I had been having issues with my tire and Tyler s Tire & Auto got me right in without having to make a reservation which is very rare in the area! But they got me in & out & fixed my tire with a very reasonable price!! The staff were very friendly and communicated great! Greta environment I definitely would recommend their service!

I had the worst experience I've ever had with a tire shop. Surprised since I've gone to them the past couple years. Went in to get a 4 wheel alignment. Which they failed to do saying that they didn't think I need all 4 tires done. So I left with only have the front two wheels aligned. I don't have the extra time to leave my car up there for several more hours. Now my wheels make this horrible wobble noise when I drive. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! I won't be returning. They didn't want to help me when I called to complain about it.

Try to upsale everyone. You need this and that and it s goin cost 1500 but then take it to other shop and pay 100 dollars and everything is fine. They have done this to me once and my friend the other day, just take your car somewhere else.

The best customer service ever. Fast, friendly, very knowledgeable, and reliable. They went above and beyond to help me get the right tires for my 2004 class a motor home. I'm new to the area and they will diffently get all my business. Thank y'all for everything.

I've been a customer for almost 20 years for tires and general auto maintenance. Great service, helpful & pleasant front desk, dependable advice. They won't try to sell you something you don't need but always mention things that need attention. I give Tyler's on Richland Avenue 10 stars!

I've been going to Tyler's tires for quite a long time. I have found true reliability and service. I went in today and spoke with Bambi about a set of new tires for my explorer. She said let me take a look. After her examination she said, "I sure like selling tires but you just don't need them yet. You have about 20,000 miles left." That speaks volumes! Thank you Tyler's for always taking care of me and Mom.

My daughter goes to college nearby and had an issue with her tire. She was able to leave the car overnight and get the tire changed the next day. She had great service and fair price. Thanks Tyler's Tires!

Great experience. Ben looked at my tires a couple of months ago because I thought it was time to get new ones. He let me know I had a month or two before I really needed to change. Very honest tire store. Vince and Bambi are very friendly and are great people to do business with. I stopped by yesterday to get my new tires and they were very fast and had me all set within 30 minutes. Good pricing too!

I had a coolant leak in my older car. The leak was in a hose fitting on the throttle body, which is a very expensive part. The mechanic helped me to understand my options and pointed out some potential future problems as well. They also recently replaced the starter in the car for a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them in the future.

The work was great, but who ever was moving my car should have been a bit more cautious. I had black grease smeared in my door jam, dirty greasy crapp on my steering wheel and on the the inside of the door panel. Bleach wouldn't take it off.

Great help! Friendly service. Got 4 new tires put on under 45 minutes. This was a walk in visit too. Didn't have an appointment what can you say. Every time I have been there I have had a great experience. Highly recommend.

I went to check on a nail in my tire. They came back and told me that they couldn't find the nail nor a leak. They put the air in and they didn't even charge me. Thank you for your service

I called to ask about having a tire Plugged . I was immediately educated on the difference in Interior Patching and Plugging . All in all, I received an important education and Great Friendly service! Not too many places that will give ya both!

Starting doing business with Tyler tire a few months ago. Was doing business with another company in Aiken but wasn't happy with there service. Tyler tire is always eager to help, wonderful staff. Always a pleasure to deal with.

We were referred to Tyler Tire by a neighbor last spring and brought our car in for replacement of the front-end sway bars along with an oil change and tire repair--the service was prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Over the summer, while traveling in Maine, we noticed similar symptoms and needed to replace the same parts with under five thousand miles wear. Upon our return to Aiken, the Tyler staff listened to our concerns, and without obligation, graciously refunded the cost of the initial service. No business is going to always do things right however, the best business will always want to do the right thing to support the customer experience. We will continue to patronize Tyler and enthusiastically recommend you do as well!!
