I was so please and grateful for the accommodation that Mr James had extended on my concern about tire rotation. With the schedule I had to catch up, just so convenient that you have the shop open until 8:00 PM on a Thursday. It is suitable for my hectic schedule. I will comeback for the next round of change oil and tire rotation. GREAT JOB Mr. James!!!

I called to get tire quote and stock information because my tire was about to go with wire showing. They had my tires in stock and were able to get me in the same day!! James was very helpful when I arrived and they were ready and waiting for me to pull in. He went over pricing beforehand and was able to get me some great deals. Also he was very helpful referring me to the right place for an issue he could not help with at the shop. I will be back in the future!! Thanks James!!

I just wanted to give a big Thank You to James and his staff. They did a fantastic alignment on my car. They were so kind and accommodating to my bored kids and dogs while we waited. . Also when my mom came into town with a car issue they squeezed her in and fixed her up in time for her departure date. Great shop that does the job accurately.

The service was impeccable!!!! I had a situation with a rim that was unrepairable and this was at 5:45 in the evening they close at 6. They didn t hesitate to swap out all 4 of my rims and give me a replacement tire in spite of me being there right at closing. Definitely one of the best tire service places in Aiken County. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service by Mr. James and Ms. Peggy at NTB tires in Aiken, SC. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Was greeted with a friendly smile and service was amazing. They kept me posted throughout the entire time my vehicle was being worked on. They gave me recommendations on how i can save on tires and maintenance on my vehicles. I will definitely be back for all of my maintenance needs on my vehicles. Thank you for your awesome service Mr. James, Ms. Peggy and technicians.

I had an appointment for a wheel alignment check. Walked in to unfamiliar faces but I learned that he was the new manager, James. He was welcoming and courteous. He also was working with a trainee whom was nice and courteous. My car did need an alignment and the service was great. Done in a timely manner as well. Great job New Team and Thanks!

My first time here and I'm very pleased with the customer service and the atmosphere here. The guys are nice and friendly. James is so nice and welcomes you soon as you walk through the door. He's super cool!! I will definitely be back and highly recommend NTB!!! See James!!!

I had serious spark plug n oil problem with my car and I called NTB and talked to James (which by the way was a very good and reliable person) and he got my both my problems fixed asap and the service was fast. 10/10 I would recommend

I stopped in about 10 minutes before closing because on my way home my tire pressure light came on. Everyone there was helpful and respectful. I apologized for walking in so close to closing time and the gentleman at the front assured me that it was not a problem at all, that they were there to help and they'd get my car fixed and back on the road. Everyone at the shop was friendly and kept me in the loop while searching for whatever caused the air leak. I'll be returning for sure. 10/10.

Mr. James Tool was very friendly and helpful. They have great reasonable prices and good service timing Came back again for tire rotation and also received two tires. Service is still amazing and they check all problems

James was super nice and patient with me as I tried to figure out what I needed and coordinated on the phone with someone else, which is not fun from the retail perspective. I appreciated his calming demeanor and help.The person I spoke to on the phone prior was also very friendly and gave me all the information that I needed.I felt comfortable going there for my tires.

I went in for an oil change and was very well pleased! I loveee the new setting and Mr James was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went ok for me! The last time i went there for an oil change I was there almost 3 hours, this time I was in and out within 30 mins! Thank you again Mr James!!

Great service! James was very helpful when I had a nail in my tire and helped me get it patched up! I m a college student so being away from home when these things happen isn t ideal but he was amazing and got everything fixed super quick for me!

Came in today, very last minute to get my brakes fixed and the manager James was very quick to get me in and my parts ordered. I came in several weeks ago and scheduled an appointment with Matron and missed it due to sickness but both managers have been very helpful and understanding. Budget friendly as well. Thank you guys!

James, Matran And Michele Were All Wonderful! Matran Greeted Me Wonderfully Over The Phone And Got Me Scheduled In Less Than Two Minutes. As Soon As I Walked Through The Door, I Was Greeted Phenomenally By Michele And James. James Immediately Took My Keys And Placed Me In A Very Comfortable Waiting Area Where I Only Sat For Not Even Ten Minutes. They Were All Welcoming, Comical And Thorough. I Highly Recommend NTB For Your Various Needs!

My vehicle had been making an awful sound for weeks. I felt like I was literally bouncing all over the road. I visited NTB /Mavis and they immediately diagnosed the vehicle and completed the job quickly. I am sooo grateful for James and his All Star squad! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
