Went in for a simple oil change and routine check up on the rest of the car and it took two hours. Before I went I called them on the phone they estimated 15-20 minutes. They also were not very busy but I'm only taking one star off because they were short staffed and did give a $10 discount on the service I received due to the time I had to wait. Overall they did good work, just took a long time to do it.

Coming from a woman who loves her sports cars , this place is awesome! I bought a used car in great condition (370Z Nissan Nismo) but needed some bumper and other replacement repairs. Spoke with Alan B. and he laid out all the details and estimates. I was able to work with him to get quality parts, stay under my budget., and being taken seriously as a woman. Status updates and turnaround time was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Anderson Ford customer service was excellent, appointment was made same day, service was thorough and fast. They informed us of a recall & will come to house to take care of it within 2 days. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Did a great job making my car look new again. Just a few things they messed up. I wrecked my front driver side fender against another car. They replaced and fixed every visible thing it seemed before i left with the car. They however didn't match the new hub cap to the other 3, my steering wheel wasn't straight with the alignment, hidden dent inside my driver door, pieces of plastic from the wreck left in the air box I found when I checked the filter, and fiberglass cover underneath wasn't replaced. I did reach out about the underside cover and couldnt get a responce from them. Insurance company was informed and never followed up. Other than all that looked brand new again the one on one in person service was pleasant and helpful. They even vacuumed my interior.

Was able to schedule a recall notice to be completed at my work. This was a huge time safer.The team who did the repair were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was able to be completed on site.The setup and follow up were very easy as well.The team in Anderson was great to work with.

Tommy and Joe and the rest of the team are great. Always have been helpful and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I ve never had a better experience in Anderson before. Will give them more business in the future and all my friends and family get their cars from here as well.

I had a good visit with Anderson Ford, they took mi vehicle in at my appointment time which was great. My service was done and my truck was returned in a timely manner. When I started to leave I smelled some diesel fuel and told them and they sent the mechanic out he looked found no errors, washed the engine off and told me if there were any other issues just come back. I had no other problems after that. This was a great visit.

Great service and communication. The only thing I would comment on is that when I arrived, they had forgotten to put on the hitch plate cover. They had it ready and painted so I only had to wait 15 minutes for them to install it. Overall, great and friendly service - I would highly recommend!

We had a very good experience today. Kelly the service advisor was very attentive to our needs and addressed all of our concerns. We have been using Anderson Ford for years but this was by far the best visit we have ever had. Thanks to Kelly

My experience with Anderson Ford Service Center is the best I have ever had with any dealership service center. Note: I've dealt with many in my 47 years of owning vehicles. Josh was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to address my questions.

Over a week with my vehicle and they did not have a car to loan us. I did not take my vehicle 2 times when they stated it was ready because it was not. No explaination on what was going on with the plug. Finally they say it ready but no charger to test if they fixed the problem. Im just tired of not having my vehicle, but of course they have their own verson of why they keep it so long.

2nd time here and my experience was just as great if not better than the first time. Talked to Chris over the phone a few times and in person and he showed Excellent customer service. He also let me know of a few other issues found and he was not pushy about trying to up-scale like most businesses will do. I greatly appreciated their time management and exceptional work order they provided

I had my 2022 Toyota 4Runner repaired at Anderson Ford after being hit in the rear and damaging the whole back-end.I could not be happier with the service they provided.My first contact was Brad as he arranged a rental to be delivered to Anderson Ford and Then Taylor as he reassured me all would be taken care of.Within a week Alan informs me the SUV IS REPAIRED and ready for pick-up. Amazing.Matt entered the picture at pickup and he was so thorough with the repair job they completed and took care of all insurance questions.He even arranged to have the rental picked up at Anderson Ford. This was my first accident and claim as a 63 year old and everyone at Anderson Ford made it a quick and seamless repair to enable me to put this experience behind me and allow me to move on with my Life!I fully recommend Anderson Ford for any repair needs. Thank You Gentleman!

Called first of February to get an appointment about a recall on the doors not staying shut, was given a date of 2/28/2024 at 9 am. Called on 2/27/2024 to confirm and was told that someone forgot to write the appointment down. Was told they would have to call back with a new appointment. Now I have a rear door being held shut with a racket strap. This type of service is very disappointing. But then again, I have already purchased my Ford, why should I be treated with any respect. Ford already has my money.

I have used Quick Lane for all my vehicles for over 10 years. Always appreciated them and their work. This new Bronze, Silver, Gold or whatever it is program just raised the costs of doing business here by almost 60%. I am not a fan and am exploring my options now outside of warranty work.

