Update: I went back and Elijah was really sweet and cleaned it up. He also gave $15 off my next oil change. Changing my rating.I literally just left from my oil change. The people were nice but they left oil all over my car. I didn t realize it until I left and park at another location to get out. I tried to call them with no answer. It was already $86 and now I have to pay for a car wash.

I was greeted with courtesy, all the staff were kind and work on my car very efficiently. I was offered several things to do to the car but my husband told me that we were tight with the money. But I would had taken advantage of the other offers if I would have been by myself. Why? Because I was there and it is so convenient that one can stay in the car as the mechanics worked the car. The crew at this establishment were very kind and courteous. I am very satisfied with the service and will go back again for the oil change. Thank you so much to y all!

This place has the right business name Take 5. Although it only takes around five minutes to check the car out, you meet four to five workers in their area of expertise to take care of your car s needs. The date of my service was also a very windy day but the weather did not affect the quality service that was delivered.

I recently visited Take 5 oil change on Whiskey Road, and I couldn t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, they were exceptional. Not only was the process quick, but they also went above and beyond by checking tire pressures and washer fluid. What impressed me the most was their transparency - I could see exactly what they were doing, and they took the time to explain each step along the way. Plus, their attention to detail, like checking oil levels after replacing the oil, truly sets them apart. Take 5 oil change earns a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me for their outstanding service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

They were efficient while busy. The technician was knowledgeable, reset my alert system and offered to check my tire pressure. He even told me it was company policy for him to guide me out of the dock when I asked about pulling out. I will definitely continue going to Take 5.

Kinda disappointed this last time. All the times before they went above and beyond. Upon coming in I told him that I needed coolant and an oil change... They did change the oil it was two quarts low they said my coolant was at a safe level.... And it took almost a gallon.I hope you guys do better I will be back one more time if I get the same service I won't be back.

Every time I go here, they are extremely courteous. This past time, they greeted me with a bottle of water. It s the little things. They are also the only place for an oil change (that I am aware of) that offers a military AND veterans discount. I was in and out, as usual. The staff was friendly, and even had veteran employees. I will always go to Take 5. It was a great experience.

I brought my car in for an oil change which was much needed. During the oil change, the manager discovered two of my filters needed replacing. Much needed also. Thank you to the manager and the team!

These young men were absolutely amazing. They were professional. They went out of their way to assist me and explain everything that they were doing. They were very patient. They were very quick and efficient. I will recommend this business to all my family and friends.

I ve been going here for almost two years. They re always nice and super helpful! When I brought my dogs, they had dog treats! They always give out a water and let you know the wait time (usually short), and are good about honoring first come, first served. They ve replaced my engine filter and cabin air filter when they NEEDED to be changed, not just trying to make a sale. Highly recommend!

One of the worst oil change ever. They don't respect your vehicle. Oil left in the engine bay, even after I asked to please wipe everything down before closing the hood. Went back the next day and got a whopping $8 off my next oil change. They say they can't do a refund. It'll be a cold day in hell before I go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Didn t screw something on right after my oil change so half down whiskey rd car started smoking and overheating. They did send someone to come help and corrected the problem however management was not able to provide me an engine inspection and didn t even offer so much as a discount didn t even fill up the coolant and said I should probably get a coolant flush now since they spilled oil everywhere. Corporate has never called me back either. Never going back there and just hoping they didn t screw up my engine completely

The price of the oil change was comparable to going to the dealership, however, the service was much faster. I appreciated how they were honest about services that were not necessary at the moment and didn't pressure me into purchasing add-ons I wasn't interested in. My only complaint was they didn't know how to remove the engine light on the dashboard. This is my second time using them and I've been happy both times.

They have forgotten to screw back my skid cover yup three of them bolts .and the oil cap not properly fit oil drip whole night until i found it the following day .i drove from the shop to our home with this good it was raining as sparks might get me blown up following day i returned back and their service recovery was $20 off nxt service . No way sir I l come back . Thank you very much .Service: Oil change

Do not take your car here I m not one to leave reviews but this is something I won t let slide. I took my car here and used to take to location in Charleston, SC as well. They asked for my name (not spelling) and ended up pulling a girls account from Kentucky and using synthetic oil when I have only used conventional since purchasing. The only reason I know they pulled someone else s account is because my information was wrong on my receipt and they had to change it. I now have a huge oil leak that s going to be $700+ says my mechanic. This is a 2016 Hyundai which is paid off and has had no issues since this oil change in February 2024. My coworker also has had to get a new engine due to them messing up her oil change as well. If I could leave 0 stars I would because now I m in a mess.

Requested an oil change like the previous one. When completed the attendant gave me a price of $87. When I asked why so high and he stated that is what the system stated. I showed the invoice from the previous oil change and that the last total was $30 less. He adjusted the price and I again asked what happen and he stated he made a mistake

Pulled in for a quick oil change. Everyone was suoe helpful. The tech let me know that I was early and still had another 3000 miles before I needed to change the oil. He checked my fluids and topped them off for me. He also checked my tire pressure and made sure I was good to go. He made sure I knew when to come back for my oil change and thanked me for my business. Very happy with my visit and I definitely be going back.Service: Oil change

Your manager, Andrew was just amazing so knowledgeable did such a great job and was such a kind and gentle person. I so appreciated all his help and good work. I d highly recommend Andrew to anybody. I have taken 2 different vehicles to have my oil changed. I asked for synthetic oil the first time and when I had some work done to the car, they showed me the oil that wasn't even at half of the miles rated at and it was awful. I was told that it was not synthetic oil.The second vehicle I don't drive often and I had it parked in concrete and noticed a puddle underneath . It was a slow oil leak. Took it to the mechanic shop and the cheap oil filter that was put on was about to fall off!! Had I not paid attention I would be buying a new motor for over $10,000. Thanks a lot but I won't be going back to them even though they did give a military discount, the quality of the labor and oil was not worth it.

Mario was phenomenal. So kind, so patient and he explained everything so that I could understand it. I had an oil change too. He was very reassuring and recommended a radiator flush since I have 124,444 miles on my minivan and he reassured me that will last another 120,000 miles. Mr. and Mrs. Zamiela

I stopped in for an oil change this morning and it was the best experience I ve had at an oil change business. Even though it was cold outside, they greeted with me a smile, were super friendly and fast, the manager even thanked me for my business which was nice. Overall will be back becasue of staff like Will, Sy and the manager

Well considering I paid $60 something bucks after $20 coupon. Then the next day found their filter wrench under my hood. As well as all my air box screws completely loose and one missing I d say the hell with kids changing my oil. Only went cause it was cold as hell and I didn t feel like doing it. But I guess I ll quit being lazy. Smdh.

I have had my oil changed twice at Take 5, I am very pleased with my visit, and it's better than any other places that I have been, you sit in your car and they do everything while you are in your car, I like it better than having to make an appointment, sometimes up to 3 weeks away and they always take hours, but Take 5 never takes long, everyone is always very friendly and they offer you a bottle of water, very nice.
