The gentleman working up front has great people skills, very polite and was knowledgeable. They also allow you to bring your used oil and even old car batteries in for free which is great. My vehicle had new tires but on the rims and they did great.

This location's Sunday hours and friendly staff saved a family road trip after we found a punctured tire late on a Saturday evening. Despite being a busy Sunday Holiday (New Year's Eve), John and the rest of the crew at Firestone Complete Auto Care surpassed all of our expectations with their expedient and professional service. They provided several updates on the service, were friendly and knowledgeable, and offered great value and a fair deal on pricing. If I needed a new tire in Aiken, SC, I would strongly suggest Firestone at 1045 Pine Log road. Thanks again, John, and all workers at Firestone.

I was traveling through Aiken on business and picked up something in my tire from the interstate. I always use Firestone, so I googled it and went there before my tire was completely flat. I went to the front desk and asked to have the tire patched or I would buy another tire. She didn't look at anything and just said it may be tomorrow, and to come back some other time. There were 2 cars getting service and everyone standing around doing nothing. No attempt to help.....nothing. I told her the situation and she just ignored it. I had to change the tire to the spare in their parking lot to get to another store. Most of the other Firestone stores I deal with are great, this one however can screw off!

Inefficient service and a lack of meaningful communication. The appointment was pushed back on hour and still lasted two hours longer than it was supposed to. An alignment was also completed despite my request to inform me IF I needed one following the check that I did request. I would then make the decision, because my vehicle was not pulling one way or another. But it never hurts to check. I also asked that the new tires be placed on the rear axel because my BMW is rear-wheel drive (and the tires on the rear were purchased from Firestone about a year ago. When I got the car home, I noticed that the tires had NOT been rotated, so I had to make an appointment to return to have them rotated. I was told to bring it in for the service that was NOT completed. So, made an appointment at 11:00, and I am still sitting here at 13:00 waiting on a simple tire rotation. Unless I have to, I do not plan to return to this Firestone location in the future.

The manager, Andre, has great integrity. I know each time I bring my car in for service I will leave with a safe, road worthy vehicle without feeling I was 'over sold'! Would highly recommend this great group of people to my family, friends and community members! 5 Stars!

Was referred by my friend who went there on a whim just for air. Mr Andre took good care of them and had them back on the road, he advised her what the vehicle needed and air wasn t the issue!Well, that same man stayed open late for just me and he will never know how much he is appreciated . Andre and Carter were very helpful and courteous. They explained everything thoroughly. Once the inspection was completed I received the results and estimate of how much it would cost. I appreciate them.

I came in for a full vehicle check w/ a 1pm appointment. The young man was friendly at the counter, but it was obvious he was new. The reason for my 2 star review is I believe they add on services you don t need. For example, recommending an oil change when I got one the day before.

We where waiting for over 2 hours where told multiple different things they completely ruined our trust in them. First we where told my tire did not have any holes in it or anything punctureing it... They did this without even taking the tire off after an hour of waiting so that was fine ... However we then wanted them to change the valve after another hour we heard them saying they needed to take my tire off after doing that they then after 2 hours said that there was then a nail and hole in my side wall and I need to buy new tires for $200 a pop but they also don't have them in stock I live in Indiana and was here visiting and needed to get home ... I just felt really unheard and it was such a a frustrating experience... It was just ridiculous... You could hear the mechanics swearing and goofing off which is fine but they where clearly not doing their work... Also while we where there several other clients came in with issues from the past few days was just not a good crew or experience

I paid $200 for an ac charge, system was charged but there was no inspection done when the ac fans were not working. People (Andres) in office are very picky with work being done. I feel as if everything should ve been taking care of if prices are set for labor and products being used in the shop. 200 bucks for an incomplete job is unacceptable. I later completed what was not finished and it was simply a burnt fuse that should ve been taken care of.

My wife took her SUV here to be aligned after I did some work on the front end; I had used them before and was happy enough. They told my wife that "due to extreme rust" they could not align it without replacing the majority of the front suspension(some of which I had just worked with), and quoted her for right around $2,700 for the work. She brought the SUV back home so I could inspect the rust myself, planning to do the work myself and take it back for an alignment. I found that they had left a pipe wrench hanging under her SUV. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but that could be pretty dangerous if it caught something going down the road. I also didn't see any signs of heavy rust. I made an appointment with another tire shop, and they aligned her SUV for $80 and had no issue. I'm not saying they can't do good work, just maybe get a second opinion and check under your vehicle afterwards.

The whole team here at Firestone is always great! Been taking our cars here for years and it's always the same great service. Carter got me in quick to replace my tire and kept me updated through process. Highly recommend!

Today, I stopped in to the store to get some tires, and I noticed since the last time I have came in that the staff has really been motivated to work and help customers out with no hesitation. There was a nice gentleman who was working that helped me out a lot, especially with a new set of tieres. I offered him a tip, and he politely declined it twice, so I finally found the right store on Goggle to make sure I give them the review I feel they deserve ( )

Made a morning appointment for a free inspection of my vehicle prior to an upcoming road trip. I knew the front brakes needed replacing, and expected I'd need to schedule another appointment in a week or two for that. They were able to get the work done that day, before lunch. Staff was knowledgeable and explained other issues and answered all my questions.

Don t set an appointment?.. it doesn t matter! You can have an appointment set for 9am and still have 4 cars in front of you. What s the point in having an appointment? And they don t seem to try and listen to what you re proposing or coming in for. Save your time and money.

Tire pressure in one tire dropped rapidly on a long 16 hour drive yesterday so I stopped by to see if they could slip me in to check that tire. Knowing that it could be a long wait to get worked in at the last minute, I settled in and did some paperwork. It didn't take long to notice Andre behind the counter... he handled each person who came in with their own emergencies with skill and a calm demeanor... all while handling the counter, phone, customers, paperwork and going back and forth from the counter to the shop. Great job Andre- keep it up!

Was there this morning for oil change tire rotation, courtesy check and alignment. These guys are great and the reason I choose Firestone no matter where I'm traveling. I have one concern for the employees and customers of this location that corporate needs to correct immediately. Walking into the business there is black mold on the ceilings growing outside now of the tile. Black mold is very toxic and even life threatening upon prolonged exposure. these dedicated employees and customers deserve better. Please do a duct clean, mold removal, tile replacement and fix the leaks to prevent any further growth and exposure amongst your workers and customers. I suffer from a mold allergy and just happen to work in environmental health and safety. Do better corporate and guys at this location thank you so much for all you do and providing a great service.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
