Easy to complain about bad experience but here is the opposite. Have excellent service and support on my Kioti tractor via Mike at the service department. My first tractor and learning by doing. Tractors break but Mike in Aiken has taken care of the repair/warranty end flawlessly.

The best place to purchase a tractor or mower in Aiken. Great people and made the process very easy. I will defiantly be purchasing more in the future from them.

Contacted dealer to inquire and receive quote on package. Was told on two separate occasions a price that I could expect for financing and that it would be sent over. Received quote and price was significantly higher. When I inquired, both with salesperson and manager, no effort was made to honor the original price discussed. We are in a difficult time, and prices on many things have increased, but I cannot see dealing with a business that that does not honor integrity in pricing.

They were super nice folks. I was looking for a Kioti tractor for my landscaping business. I ll definitely be doing more business down the road. They have a great selection of mowers and tractors to choose from. Thank you for your time today you earned me as a future customer.

Our family purchased our tractor brand new at Carolina Outdoor Tractors in Aiken SC less than 3 years ago. We had no problems with it up until this past winter/spring when the tractor began shutting off during run time. My husband and his brother took the tractor to Shoemaker Irrigation Supply for maintenance and an inspection since they were having problems with it. After several weeks, they said the tractor was fixed and we brought it home. It immediately began shutting off as soon as it was turned on. Frustrated, they loaded the tractor back up and hauled it back Shoemaker Irrigation Supply. Once again, they had the tractor for several weeks, and finally stated it was fixed. We brought it home and it continued to shut off just as it was before. We have since taken the tractor back to the store THREE times. Each time they may have the tractor there for several weeks to over a month. A couple of weeks ago we brought the tractor home for the 3rd time, and although it will run longer times now, it still shuts off. All the while, we have continued to pay payments on a tractor that is totally useless to us. They are unable to fix it, but yet are not willing to replace the tractor either. The service at Shoemaker Irrigation Supply is extremely lacking and they are unwilling to resolve the problems we have with the tractor that was sold to us. Everytime we request a different person to investigate the problem, they only allow us to speak with Rick who is totally useless. This is a tractor less than 3 years old with 190 hours that we have financed for 28,000! At this point, we are irate. We would never recommend anyone to purchase a tractor from Shoemaker Irrigation Supply or use their services. Our family is on 44 acres of land and we are in desperate need of a tractor that will actually function.

Friendly service. The only negative is that we drive 9 hrs to get something from them...we called 1.5 hrs out saying when we would be there. When we got there the items we called about had been sold. They tried to make things right somewhat though.
