Kendrick Paint & Body Shop in Aiken did a fantastic job on my car. They made the experience of getting my vehicle repaired after an accident that wasn't my fault as painless as possible. I was kept informed about the status of the repairs all along the way. Shara was amazing and has customer service skills that are unmatched in the area! Highly recommend going here if you find yourself in need of repairs or body work.

Very friendly staff who sent regular text updates. It took longer than originally anticipated becaise of a problem securing a part. The work was great, and they detailed the vehicle to the point where it looked better than when it came off the showroom 8 years ago! Thanks Kendrick!

I love the work Kendrick did on my Kia Soul. They did an excellent job. My Soul needed a new bumper and grill cause it was damaged in an accident that I had. My soul looked brand new and it run smooth too. The paint job they did match the body perfectly, so thanks Kendrick with your amazing work and thanks for keeping me updated with the work process. They also delivered my Soul to me in Augusta cause my schedule didn't line with theirs and we were short already at my job,so I couldn't get off, so thanks for going that extra mile

I couldn t have asked for a better team working on my car. My car was $2000 away from being totaled with only 5,000 miles on it. Needless to say I was devastated but Randy really mademe feel comfortable. You can t even tell it was wrecked. Thank you so much. You guys are truly the best

I dropped off my truck to be repaired on Dec 12th. I showed up to get my truck on Jan 5th and was told it is still not finished but go ahead and take it and we will call the following week to schedule you to come back in and they would finish the last few things. I call in the following week and tell them something is not right and I was told we will call you to schedule you to come back in. 3 weeks go by and nothing so I call in and then get put on the schedule. I have to rent a car out of my pocket after they have kept my truck all that time and not fix it and then forget about me for 3 weeks but they sure got payment for the work but didn t complete it. So I rent a car drop my truck off again pick up my truck and it s still not right so I call back in this past Friday and get told we will rent a car for you this time. I sat on this all weekend and after Kendrick having my truck for 3 weeks and not fixing it and then ignoring me for 3 weeks and then making me rent a car out of my pocket I just can t trust that my truck is going to be fixed so I m just eating it and I m going to call next week and try and get on the schedule for a shop in Columbia. Sad thing is I was a returning customer and the guy who was handling my truck in the end seemed like he was trying to do the right thing but here we are in February and this started Dec 12th.

Had my damaged auto towed to Kendrick for repair estimate.Timely and thorough preparation of estimate for insurance claim. Several interactions with staff. With no exceptions, courteous and professional treatment with the confidence that service provided was the best available.

Kendrick paint and body is the best body shop in Aiken. Look no further for all your vehicle needs they do it all and they do it with Integrity. I took my vehicle there because of a fender bender. They kept me up to date on the repairs and gave a very reasonable prices. When I picked it up It looked like a brand new vehicle off the dealer lot. good people and amazing service I recommend them to everyoneServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Shara was amazingly helpful in dealing with my vehicle situation. She kept me informed of the process and projected time lines. Although no one wants to have to deal with a damaged vehicle, if future incidents occur we will always look to Kendrick for our Autobody needs.

I took my truck in for an estimate and was told to come back in three weeks. Took truck in on October 17th. I never got any updates until I complained to our insurance company that they were taking too long. Was promised it would be ready November 10th.Went today and found out that they didn t have the door gaskets and a scratch was found on the new paint job. So it will take a couple of more days to get the gaskets in and another day to fix the scratch.They ll have the truck for a month on Wednesday November 15th.Also found inside the truck dusty. Fine white dust.Service: Painting

Kendrick was very slow in determining that my car was actually totaled, and I ran up over $1000 in rental car expenses above what my insurance would cover over a six week rental.

REPAIR WORK IS GOOD. CUSTOMER SERVICE WASNT GOOD FOR ME. DIDNT UPDATE ME ON MY CAR STATUS HAD TO KEEP CONTACTING THEM AND NOT GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH RENTAL SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW I NEEDED RENTAL LONGER.

Put my Dodge caravan in for repair after we hit a deer, although the wait to get the repair started was long, however it began on the date they said. The repair is excellent they are very professional and keep you updated on progress and the estimated completion. Fabulous experience! Kendricks repaired my BMW after a collision and I was very, very impressed. I received regular text updates regarding the progress.
