I just gotta say I appreciate them working with me, being patient, their customer service pretty amazing. Sometimes I m difficult for my understanding, and they were patient with me and I greatly appreciate them 10/10 recommend

Awful experience, went somewhere else and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Skip the auto center but their pharmacy is great.

Been here once before and they were okay. Last visit workers were not too happy to be there. Not helpful at all. Very disappointed.

Needed 2 new tires ASAP. Location on South side is currently more efficient. The other local location is very short staffed & i would've had a wait of 2-3 hours today! The most affordable prices at either location, but I can't wait for 3 hours.

Mechanic worked with me to find a battery to fit my 2020 car because their catalogs were wrong. It's backwards but works. Nice and patient

This place is the worst. Took my car there to have new tires put on. Well they does something to my tire sensors. So now my tpms is on. I was told the put sensors in not by one employee but two one including a manager David. So I went to Walmart on Saturday was told to come back Sunday. Sunday comes three hour wait. Wednesday I take my car back and leave it only 2hour later to tell me they don't put tire sensors in. Only if they damaged them then they replace them. Down at Walmart almost 3 hours with doing nothing but they don't understand what happened to my car. Well I am done with Walmart Auto Parts.

This Walmart is really clean and organized as well it is stocked up with in ads. Outside is open lit up at night and as safe . Plus has a Lulu's and Murphy gas station. Close to downtown as well.

Black woman up front at the desk is the absolute worst. Poorest customer service skills I have ever seen and multiple people have said the exact same thing. How she has a job there is beyond me. I have had two negative experiences with her. Walmart on Richland please find someone else to be up front for the love of God.

I called 5 times and to see if they had my tires in stock, NO one ever answered the phone. So I decided to ride over there. When I got there ,I asked them if they had my size. I was told NO. I then asked if they could order them, and you would of thought I asked them for a miracle. They were very rude, so I took my business elsewhere! I won't be back. That store is filthy and understocked. The employees can careless to help you..

I sat at the counter for 25 minutes and got aggravated so I went down the aisle and found the right sized tire. That took a minute due to no organizing. Went behind counter lokked at the guys in bays went back to desk and left. I'd walk an extra mile to keep from having to buy anything from them

My boyfriend dropped off his 2017 Jeep Cherokee for a simple oil change this morning. After we picked up the car we went to run some errands and someone stopped us to tell us the car was smoking and leaking oil down the road. We checked and the car was at 30% oil. We hurried back to Walmart and got there about 1 minute before the car was going to shut down (a safety feature). Zero oil bone dry. Now the check engine light is on. We blew several sensors because of zero oil. Also whoever worked on his car left their coffee cup from burger king. Zero vaccumming which is included in price. Horrible never bringing his car or my car here.

Negative stars really needs to be a thing because this auto care center deserves it. Horrible customer service! Middle aged white woman is beyond rude and doesn't communicate with her team. I wasted an hour of my time here due to lack of communication and accountability.

Time on web page says open at 7am. I was there at 7am. Sign outside says open at 8am. I was waiting when an employee came out and stood by the ginormous sign that said open at 8 and informed me they open at 9. I don't think they know what time they open. . I went elsewhere.

I called asking about tires and they were rude. I don't think they cared if they ever sold another tire. I sat on "hold" forever, their idea of hold is just setting the phone down so I could hear the conversations of everyone around (which had nothing to do with what their jobs were).

Poor service the employees will work on other people they know vehicles before yours. It doesn't matter if you were there first. They are very unprofessional and I will not get my oil changed there again.

Disappointed.. seems if you don't buy the tires from them.. they really don't want to help you.. refused to mount NEW mud tires on the back of Excursion because I had street tires on the front..

Replaced all four tires they lost a lug nut and all four valve stem covers, it took forever. Final price was a lot higher than they quoted
