Last week I had an incident in our truck that resulted in the back window being broken. On Monday I called a bunch of places throughout Aiken who couldn t help me. I finally was referred to glassworks. I talked to a lovely gentleman on Monday afternoon who knew exactly what I needed and said he would call around to find the part. Two hours later he my call and he said he could have the part at the shop or bring it to my home for repair two days later. I was blown away with the service, the honesty, reliability and craftsmanship of the job. they absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on any sort of auto glass. we will absolutely be repeat customers in the future when the need arises. If I could give them 10 stars out of five I absolutely would!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Everyone was very friendly and kind. We had to wait there for my windshield to be replaced and they were very accommodating and welcoming. I would highly recommend Glass Works to anyone for any glass needs. Really awesome people!

The lady at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I got my replacement same day, since I was going out of town and had been jerked around by another company. They were able to fit me in same day, even though the glass was from out of town and had amazing customer service. Best windshield replacement I've ever had and they even gave me care instructions for the new glass to help prevent any issues!

I've bought a number of pieces of glass for various uses from them, including several pieces for furniture repair. They've always done a superb job, for very good prices, and had it ready ahead of schedule. One time when I had a particularly weird need that was outside their specialty, they cheerfully referred me to a competitor. I happened to come across these reviews when I was looking up their phone number in order to get a piece of glass cut for a project, because I know they'll be able to do exactly what I need. I've been doing business with them for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with their quality and service.

I needed glass tops for my tables - 1 round & 1 rectangle. I didn't know about beveling the edge for the rectangle one. The man said he would take it back & re-delivered it same day! The delivery fee reasonable too...my car too small to haul.I would definitely recommend.

I've had glass cut here for several pieces of furniture, and I've been exceptionally pleased each time. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are more than fair, and the turn-around time is surprisingly very fast. Would highly recommend!

I am new in Aiken, SC and I went to Glass Works despite their 2 star rating because it was the only one I knew where it was. I don't understand how anyone could say anything negative about this company. They were AWESOME!!! I called and the lady that helped me over the phone was amazing. As most artists, I was in a bind and needed stuff for yesterday. They cut all my pieces of glass to perfection...all fit!! and in a record time. I asked for them by 3pm (the same day) and they called me shortly after 12 to let me know they were ready. I highly recommend them.

Needed a new side panel for my grandfather clock. Online quotes were very high. I took my other side panel to them. They cut me an exact match. Had it ready within a few hours at a fraction of the other quotes. Would definitely do business with again. Highly recommend.

Something on the roadway popped up and broke my windshield while I was in the area visiting. Glass Works was able to fit me in, replace my windshield, and help me file the claim before I left. Great folks and quality work.

They did a great job with our order but waited until we called to check to fulfill it. This jammed up getting a job done for a client. Would use them again in a pinch but would check on other options too. Wish I could have given them 5 stars.

The rearview mirror had fallen from the windshield.The gentleman helping me was very pleasant and helpful. The location is easy to find. It took 20 minutes, more or less and they were through. Cost was $15. I recommend them.

We had a piece of glass installed in our front door and are very happy with it and the 2 fellows who installed it were very professional and were very careful installing the glass. I would highly recommend this company for any of your glass needs. It only took 2 weeks from the time I special ordered the glass to the installation.

Custom cut glass for most home applications. I brought two, 9-light, fixed window frames and they cut 18 panes for me. Each fit nicely and we're match-numbered to my frames.

After a rock chipped my windshield, while driving, Glassworks first repaired. Then had to replace my windshield since the repair didn't take. After another visit to fix adhesive on my rearview mirror, I am satisfied. Fishburne made sure as a customer I was satisfied.

My experience was terrible and I was promised a wait time of 3 hours. My appointment was 9am and it's 3:30pm and the car hasn't been touched. The office manager and shop workers are joking and laughing in the office. Foul language is being used on occasions lucky no small children are present.

Took my wife's car there to get windshield replaced. Know the car has been leaking water so I took the car back to them for a smoke test,and guess what. They said that my convertible top is leaking not the window. However it never leaked any water till the replaced the windshield. Buyer beware.
