I just got The Best Service Ever from Glo at this store. She was knowledgeable, she was patient, she was calm, and she went the extra mile for me when I showed up at closing time on July 10. Thanks, Glo!!! I m gonna find a way to report this directly to corporate, I m so impressed :))

As far as auto parts stores go advance Auto parts. Probably one of the premier places to go to buy your auto parts. But keep in mind the employees at advance Auto parts for very few exceptions are not mechanics. They are salesman educated in looking things up for you and trying to get you the right part. If you want you can expect opinions. You need to talk to one of them.

This was not my first time entering the S. Main st store. But Everytime I've walked in its nothing but dirty looks from the 2 old whiteguys in the front which are always sitting down talking and doing nothing. Meanwhile the older black woman running the cash register is always so pleasant, friendly and eager to help. I'd never go if it wasn't for her.

This is one of the better locations in comparison to some of the other local/nearby stores. I've never encountered any issues here, and the employees seem friendly enough each time I have visited. They also always have had the item or items in stock I was needing. And I've never really had a long wait to check out. That's enough for a five-star rating from me.

I haven't been to advance auto parts. My GPS and my person's gps has though. Alot. Multiple times a week, we have 1 car. The other night this person called me and was like "oh babe I gotta stop by advance auto parts for oil." It was 9:30pm on a Sunday. I was like " whaaaaaa??? " And he got kinda rude and was like "I didn't know it was closed I guess I'll see you soon". Anyone reading this surprised they were closed? No. You're not. I need a favor. For my own sanity. This person is gaslighting me like nothing I've ever known. Once they became aware I noticed and had questions, the timelines on Google maps started to get edited. It doesn't take a genius to be able to decider an edited map timeline. If anyone that works here can tell me why my person is constantly coming in there, please reach out to me. I'm in no mood to start drama. I want to live my life not questioning myself. I need truth and my person isn't going to allow me that. Please I am begging. If I don't find out the truth I won't ever be able to definitely say if I stay or I go. I'm am stuck in this limbo. Where I am supposed to be at home, but I feel so homesick I want to vomit. This person will see me in a mental hospital before admitting to anything. Anything other than exactly what he said. Even though 4 different gps devices have all said the same thing, he swears he wasn't there. And since I noticed it, it started to increase. The trips did. And this person I feel is cocky at this point and is kinda editing the timeline, enough to make it seem that there is some sort of glitch, but not enough to even try and cover where they went. Combine that with truth finder and come to find out this person knows most of the people that live at these locations. advance people I need your help. I want to live a quiet happy life. He's not going to let that happen. If anyone knows anything of what I'm talking about let me know. Just if you work here reach out, I'll explain and maybe you can help.

Advance Auto is an awesome parts store, Mr Willie was very helpful when we called to check on an item they had in stock, Mr Willie welcome his customers with a smile that was real, and Mr Willie also carried my parts to my truck and gently placed it in my truck, thanks Mr Willie, stores need more of Mr Willie, I am an employee at Little Caesars right up from advance Auto and I to treat all and everyone with smile I treat others like I want to be treated, no matter how bad my day is, I'm an assistant manager as well, my name is Lisa I'm the only Lisa there I do everything there and some, I like my job and I luv my morning hrs, I'm Tuesday and thru Saturday, 8a til 4p,off on Sundays and Mondays and I been little Caesars now coming up on 3years, I want to send a big thanks to Mr Willie for his help, great guy

One man operation on the day of my visit Christmas Eve morning. Very impressed with how well He managed several customers needing his help with extreme cold weather problems such as batteries and starters.

Perfect service. Stopped by this morning as they were opening with battery problem. The salesman checked my battery and showed me the problem. I only needed to clean the terminals. He even went out of his way to check all my lights and no charge for anything. I will definitely be bringing all my car needs here in the future.

Called and confirmed the parts I was looking for was in stock. Arrived and they did not have the plcorrect parts. Too busy discussing days off between three employees. One man tried to see if they had the part somewhere else in the store but he was on his cell phone talking the whole time.Older man Willie I think it was took over and he looked where the part was supposed to be. Got a part number and I figured he was about to see if another store had it. Nope! He starts ringing up a customer who came in several minutes after me.This job needed to be done on time and now I'm behind because someone can't look up the correct part using a computer and confirm it's there before having me drive all the way there.customer service is just as bad as O'Reilly's on 28 bypass.

They are alright if you can get waited on as for quality products I prefer NAPA , O'Reilly or Auto Zone in that order if you can't get the factory parts but factory parts and NAPA parts are higher than the other guys the other guys are pretty much the same

I do most all my automotive shopping there. Has friendly and courteous staff. Pricing is about the same as most other auto stores. I like the online order discounts and in-store pickup.

I usually don't care which auto parts store I use but now that this Advance Auto has some friendly and upbeat attitude employees, I only buy my car parts from this location. It's tricky finding the right parts for my car but the employees here always take their time and make sure we get it right. They give me the same time and respect as everyone else even though they know my orders are always time consuming.

took a couple batteries in to get charged and tested. the lady at the counter a "manager" gail i think said all ports were full and she was not taking any batteries off but after a certain time the charge complete light comes on and your supposed to take off. I said well can i leave my batteries here and get them charged and tested tomorrow. she said well im not being responsible for your batteries and i dont know if these people are going to pick there batteries up tomorrow well how long can batteries just take up space on charging port. i was always given 24 hrs and if it done charging why not get it out the way. If you dont want to do your job just say so dont bs people around. i will find another store to spend my money.

Not as good as O'Reilly, but it will get by. Check your part numbers close. Not always the right parts. Hardly ever have what I need in stock. Made the switch a long time ago. Only here to let my brother return some parts before going to O'Reilly.

Great parts store, but they seem to could use more help. The time it takes to check out is unreal and some of the staff could be more customer oriented.

Bad customer service. Incorrect part sold to us. Had to bring it back to return it. 3 trips to store then had to go to another store to get correct part.

My go to place for parts!! Online shopping is the way to go. Make sure to create speed perks account and take advantage of the savings.
