Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. They will strip your car for parts and claim to not know anything. Video is available if you d like to see how the owner talks to customers. Don t trust your car in their hands.

Very good experience when we dropped our car off for repairs. Nice old-school family run business values and vibe. Clear car lovers, it was fun to look at the momentos on the walls,too!

Really great work that this place has done for my family which was recommended to us by friends. Very nice and helpful employees who did an excellent job as well as a very short period of time that we had to wait while we were down a vehicle. But it was most definitely well worth the wait and cost for the job which would have been much more costly anywhere else for such intensive detailed and professional services. Would certainly recommend giving this establishment a chance!

Known Ronnie for a long timeVery reasonable on getting your vehicle back to you in a very timely fashion. Prices are very good in my opinion. Been with them for probably 20 years or longer. I started when his dad owned it. He retired & Ronnie bought it.

If you ever need any work done on your vehicle, Williamson's Auto Center should be your first thought. Mechanics are top notch (THANK YOU BEN), management is suburb, hours are convenient and the bottom line cost cannot be beat. They only use top of the line replacement parts and they stand behind their parts and labor with a warranty. Management is truly professional, courteous and easy to talk to, they actually listen. I had a turn signal/ brake light go out when I was on an out if town trip. I stopped in and they fixed it right away. They were very friendly. I thought the price was reasonable considering they dropped everything else and fixed what I needed. I barely got seated before they had it fixed. If I ever am in Aiken again and need wirk, I know where to go.

Fixed my rear axle bearings and it drives really smooth. Ronnie & Son we re quick and easy to work with. Cheapest place to get it done, let alone work on an axle. Would return again.

The positive reviews of Williamson s Auto prompted me to give them a try when my car was having engine trouble. First impressions were great until their repairs didn t resolve the problem I was having with my vehicle. A misdiagnosis led them to do work on a piece of the problem rather than resolve it entirely. Rather than work with me to resolve the issues I was still having or at least partially refund me for the work, the owner told me I was talking out of my ass and that he couldn t help me. They couldn t accurately diagnose the problem with my vehicle, were extremely rude, and it cost me. I will not be going back.

Took my truck to them to fix rear end they did great work and was good on pricing, so I took truck back to fix freeze plugs. Upon plugs being fixed and leaving shop my truck was shaking like a wet dog, dummy lights where all light up no over drive. got it home and it wouldn't go into reverse, Mr Ronnie sent a tow truck for it. He said the reverse band in transmission was broke. That he had a guy who could fix that. That it did seem strange that happened after they pulled transmission to fix freeze plugs, and there was nothing wrong with transmission before. My Dad spoke to other shops and they say it's not strange or a coincidence. That the transmission wasn't set back in correctly when it was pulled. But I'm giving them the benefit of doubt. Mr Ronnie says he's gonna fix the truck. Two months went by and i was told he had a guy rebuilding a transmission for the truck that he would have it ready in about a week. That was four months ago. Spoke to Mr Ronnie this morning and he says my truck will be ready Friday. I'm a single mom also raising my grand daughter, I've had to ride my motorcycle in the cold and rain and I've just had surgery on my kidneys I have two more surgery's to go. And I just can't ride motorcycle right now. So Friday.... I'm hoping I'll be able to give this shop 5 starts... Gave them one star because they have had my truck 4 months.

Didn't fix the problem at all. Would just put band-aids on stuff and say they did it. Everything they did I had to redo myself. I paid them to do it bc I didn't have the time. They didn't fully install a spark plug, hack job welding my muffler, and incorrectly installed my motor mounts and then later said they didn't know there was another one they needed to change (meaning they didn't do it correct and thoroughly the first two times). The final straw was when I took it back for the 3rd time to fix the vibration, the mechanic smelled like beer and he said he drove it around and couldn't figure it out "sorry man"(basically like I'm giving up bc I don't care about quality of work and warranty of work), yet when I got in my car everything was the same. I do something to see if they even get in the car, and this was the first time at a shop where it was obvious he never even got in my vehicle. So he flat out lied. I rarely review anything but I had to say something.

I ve been going to see Ronnie and co off and on for 10 years, with foreign and domestic cars and trucks - they always do a great job, are easy to communicate with, and stand behind their work. I highly recommend Williamsons!
