instead of stopping at the closest to me parts place.
