The staff and level of service at Kaiser Willys is second to none. I've placed numerous orders keeping my M38 running and behaving like it should. I've had questions and they're always answered professionally. My trusted Willys Jeep parts store since 2015. KW was one of the first parts suppliers to fully digitize jeep diagrams online which makes it easier to pinpoint your needs. Jason did an excellent job with his electrical video series online, Lastly, I look forward yearly to submitting my jeep photos for the annual photo contest.

My wife bought a 1951 Willys truck and I get to restore it. I am learning about Willys products quickly as my experience is with Chevy and Ford trucks. I found KW on a web search for parts and have bought many parts from them and have more to get. Their customer and technical support is excellent. They provide installation videos and the parts always seem to be in stock. Over many orders I think I have had two parts get back ordered and they arrived within 10 days. Shipping is fast and orders are accurate, prices are reasonable. These guys are good.

I have been a customer with Kaiser Willys for quite a few years. As a Jeep restoration guy, I m always looking for parts. Their parts are equal to most of the sellers out there. Their customer service and support is above normal, have an issue with an order and it is fixed no questions asked. My ordered are always above the required amount for free shipping, and I get UPS to Michigan in 2 days, have a question for them and your email is answered that same day. Customer service is a big deal these days and they have the best

I've been using Kaiser Willys as my go to place for jeep parts for a while now. They have just about everything for my 1956 CJ 6. Their website is easy to navigate and I love how they have instructional videos that really come in handy! Customer service is also top-notch!

The people at Kaiser Willys are great. They are jeep people and know jeeps and the correct parts you need. They are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They have had all the parts I need to restore my dad's 1948 CJ2A. Still have a a Lot of work to do and with there help I will get it done. Thanks to all at Kaiser Willys.

Do not hesitate to purchase from KW.I have received two orders so far and their customer service is second to NONE! One of my items in my most recent order arrived damaged. After communicating through email a new part is currently on the way with ZERO hassles.Again, if you prefer to do business with a great company, communicate with real people and hope if there is a problem it will be dealt with swiftly with no problems then KW is the company you d want to do business with!Bravo!

I ve made numerous purchases for years from Kaiser Willys. They have an impressive knowledgeable staff always willing to provide needed assistance. They offer a very complete Bumper to bumper inventory of parts on-hand for immediate delivery for all vintage Jeep models. Their catalogs, diagrams, videos, descriptions, suggestions, and pictures make accurate ordering with various alternatives easy and minimize the need for returns. When needed, returns are always accepted. Questions and answers for each item are posted along with suggestions. Quite often, my question has already been answered for others and posted. They provide 2-day shipping on applicable orders to benefit cross country customers. Best of all, each order includes Jolly Rancher and a Lemonhead sealed in a zip lock to Sweeten the deal. Overall, a great company I highly recommend.

Great parts. Some parts can be a little overpriced but awesome service overall. I am restoring a 1973 CJ5 Super Jeep and a 1955 Willy s Station wagon, and Kaiser Willys has made getting parts for both cars a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone restoring a classic Jeep.

I've owned this jeep since 1990, it's a 1969 CJ5. I did a partial restoration in 1990. In March of this year started a more comprehensive restoration of what was not done in 1990. Thank you Kaiser Willys for being my go to place for ALL parts needed to complete this project.

These are the go-to people for Jeep parts. Their website is logically organized, ordering is straightforward, shipping is prompt and customer service is helpful (yes, real people answer the phone). Their inventory is outstanding, and I have yet to find a part that I need that K-W does not supply. I highly recommend K-W to fellow Jeep enthusiasts.

My son and I completely restored a 1949 CJ2A together. It took us a while but it was well worth the time spent. The majority of our parts came from Kaiser Willys. These are great folks. Mike is a great resource and very customer service focused. Web site easy to navigate with lots of information.
