Fast, friendly, and affordable. My first experience with the auto center was a stellar one, thanks to Jeremiah who went out of his way to accommodate me when I showed up without an appointment needing a battery, despite the fact that they were busy at the time and daylight was waining. Adain was equally kind, helpful, and professional. Their laidback demeanor was especially refreshing and allayed the sense of dread I d been experiencing having to deal with a battery going bad quickly and the expense of purchasing a new one. I greatly appreciate their making me feel valued, and the fact that Jeremiah cared enough to ensure that I would be able to get what I needed without having to risk being stranded again means the world to me.

I had a tire issue and went to Sam s Tire & Battery on Monday 7/18 at 4 PM. There was a lady there and said she couldn t help me and the guy that would be able to help me left already. She scheduled me an appointment for the following day. After I gave the woman my phone number twice the guy walked up. I said oh there he is and the guy told me it was his Friday and he is leaving. I kept my appointment and came back Tuesday 7/19. They were closed AGAIN. I just got a phone call from the manager and he said he called me twice and they have staffing issues. I never received a call. The lady that took my number was not even close to my number. I eventually just fixed it myself. Not impressed for my first time using the Sam s Tire & Battery!

They didn t have my tires, so they had to order them. I was told they would be in by Monday and that I would receive a call to let me know they are in. It s now Wednesday, and I haven t received any calls. Every time I try to call them, there is no answer from the tire department. I keep getting transferred to the main sams line who then just transfer me back to the people that don t answer! So frustrating. I will NOT be ordering tires through them again!

Can't thank these guys enough for helping me out after my keys got locked in my car. Got a wheel bearing I need fixed and I'm going to them instead of my usual place just for the quality service.
