From start finish had a great experience. Got 4 tires and an oil change! Kevin and Will were great to work with, outstanding customer service. The service techs were also very nice and knowledgeable! My tech was George and he did a wonderful job!

My Husband brought our vehicle here on Friday 2/9/24 to get our oil changed. We've been customers with Goodyear for almost six years, have their credit card and always bring our vehicle here to be serviced. Within the last 2-3 years I've noticed though that we can never go in to get an oil change done without something else being wrong with our vehicle. We naively believed them the first few times it happened and have spent quite a bit of money over the years on repairs I'm not even sure we actually needed. Eventually I started getting fed up and we started getting second opinions before fixing anything. Needless to say I've caught Goodyear in a lie more then once now and I'm fed up with it. During this visit we were told that we needed a new battery and tires. We denied servicing anything else, but the oil change and got a second opinion from Jack Rogers Tire Pros. We did end up needing a new battery, but the tires were perfectly fine. Which we figured would be the case considering the tires were only two years old and only had 30,000 miles on them. Honestly, I'm done having our vehicle serviced at Goodyear for anything. We just can't trust that they're not lying to us after having had a few second opinions end up proving that they weren't being honest. To top it off, I mentioned our frustration about Goodyear at Jack Rogers and they mentioned how it happens quite frequently. If you choose to continue using them protect yourself and always get a second opinion. Don't blindly trust a garage that hasn't earned your trust.

Goodyear is probably the best place to be at to get your car serviced! Kevin has always been helpful towards me and other customers! It s always a quick in and out for me! 10/10 Service for a forever customer!

My car wouldn t start in the Publix parking lot and they were really helpful by jumping me off. George even made sure that I knew to get a new battery as soon as possible! Really thankful for them!

I've purchased multiple sets of tires for 2 different vehicles, as well as repeated replacements of a single tire that kept getting nails in it (road hazard actually came in handy!), and have yet to have any issue here. I had the same new tire replaced TWICE due to nails or potholes, and with the road hazard, it was free and painless.I've also had routine maintenance, alignment checks, etc., with no issues.Highly recommend for any of the above. The only thing I will add is scheduling an appointment ahead of time seems better than walking in.

Came here to get an oil change. I didn't have any appointment I walked in. I am a Good Year card carrying member. Walked in with my kids for an oil change. The guy said it would take 5 hours to get me done. So I had to go to Walmart instead. I'll try one more time in the future. Just one more.

Great shop. The guys here always get me taken care of. Oil changes, tire rotations, etc. They are friendly about everything.

Terrible experience, terrible staff. They will give you a panic attack in the store in front of everyone by telling you things that don t even exist are wrong with your vehicle. I got a second opinion and it was half the price and none of the stuff they said was wrong with it was wrong with it.

Bought tires from them a month or so ago and am pleased with them so far.The staff inside was very helpful. I had a coupon to buy online and they didn't have an issue helping me order online and not in the store. Then I scheduled install in the store and it was super easy to arrive and get the tires installed. There was a minor issue with tire pressure and they fixed it free of charge.

This place is not run well at all! Everytime I ve ever been, they always have an issue. Today they couldn t service my car because their internet was down. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Friendly and reasonably priced. I've gotten tires here for years and have always been very pleased. I also recently started getting oil changes here instead of the dealership, because they are much more efficient and faster than the Honda dealership I've been going to. They are slightly more expensive than the dealership, but it's worth it to save the time.

I have always been happy with the service here. I have been coming here sense 2014. I had amazing service then stood by there product and service agreement. It has been a while Senate I have been here and the service and products have not changed. Completely happy. I even made a mistake with ordering tires and theh fixed quickly. Thank you. I have been to other good years this is my favorite but the other stores hold up the products as well.

The manager and technicians are absolutely the best. I've been associated with them for over 22 years, and they are truthful with high integrity. I'm very comfortable with them.

It took over 2 hrs just for a minor scheduled service for my car making me miss my medical appointment. This is completely unacceptable. The customer service has taken a "nose dive" here in a HUGE way. Very sad.

Mike, the front counter sales person was fantastic. While in town from out of state, I ran into some tire issues and Mike gave me a great price on 4 new tires. Deonte, the installer, was outstanding and even took time to show my son what he was doing while we were watching from the parking lot, outside, for a couple minutes. I didn't need this expense on my trip, but the service and the pricing was great!!

Always fair prices and they price match pretty well when its a bigger job. Even when unexpected problems arise (older and newer models) they always take care of me. Spent about 7k with them so far for my cars over a few years so im putting money where my review is.

I stopped in on a Sunday for tires. They took my car in at the scheduled time and completed the work fast. The counter guys were extra friendly. I used to be a Firestone Complete Auto Care guy but I have now officially made the switch to Goodyear. Thanks for the great service guys! I ll be back!

By recommendation I took my car to another company in town for an alignment. When I got there they told me they couldn't do an alignment because I needed a wheel bearing, and they couldn't do that until the next week. Since the car wouldn't be in town next week I drove around looking to see if someone could help. That is when I found Goodyear and had amazing customer service. I left my car for the day since I had work and received a call letting me know they could not find a reason to replace the bearing. I walked out paying for exactly what my car needed and nothing more. Thank goodness there are still honest people out there. I will be back and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We took our vehicle in Saturday because of a coolant leak. It took about 3 hours for them to get to our vehicle to run diagnostics, then said it'd be another 3 hours' wait to fix because the car part was in Augusta.Unfortunately, whoever was tasked with getting the car part grabbed the wrong one - making us wait those hours a waste of time and that we'd have to leave the vehicle there all Sunday and pick it up Monday. It was infuriating because we had weekend plans, but we didn't take it out on the staff as it wasn't their fault.However, they made it right by us by giving a big discount for their mistake! We'll be returning customers!

I've been taking my vehicles to Bill (manager) at goodyear for well over 15 years. I cannot convey enough, how critically important it is to have a high quality, TRUSTWORTHY place to take your vehicle for maintenence. My entire family brings their vehicles here and we have never been disappointed.

The employees at this Goodyear are polite, efficient, and friendly. A lot of work had to done on a 1998 Chevy S10 and a 2003 Monte Carlo. The work took several days, but my family and I were very pleased with the outcome of both vehicles.

Sorry service. Is there any management at all? I made an appointment on line to have oil changed and tires rotated (free with online appointment). I dropped of the car on time and came back 2 hrs later and still had to wait 20 min. That's when they told me that they didn't rotate the tires. What? Why? I asked. They said it was due to uneven wear but couldn't explain the details. My tires didn't have any visible wear. I have them rotated to prevent uneven wear. What's wrong with them? My conclusions: 1-they can't manage a schedule, 2- they can't be trusted. It leave me wondering if they even changed the oil.

This place is a bit slow. Everytime I walk in (maybe it's just the time of day) it takes a minute to even talk to someone behind the counter. I only stop in now to get tire the pressure checked when I'm on that side of the street and sometimes that can also take a little longer than I would like.

Service now a days isn't Usually like the Olden Days, But This is where the employees remember how it used to be. I love going here.