I Call Ford Dealership to get service for a Recall on my Ford and within a hour later they call back with my Appointment. I dropped off my Car late that evening. The next day about 10am my car was finish and ready for me to pick up. Great Job Guys Thanks for Excellent Service.

Prior to taking in my 2015 Ford fusion I spoke to Steve service representative. I explained to him the issues I was having with the transmission.and an extended warranty policy. When I arrived, I pulled right into the shop. He had all the information he needed,, gave him the keys and arranged for one of the drivers to take me back to my hone. Steve is professional, attentive great customer service .

I recently had to take my truck in for repairs. From the first call and then the drop off, the work being done I was kept informed each step of the way until it was time to come and pick up my truck. Excellent Customer Service and Excellent Work. Highly Recommend then for all your needs.

I went to Anderson Ford to get a recall notice taken care of. They were friendly, efficient and got the work done less than 45 minutes. My service advisor, Steven, was super helpful and did a good job coordinating everything. The experience exceeded by expectations!

It was easy to schedule an appointment for service of my car at Anderson Ford. The advisor told me how the problem would be fixed, and how long it would take. Then, a courtesy car took me home. Later, when my car was ready, the advisor called me at home to ask if I needed a ride again.When I arrived at Ford, paper if the work were ready, and I could leave without delay. The advisor was professional and courteous.

We got charged full price even though our tires were not rotated the guy was very rude even though Anderson Ford is the only one who has ever done service on our car. We paid for detailing as well in our finance when we finance our car to detailing a year the detailing there is spots in my car that we re not cleaned at all. The outside of my car has spots that were definitely not cleaned And I live 45 minutes away so it takes a lot of time to come over there for my services and I would like for them to be good the gentleman well I wouldn t say gentleman the guy who customer service in the oil change place was not very pleasant at all Usually we have a great experience. This time was not so great however, I am very thankful for the person who sold us the car to see all of these things and help us As much as he could

I dropped off my car for a diagnostic due to it hesitating to start and a possible coolant leak. I drove my car there with no problem, no panel lights on, nothing. I wouldn t have ever thought that I would receive a call telling me that my motor is bad. It was recommended to possibly go ahead and trade it or pay over $12,000 to replace. Being in shock I almost entertained trading it in but luckily there was someone beside me who could think rationally. So I asked if it was okay to drive home ( thinking that it was still running the way it was when I dropped it off) and I was told that it was just don t let it overheat. When I picked up my car they couldn t find the key which I thought was weird but then I was told they would drive it around. When he pulled up with my car it was making noises, the engine was knocking, my check engine light was on and flashing ( all of which wasn t happening prior to this) and then when I started driving I couldn t go above 40mph. ( Mind you I didn t have this problem before this). Now, even if I wanted to trade in my vehicle I can t. So I have to continue making payments on something that I can t drive.***UPDATE ***I reached out per the response to my original post. After speaking with the gentleman over all of the operations in the service department and explaining the issue on my end, he was suppose to speak with the technician who did the work on my vehicle and call me back to let me know what or if there was anything that could be done. Well, that was Friday and now we re going into Wednesday. Obviously, there was never an intent to actually do anything. That generic response is used to try and save face. Complete waste of time.***UPDATE ***After my last update I received a call from Brad the operations director of the service center to give me an update as to why it took so long to get back with me. During this call he stated that he would contact Ford to see if they could help by submitting some type of paperwork but it would take a few days for a response. This was on 12/13/23 and as of today 2/9/24 I have yet to hear from him. I wanted to see just how long it would take and clearly as you and I can see, he was once again saying whatever he had to so he could try to smooth things over. I am still making payments on a car that I can t drive due to their negligence and they have done NOTHING to help. I am also in the management field and I know the most important part of dealing with customers is to follow through with what you say. If you tell a customer that you will call them back, DO IT! Terrible customer service.

My 02 F150 needed significant repair as 2024 rolled around. Anderson Ford Service knows my truck after 20 years of history. Once again, they provided sound advice and timely work on this fix. Now I m looking forward to another couple of decades of driving, hauling, hunting, towing, tail gating, turtle-dovin , off roading, or more! Thanks Carter, Jeff and team.

I had picked a nail in my rear tire. The dealership was extremely nice, helpful, and very fair. Although the tire was not very old, it could be fixed bc the nail was too close to the edge. They did an excellent job getting me in and out.
