Replaced engine and transmission in my 08 F350. Done an excellent job... even with me aggravating them everyday about the status. Lol. They still done very good work in a timely manner. A big shout out to Dustin and Matt! My daughter had a flat tire on I-20 just down the Road from Mendit. She called their business and within a few minutes they were there to change her tire to the temporary spare. They even recomended a local tire company that was able to install a full size tire and get her back on the road within an hour.Thank you both for helping my daughter in a tough situation!

Do not hesitate to have your vehicles serviced at Mendit. All you need is patience and these guys will bend over backwards to get you squared away and back on the road. They are very busy for a reason.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Dustin and his crew are top notch, fast turn around time and very reasonably priced services. Definitely will call if I ever run into any issues again with my diesel truck!! My entire family has been taking our vehicles to Mendit for years. They are honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Their prices are fair and if there is something they cannot do, they will help you find someone who can. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I was very impressed with the service and how the entire staff went out of their way to make the process and experience as easy as possible. Despite issues with the parts supplier, Dustin went out of his way to find parts for my older truck and complete the repairs promptly. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional, parts will be replaced without diagnosing what the real problem is. I brought in my f150 for a diagnostic since we had already replaced plugs, wires, coil and a few other things and had no luck fixing issue. I requested a call before work is performed. Not only did the young mechanic do $350 worth of work without calling, but he replaced parts I had recently replaced and did not want replaced again. The requested diagnostic performed was a pressure test on the engine which cost me $40 and did not reveal the problem because that is not what a professional mechanic does for a diagnostic. My father had a similar bad experience, but his was worse. The common issue seems to be a lack of automotive knowledge/experience or just the worst case of unprofessionalism I have seen in a while.Service: Engine repair
