They are probably the cheapest place to go for parts, but don't expect them to know what part you need for your vehicle. They don't know much about cars or car parts, but if you tell them exactly what you need (by name), they will get it for you.

My battery died while I was shopping, so I called to see how much their batteries were and if they did free installation, they do! The guy who installed it was nice and quick! However, when I called, they said their lowest battery price for my car was $189.99. So I got my fianc� to call a few minutes after, and they told him that the lowest cost battery was $129.99.TL/DR: Feel free to call if you re a man. If you are a woman, check the website s prices before you call or go in.

On line it says go in-store to use 20% GOBBLE discount but the staff couldn't get it to work either. Maybe their False Advertising to get us in store. I left no parts them hundreds of dollars lost in sales. Going out of business ?

I ordered some very hard to find injectors from O'Reilly's that no other parts house could find.He had the parts in next day as well! Jeremy is definitely the man to see when you're having a hard time finding a part! Highly recommended!

Came in because a different store gave me the wrong part and the old place didn't put me in the system, came in here they managed to track down my receipt and get me the right filter completely free of charge, great people here and very helpful, will be here again for future purchases

I have given this location most of my business for the last year or two now. I went in today to return a faulty 02 sensor and Vehicle speed sensor that they sold me. The man at the counter told me that they don't take returns on items that have been used. I proceeded to ask him, "how would I know you sold me a faulty product without installing and testing it first?" He then proceeded to tell me that if I installed it and my car had the same issues then it must be something else and it could not possibly be the fact that they sold me faulty products. I have done research for two weeks and worked on my jeep so much that I have rebuilt they entire engine by hand, and he wants to tell me I don't know what's wrong with my car. He then proceeded to give me attitude the rest of the transaction and continued pounding on the key board. As I was walking out I heard him talking to his co workers about me behind my back. I've worked retail, I get having bad days. But how dare you tell me I don't know what's wrong with my car. Sorry your sensors are cheap and made it Taiwan. I will not be giving this location any more of my time and business. I see here in the reviews where O'Reilly's reaches out and says they hope to make it up to us next time but save your breath. There will never be a next time. I know more about cars then every single person in that store. Rude and unprofessional.

I found the hose that I needed for my repair in stock. That's four stars automatic. Was a little pricier than the other local auto parts stores, but sacrificed convenience over ordering. Overall good experience. Acceptable customer service. Employees could use some 5-hour energy shots or Red Bull drinks, as they were pretty low energy, but got the job done. Changed hose and kept rolling.

The reason for this 1 star review is bc of the man who answered the phone, Chris. I called to see if they had a $350 optima battery in stock because online said they did, but I know sometimes online is not always correct. Chris said they did not have any, did not ask me for the group size either. Also asked what it was for, for which it does not matter. So I double check to see if online was right. Called back to speak to a manager, Kevin, and he said they did have one and he did not know why Chris said they had none.

Took the starter off my truck to have tested. Guy at counter took it bad to their hidden test bench; came back and told me it was defective. I was in a bind and after replacing my battery, reinstalled my starter and the truck started just fine. Thanks for trying to make a quick buck! Won t be going back here.

Talk to someone about swapping a tool set they told me they needed the entire set. I Went into the location talked to the manager Jerry or Jeremy heavyset guy with a goofy smirk on his face constantly. He proceeded to laugh and tell me they were incorrect go against his company's policies to mess with me I guess.. he was having a bad day. Reached out to corporate got in contact the regional assistant then at the other location the district manager Bo Jenkins. Had to drive across town to another location so that they would do what they said they would do met Bo in person he said he reprimanded the manager verbally. He was unable or unwilling to accommodate me in any way for the troubles was apologetic and listened to the issue but still left feeling less than satisfied with their customer service abilities.

Jacob is the real MVP! A few weeks ago my ac went out and I though i needed to get a replacement pig tale wire harness that I bought last year and come to find out it had a lifetime warrenty on it. The only problem was they had no record of the purchase on my account and i called a couple of employees who told me they couldn't find it either and they were sorry. So I go in ready to spend the $40 on the part I needed and explain to jacob that i was upset because last summer i had already replaced the part from there location and it was not on my account. He looked at the part number and i told him I purchased it between June and August of last year and he pulled every sale of that item and seen that 1 was not attached to an account so he printed the receipt and it had the last 4 of my debit card on it and he was able to attach the part to my account. Jacob provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make things right.

I understand being busy is stressful, but customers should ALWAYS be greeted warmly and with a smiling face, whether in store or over the phone. Anytime I HAVE to use the East Pine Log Rd. location, I feel as if I'm a nuisance to the employees by shopping at their store. I'm rarely asked if I need help finding anything while looking through the store and when needing parts looked up I'm met with attitude and annoyance. The ONLY time I shop this location is if the part is 100% an emergency. I'll gladly drive the extra 12 miles out of my way to one of the GA stores if the Gregg Hwy store doesn't have what need before I'll shop at the East Pine Log Rd store.

I bought a new battery from this location. I also needed battery terminals. The guy at the counter took my old battery with the terminals connected so he knew which kind I needed to buy. He sold me the wrong terminals. When I went back to get the right kind of terminals, the manager was cracking jokes, being rude, and straying from the subject. I left out of fury and went down the road to advanced auto parts. They were very helpful and lead me to the right kind of terminals almost immediately after I asked. iI you need help with your car, I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts. I definitely will not be returning to O'Reilly's auto parts ever again.

Not much to say. Went to purchase a part for some equipment. They had the part. We concluded the transaction. The part worked as advertised. All transactions should be so boringly normal. End of story.

Recently bought a Power Torque spark plug socket from O'Rielly Auto Parts in Aiken, SC. The socket had a magnet inside to hold the spark plug to keep if from falling out. I installed 4 spark plugs with it and the magnetic ring inside crumbled. It is advertised to have a lifetime warranty but when I tried to return it they refused. I am writing this review to warn others not to buy tools from this company, in fact I will not be buying anything from this company as they have very poor customer service. Buyer beware is what I was told by the acting manager.I was contemplating buying a crate mother and transmission for my 1993 K1500 Suburban. But I will buy it at another company now because of the terrible customer service at this store.

I love this place! The staff makes this my absolute favorite stop for any auto needs. They find parts so fast, and they're so nice and helpful. Every visit has been pleasant.

Deal was offered over the phone then first bill was $30 higher. When went in, said no that was the price and was treated rudely. To say I dislike this company is an understatement but can't have satellite where I live so this is only option. Had to only keep internet and we have Netflix.
