Great service! My check engine light came on before I was due for an oil change. Stopped by on a random day, they expedited checking it and adding a quart. Really appreciate that they took care of me quickly and professionally.

I love this place! They were very quick!! DeShawn, Persia, and Mr. Will were awesome and respectful. I like that they were honest with my filters because most times you have places trying to take advantage of a woman when they bring their cars for maintenance. This was not the case at this location. I will be continuing to come for my maintenance Good Customer Service is NOT completely dead !!!!

I have had many cars vans and trucks and you have provided me with the best service they are on Richland Avenue here in Aiken the staff could not have been any nicer to help me with everything from fluids tires windshield wipers yes I do give you some business and I'm so happy and will continue to spread the word and thank you for a job well done

I do not recommend. I only went here because it was close to my house and I was leaving on a trip and didn t have time to schedule it with CC Automotive.I have nitrogen in my tires, indicated by green stem covers. They without asking just decided to add air to them even tho they were not more than 3lbs off the technician even told me he knew that is what it meant but did it anyways.Y all need better communication with your customers. Assumptions are death of good business.

Very friendly I thought it was time for an oil change but the computer said it wasn t they gave my truck a good look over topped off all the fluids changed a brake light for me and I was on my way in no time. Quick easy and friendly

Great experience ! These guys displayed great teamwork to get my vehicle and others in and out . Everyone was friendly and eager to help me get my oil changed and fluids topped off . I will highly recommend in the future and will definitely be back !

I was very unhappy with the service. I was not informed about a major repair needed because manager thought it would be better to have ne come back 2 times after oil change before alerting me about major damage. Yea let's charge her for 2 unessessry quarts of oil every two weeks. I'll be taking my business anywhere but Jifffy Lube from now on. Maybe I'll even try to alert better business bureau about it. I went to shop in Aiken SC on Richland ave.

The guys & girls were very knowledgeable about the needs of my vehicle and shared valuable information with me concerning my needs What I liked most was my wait time I actually pull into the bay area upon arrival.Thank you staff of the jiffy lube Richland Ave Aiken you are the best and deserves 5 stars for service.

Usually I have a good experience, but not today. I found out that they just had some computer issues a week or so prior not sure if that's the issue or not. Couldn't find me in their system after years of using them & couldn't get the company I use to pay for the maintenance program that I go through so they just used whatever conventional oil to get me out of the way & I just had to pay for it. Thank goodness they didn't put the most expensive oil in is all I can say still was a high bill though. I've never had this experience with them before. Except for a bad experience with the one in North Augusta where they wrote down false information on my statement or in the system that I actually caught after I'd left so I had to go back to get that straightened out.Service: Oil change

The cost of $103 to change my oil and rhat was all that was done is way ro much. I checked around the area and 9found $48 ro $81 to change my oil with the same type of oil. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. I had been using Jiffy Lube for 20+ years. Last time I had my oil there it was $51.

Waited about 40 minutes. Paid $78 for oil change and coolant. Wasn't impressed, wasn't disappointed with anything except the price.

Service was great .The team here is very knowledgeable and friendly. This shop is the only jiffy lube I've been in that doesn't have any music playing while we wait. It would be nice if they had music to pass time

The staff at this jiffy lube was very nice and professional. They were very courteous. Service did not take long - maybe 20 minutes. I definitely will return and recommend to other. Went for an oil change, was asked if I wanter tire rotation. Thought I don t think the ve been rotated so yes. They DID NOT PERFORM A TIRE ROTATION. They simply put the front tire to the back tire. On both sides. That is not a tire rotation. You are advertising and charging for a service that is not being performed. Manager wasindignant when I asked him to remove charge. Paid, telling him I was calling corporate. He didn t care. Called corporate and spoke to somebody who was supposed to call me back today, but never did. So, trash.Bet you won t post this.

MR WILL & MRS Peggy are GREAT matter fact the whole staff is GREAT I ve come here since I got my car and haven t had any problems since , they work well with you , talk you through everything and maybe even give you a discount PLEASE go see them
