I had another local shop milk me 3 times for for an issue with my vehicle that was never resolved after the third time. I just ate that loss Cody at O'Reilly's recommended Jack Rogers.They where professional and got me back on the road price was fair and service was on point. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle to them.Thanks Guys

Jack Rogers Tire...the best. Young lady we know needed a repair on her car. The mechanic knew exactly what the problem was when I described it. Paid half the price she was quoted, for the same work, at another shop in Aiken.

These folks are very nice and they don't price gouge. I would very highly recommend them. Anyone who reads my reviews know that I call it like I see it. I fully trust this company.

Trustworthy. Repairs aren't cheap anywhere but you can go here with the confidence they aren't gouging you or forcing un necessary costs

Traveling long distance in our motorhome and had some issues with a valve stem hose, (flat tire). These great people got us in immediately and took care of the problem in no time. My wife and daughter never even got out of the motorhome while they made the quick repair! Would definitely recommend themselves for any and all services.

Jack Rogers Tires, I have been a customer for years. I will go nowhere else. Went down Friday morning at 7:00 (they open at 7:30), they invited me in and asked me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. How many shops have you visited when the staff let you wait outside til the last second? Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, good prices (no games).Service: Tires

Great staff! Fast service and transparent pricing! As a new resident to the area I had a hard time finding a good mechanic. After bad luck and the feeling of being had by another shop I tested my luck again with Jack rogers. They won me over and I ve since returned to do business with them again.

Not happy with their lack of transparent pricing. Went in thinking I was going to pay $15 per tire for mounting/balancing, actual price was $33 excluding taxes, their credit card surcharge and a $5 garage supplies charge. If I wanted them to dispose the tires it would have increased it to $38.

Awesome got us in and out they were able to replace a trailer tire no problem everyone else had to order one. Service was great prices were great . Highly recommended

Took my car on a Friday to get an oil changed waited 1 hrs 30 mins. Left to go to GA after the service car started smoking from under hood. I pull over to realize they didn t even put my oil cap back on. Purchased an oil cap and 2 quarts of oil to get the car home. They are closed on weekends so Monday morning took the vehicle to them to repeat the process of oil change and to get motor cleaned off. I left the vehicle all day. When I picked the car up I checked the oil and visualized partially cleaned motor. My car was overfilled with oil. I took the car for a second opinion and it stated all the above. RIGHTSIDE OF ENGINE IS OIL SOAKED CAP WAS LEFT OFF @ SOME POINT AND THE HOOD PAD IS SOAKEDIN OIL. DRAINED 1 QUART FROM VEHICLE TO CORRECT LEVEL I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY NO APOLOGIES WAS GIVEN I WAS TOLD IT HAS TO BURN OFF. $70 oil change. NO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLEService: General repairs & maintenance

Charged me $900 for nothing. Could not fix my vehicle. Took it back several times with in 10 days of the first time and they could not fix it. The front guy was so rude every time I came back. Never got my money back and my vehicle is still not right. Will never go back nor recommend.

Awesome place. Had 4 tires mounted on my dually and there was some miscommunication of where I wanted them. Then they broke a wheel stud in the process. As soon as I brought it to there attention they made it right and compensated me for my wasted time. Anthony performed an alignment on my truck today and it has never drove straighter! Would definitely compensate that man for his expertise.Service: General repairs & maintenance

J. R. Tire Pros is literally the best place I've found to have tires and other work done to my car. I travel a lot for work and literally from Grovetown/Augusta, GA. to Charlotte, NC. - NOBODY beats the service hands down. They treat you like family, free coffee, popcorn, candy, and they even have phone charging stations (which has saved my life a few times). NOBODY has been willing to beat (or even price match) their prices AT ALL. I asked them the owner why and they are so much cheaper than others. He simply said, "Everybody needs a car to get from A to B. We want to help people, not see them struggle more." It doesn't matter where you are or what you need done, if your passing this way and/or it's not too far, definitely choose Jack Rogers. I thought Aiken Discount Tire was where it's at, HELL NO. They messed up my car and Jack Roger's not only got my car to their shop, they helped me out with one of their no credit check options and still helped me more with the lower prices because I had just got screwed by Aiken Discount Tire. Jack Roger's Tire Pros is about a 1 minute drive past ADT, so if I were you bypass the discounted service (cause they ain't discounting tires or anything else) and pull right in to J. R.'s. They'll treat you like family and make sure it's done right the first time. I also was told the owner checks every vehicle before it's deemed "ready for pickup". Talk about piece of mind.

I've been a loyal Jack Rogers customer for over 20 years. Their competitive prices, friendly staff, excellent workmanship, and quick turn-around on my vehicles keep me coming back year after year. Why look elsewhere?

Today was my first time using Jack Roger's. I had a set of tires mounted and balanced at a lesser price than others quoted in town. I am very pleased with the service I received and will go back again for future needed services.

First visit. Had a puncture in one of my mower tires. They said it could be repaired with a tube. Gave it to technician, went across the road to get an oil filter...by the time I got back tire was ready...10 minutes maybe. Very reasonable price. Be back when I need tires for car.Update:. Went back for a set of tires for my SUV. They offered several choices. Ordered size, they called me when in stock, put someone in it immediately...read the paper and ate some popcorn...ready to go. Easiest tire experience in years. Good price, great service.

Came in to get two tires replaced and they cut me an amazing deal on 3. Basically 3 for the price of 2 plus I had a stripped lug nut (from the dealer putting the lug nuts on too tight and me trying to unsuccessfully get it off myself). Local family business, customer focused, very quick most days. Thanks!

First visit after my serpentine belt broke on me. Had vehicle towed to them and they got me fixed up with a great price! Will definitely go to them again if I need any more work done on my car.

Please READ BELOW FOR UPDATE!!!!!- REVIEW EDITED DUE TO OVER CHARGE! so now they are still one of the best repair shops in Aiken," would say the best", that we have found here in Aiken, the mechanic was thorough, and efficient, the office ran like a OTR office-very impressed.They have the right equipment and staff to do it right. They even put air into my 2 low tires that have slow leaks because a tire place in Aiken that I had taken it to did not listen and use tire seal on the rims. I plan to bring it back here to have them "do it right".Update: today july 27, 2018-I needed a front drive shaft changed, book stated 1 hour or less, I had a quote for $75.00 from another shop but would have to wait till Monday, Jack Rodgers said to bring it in today, supposedly took 1/1/2 hours, for a charge of $142.50, which is double what the other shop would have charged, I am not happy with this and think it "sucks". I attempted to rectify this , EDIT........If I had been told what the charges where going to be I would have gone elsewhere. $75.00 is reasonable for this, $142.50 IS NOT. owner contacted me and offered to switch out the 1st drive shaft which turned out to be bad, with another when it comes in. "driveshaft parts" are supposed to be making me a "good" drive shaft at this time, which was 2 weeks ago. Had to file a dispute with the bank because of this. Jack Rodgers was very helpful in supply me with the requested documentation.
