Was very knowledgeable of work to be performed. Didn t try to over sell job that was unnecessary and did a professional and prompt brake service that 2 other companies had issues performing! Was very upfront, honest, and fair with pricing!!! Would very much recommend Midas on East Pine Log Rd. for all braking needs as well as tune-ups and oil changes! Again very Fair Pricing on Services!

The work doesn t reflect the cost. My car ran worse than when I left it. I paid for brakes and they weren t put on correctly. I found a local mechanic Affordable Auto Diesel Repairs and they charged me much less and were more effective. Midas almost made me junk a good car. I don t know if they were purposely deceitful or just don t know what they re doing. Caused me a lot of stress

Love coming here!! Everyone is very kind and very knowledgeable. They also have a visual diagnoses thats sent as a link to your phone so you can see everything thats wrong with your car and that would need immediate action for your car. How awesome is that!! I would recommend Aiken Midas to anyone who needs their car worked on. Ive always had a great experience when I come to get my car worked on. Thank you Aiken Midas for your hard work, dedication and having employees that are very kind and knowledgeable!

My vehicle was not serviced as I walked out. I called a couple days before my apt & was quoted a price of $39.00 and change. After I arrived for my apt the manager said he couldn t see where I had an apt but said he could work me in with a wait. A short while later he informed me the cost had gone up to $50 some dollars & asked if I still wanted the oil change. I said no as I was quoted a specific price and walked out. With that Midas has lost two vehicles for servicing.

I ve always had great experiences with the staff at Midas. It is the only place I will take my vehicles. I ve been taking my cars to Midas since I moved back to Aiken in 2018. They re awesome!

10/10 experience. I hate having my car worked on. It can be such a stressful situation, but every staff member I spoke to helped me through every step of the process, and in such a timely manner !I ve never trusted anyone else with my car as much as I have with Midas

I think that they did a good job but when I turned on my lights the panel board was dim and it was working fine before .also do you guys check the fuse

If I could do no stars I would. I didn't ask to have my spark plugs changed and they did it anyway and changed me $450.00. I've told everyone I can and they all say I've been scammed. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is amazing! They had my car ready the week of my wedding without an appointment back in October 22 for intake manifold. And recently they fit me in for my brakes last minute had my car ready the day of. Took my car to Midas on two separate instances, back to back days. Check engine light was on which they told me was the catalytic converter, cool. I could not get my car to start which they claimed was because of bad spark plugs and possibly bad gas. I get those replaced and pay for a fuel injector which cost me around $420. Come back the next day because the check engine light came back on and I couldn't get my car to start again. They tell me the battery needs to be replaced. Another $250. Today I cannot even get my car to start. If it is indeed the converter, I know that is not their fault, but I have spent almost $700 on things that were supposed to make this car drivable and I feel like they were just looking for more sales.Edit: After receiving a call from the owner, I do understand that the employees were just going down a checklist of possible problems. One thing that does still bug me though is the fact that the battery was checked the first day and said to be fine, yet needed replacing a day later, and that I asked about the starter being an issue and was told it wasn't (Hagers replaced it and it has run fine since).

Short story:Basically Midas charged us $460.00 to help with our A/C. A week later, the A/C is still blowing hot air. We were then given another quote of $1800 to actually fix the problem, which was the compressor. Moreover, the quote of $1800.00 is more than double what other mechanics in the area had quoted to change the compressor.Long story:We knew going to Midas that the problem with the A/C was probably the compressor, so we asked for a quote on a compressor, which they quoted us at $1800.00 for the compressor, dryer and other fittings.Before paying, they offered to do a check for 180.00, which we agreed to. After running the check they said that the compressor was running fine.They said the problem was a leak somewhere, which they will pinpoint after flushing and refilling the system with fluids and dye.The total bill for the fluids, dye and check came back at $460.00.A little over a week later the A/C was blowing hot air again at which point they said, yes, it is the compressor and wanted to charge another $1800.00 for a compressor, dryer, and other fittings.Funny thing is, I had originally told them the compressor was the problem, before paying them $460.00 for a "professional diagnosis."The 2 other mechanics we got a quote from offered to change the compressor for under $800.00. After telling Midas what other mechanics had quoted, they brought their quote down over $1000 to a comparable range, but they would not discount the any of the 460.00 they had already charged to troubleshoot the problem.After calling to get some of the money back, because nothing has changed with our A/C since paying them $460.00, they explained that we had agreed to the process and that they did nothing wrong.The thing that they left out when saying, you agreed to the process was that they misled us into thinking the compressor was ok. That incorrect diagnosis was the only reason we agreed.Because we were told by Midas that the compressor it running fine, we agreed to pay more for something that didn t fix the problem.The way I see it, we were charged 180.00 to incorrectly diagnose the problem, then we were misled into thinking that our original diagnosis was incorrect until finally being charged another $280.00 for something that didn t work.We could have done the same thing they did with a $40 can of R134 A/C refrigerant from Walmart, which oddly enough is all they offered to refund us. Also, if we had gone with the Walmart solution, we would have saved a ton of time and hassle.The summer is now coming to an end, and because of this, we spent much of it without A/C in the car.They have fixed problems in the past, so I am giving 2 stars, but in the case of air conditioners, I would look elsewhere.Again, they charged us $180 to incorrectly diagnose the problem, charged an extra $280 for more troubleshooting and then tried to charge another $1800 to fix the compressor. The compressor quote was only brought down to a reasonable price of $780.00 after I told them what other mechanics quoted us.We won t be going back, and if you have a problem with your A/C, I recommend you look elsewhere.

My husband and I are very pleased with Midas, and they have taken good care of all of our cars. We just brought a Ford Explorer it was making this grinding noise, and they found what problem the vehicle had, and they fixed it, and now the Ford explorer is quiet and no problems.Thank you Midas for taking care of all of our vehicles.

I had a flat tire on my Alfa and knew I needed new tires so I took it here after calling around everywhere and everywhere else kinda brushed me off like they were too busy. As someone who works in Customer Service, this was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. My car feels great, drives great, and they got it in sooner than expected. I ll definitely be coming back when needed.

These guys are very knowledgeable and are very professional. The prices are reasonable and they actually care about your car. After service if you experience any problems you can just take your car back and they will check it out and make it right. Billy is the manager and he is great, he knows his customers by name. I would definitely recommend this place for your car needs.

I had a bad battery, called many places and almost gave up! Thanks to Jessie who was professional and proficient. He was able to get my vehicle serviced right away. Minutes later I walked out with a new battery and relief being able to continue my day.
