5 Star service from this locally owned business! I knew I was getting near having to replace my tires and got a quote from Tyler's Tires in October. This April I got a flat and I needed to pull the trigger. I called Johnny at the Whiskey Road location. He came to my house and put enough air in my tire for him to drive it to their store. In less than an hour and a half, I got a call that my new tires were installed and my car was ready for pickup. The price was fantastic and I was even surprised with an extra bonus of an $80 rebate. I highly recommend this great business!

Took my car here because it was shaking on the interstate. They took 2+ hours to balance 4 tires, I paid and went back on the interstate...It shakes even worse now. Decided to take it back so they could fix it properly, waited another hour or so, and was told it was good to go. It wasn't. The car feels like it's going to fall apart on the interstate. I decided to take matters into my own hands and found that there was a nail deep in the tire that they didn't even tell me about, not to mention that the tires were chewed up. Truthfully I don't know if ANYTHING was done to my car. I would not recommend coming here, they don't care about your concerns and only care about getting you in and out to make money as fast as possible.

After making an appointment to bring my truck in for a front end alignment, I was taken in at my appointed time. The service was done professionally and promptly at Tyler. Received a good value for the job with a quick turn around time. The ride home was straight and smooth! Thanks Tyler for a job done right! No hassles, friendly people. Tyler s tire is hands down the best place to go for car service. They are honest and do good work for a reasonable cost. I only go there and today was another example of why. Thanks again for the quick good service (oil change and trip check) that didn t break the bank.

Awesome group of people. I had a nail in my tire, went to 3 chain tire dealers right away they told me I needed a new tire (only 12k on the tires) Tylers said they could patch it, luckily the nail didn t go all the way through and they didn t charge me anything. When it s time to replace my tires I will be coming back and I live in FL. Thank you very much Tylers tires! Always use independent businesses!

This location has put new tires on both my cars at a very fair price. They are happy to check my tires before a long trip, I highly recommend them.

Tyler tires s service was extremely fast and pleasant! They sent off a cracked rim for our Volvo and had it back in only 24 hours! Not only was the cost affordable, but they even swapped the donut on the car with the new rim for no charge at all! We will definitely use them in the future.

Edit: not only are these people fantastic, they actually saved my mom $1200 by finding that she did not need a new fuel pump. They found something I knew was wrong in my vehicle and the price was excellent. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They have 2 new permanent customersThey've done a great job so far. I have to bring my suv back for AC repair so I'll leave it at a 5 if all goes well. My mom also has her car there for a fuel pump replacement so I'll come back for a review of both vehicles. Ppl there have been uber nice, as well. They explain every single thing which I appreciate. The cost for the things they did while prepping the AC to find the leak was also very reasonable (oil change, freon, AC service).

GREAT PEOPLE! I was traveling from another state and I had an incident (totally unexpected). They found a way to inspect my car, then advised me on the next best method. They truly have a passion for what they do. I am so grateful I came to them for help.

Drive along ways called first said come on we can mount the tires and wheels get there and got there at 2pm they said they can t get it done they close at 330pm website says u close at 4 could have not wasted my time and been complete jerks when I arrived were not friendly at all good way to treat a new customer u could have had

Was in town picking up a horse and got a bolt in my trailer tire. They had me in with less than a 10 minute wait and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly staff and wonderful service. Highly recommend.

I thought this place was honest. I went in less than a month ago because my air was not working. They added Freon recharged and put dye in to check for any leaks. I went back 3 days later, no leaks found. Cold air lasted 2 weeks. Went back in and was told they would I have to do the procedure all over again. When I asked how much if any it would cost they said there was no warranty on Freon and now Freon has more than doubled so they were gonna charge me another $200 on top of the $130 this doesn t sound right and when I asked how do you know it needs Freon they said they didn t know. it could be something else I don t understand why I would have to re-pay for something that didn t work the first time really disappointed. I was planning on using Tyler s auto for my future needs. Very disappointed.

The people here at Tyler's Auto are as friendly as they are helpful. They were very busy when I took my car in to check a leak. Within a few minutes my order was taken from the service desk into the work station. They repaired the diagnosed leak & returned my car within a little over I hour! I paid a very fair price & left feeling well taken care of & will go back for any other services needed!

Always an honest experience. They tell you the price before they do the work, and I've never had an issue with surprise fees or suggesting that I do more than is necessary. My go-to for tires and repairs in Aiken.

We went to another auto repair shop and spent a fortune but they did not fix my car. Tyler Tire fixed my car perfectly for almost nothing by comparison. They were very nice, honest, and professional. We will come back again if we need to get our cars fixed. Also, I will highly recommended them my friends and family.

I went in for an alignment, and was so happy with the job they did. I was waiting about 2 min before my car was up on the lift with things attached to the wheels. The staff were nice and very personable. I highly recommend these folks.

I have trusted my vehicle's to Tylers for quite some time. The staff here on Whiskey Road is incredible, honest, and care about you. Chappy and Johnny have continued to go above and beyond to always exceed our expectations. If you want honest advice and great service trust your vehicle to Tyler's.

In from out of town and needed a front end alignment badly before leaving the next day. Worked me in on a busy Saturday. Reasonable price. Nice folks. Really helped me out and did a perfect job on the alignment. Go see them!

These guys were great. Caliper locked up on our vehicle and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning. They also discounted us and helped us get back on the road. We re from out of town and this helped us out a lot. They seem like a great honest company.

Here from out of town for a funeral, got a flat 30 minutes before it and they were so kind to expedite a tire patch for us. Great pricing and very courteous staff. So thankful for them!

I called before I came there was told there were 2 others ahead and would take about an and half, actually more a like 2 1/2 hour wait. Requested some new wiper blades, was told I had expensive blades, I was given the choice of a more expensive or less expensive. I chose less expensive, Sales receipt was written with the more expensive blades which was what I did not want. I no longer live in a colder climate where there was frequent snow and ice so I didn't need that anymore. Just disappointed by that. I feel that and I hate to say this but they try to take advantage of women because this industry has the perception that women don't know any better.

Tyler Tire changed the oil in my Prius, $75.00. Asked what else they did that it cost so much. Nothing. Toyota dealer charges $57.00. Last time they will see me. And it's not like the service is fast. Yes they are nice people, but at that price they have to be.

Very disappointed that they didn't trust us to know our own mind and make her own decisions. We inquired about the length of time it would take to complete a job and we're told an hour and a half on the phone, we said great, pulled into the parking lot about 30 seconds later, walked in to drop our vehicle off and again verified the length of time that it would take to complete the job and were again told that it should be done in about an hour. An hour and a half later we came back hoping that the vehicle was either done or nearing completion. We were very disappointed and hugely inconvenienced to find out that are vehicle not only had not been started on but that they wouldn't be able to get to it for at least another 30 minutes. We would have appreciated and respected a realistic time estimate and then we simply would have came on a different day. Instead my family's schedule was negatively affected more than they probably realize. To make sure I got the point across they told us we can pick up our vehicle in an hour and a half and it was actually going to be three to three and a half hours. Over-promising and under-delivering isn't fair and perhaps I could have given this place another try if they would have said oh I am so sorry we made a mistake we will get you in the bay right now but unfortunately that was never said.

They were able to get me in for an oil change and tire rotation. They even checked my brake pads. Fast work, fair price.

They were so friendly and professional. The cost was better than I thought it would be. The restroom was very clean. I'm definitely going to take my back very soon for a set of tires.
